End Times Prophecy Headlines: November 23-24, 2013

Many people dismiss celebrities as empty-headed wannabees.  No doubt, there’s some of that going on, but allegations of actors being used in the intelligence services go back decades.  One of the most famous was John Wilkes Booth, who shot Abraham Lincoln.  Another was Harry Houdini, the famous escape artist/magician who was employed by at least one country’s intelligence apparatus.

Another of the many “coincidences” which litter the landscape: the number of celebrities/rock stars/actors which can trace their direct ancestors back to the founding of the USA–and earlier.  Only US national politicians are able to match the bloodlines.

68 percent don’t think US public schools don’t provide a world class education – Depends upon the meaning of “world class.”  IF it means “preparing America’s little children to be effective future slaves of the New World Order one-world government,” then American education is the best value that billions upon billions of dollars can buy.

Scripture Distribution Increases in Persecution Hotspots – This makes sense.  “The blood of the martyrs is the seed of the church” observed Tertullian some 1800+ years ago.  IF his observation is true, the Christian church in many countries is alive and well–though persecuted–while the American church is gasping for air.

So what?  Who was Chronos?

Chronos was imagined as a god, serpentine in form, with three heads—those of a man, a bull, and a lion. He and his consort, serpentine Ananke (Inevitability), circled the primal world egg in their coils and split it apart to form the ordered universe of earth, sea and sky.

Another pagan god.  And not just any pagan god–a “serpentine” pagan god!  What a coincidence!

What a great name for a “Christian” prize! (Lest anyone think differently, the establishment of this prize was announced on a Christian PR website.)

Of course, most will be looking at the $50,000 and not the name.  Which, one suspects, is the point.

(VIDEO) 90-second video shows spread of world’s religions over the last 5000 years – Seems accurate, though with the first Jewish diaspora, the Jews did not simply disappear from Israel. They were resettled and maintained a significant presence in the Mesopotamian area after that.  Which this map does not reflect.  The video leads viewers to believe that Judaism disappeared from the face of the earth from about 600 BC until 1948.

Other than that, the video map is very informative.
