GREAT BRITAIN: Aldi Frozen Ready Meals are 100% Horsemeat – From 11 months ago. The package said “beef” but the lasagna said “Neigh!” Just a reminder that what happened in Europe probably is/has happened in the USA.
Walker tackles Common Core and government efficiency – One more guy promising to fix the problems created by the same guys proposing the solutions.
What’s amazing is that there are so many who still place their trust in these charlatans.
Boston Newspaper publishes article mocking recent poisoning attempt against John Boehner – “Would anyone really notice?”
Actually, conservative Republicans were asking much the same question the day before the article was published.
“Paul Ryan announced that after a lot of thought, and talking it over with family and friends, that he is not going to run for president in 2016. I’m telling you, this announcement sent shock waves through no one.”
POLL: Obama deeply unpopular with troops – As unpopular as LBJ?
CIA investigation finds no wrong-doing on secret search of Senate’s computers – Who woulda guessed?
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:”
-–1 Corinthians 15:1-4 – (h/t:B)
POLL: Americans think Islam needs to clean up its act – Actually, many Americans think what they’re told to think.
Ex-NYPD Detective: Muslim No-Go Zones headed to USA – Only if this is in the script–which one suspects it will be. Surely Americans would ask how a country that can rain down the military on peaceful Boston suburbs for house-to-house searches after the 2013 Boston Marathon could prevent “Muslim No-Go Zones“? Surely a country that trains around-the-clock for “urban warfare” could prevent such an occurrence?
At some point, one would suspect that Americans would wise up, but it doesn’t look like it.
It is Americans themselves who are supplying the excuses why this will happen.
“Is there not an appointed time to man upon earth? are not his days also like the days of an hireling?
That being said…
“Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are. “
—1 Corinthians 3:16-17
Kurt Busch Thinks His Ex-Girlfriend Is A Trained Assassin – Good chance he’s right.
When this writer was a heathen, one of the best entertainment values for the money was to read the comments at political Internet sites. This was a very entertaining way to spend 30-60-90 minutes.
IF one had the time,
Now, however, the entire show is just sad. What it boils down to is hundreds (thousands?) of the lost who have put their faith in the schemes of man to fix the problems wrought by the schemes of other men.
It’s very, very sad.
Still, at one such site, the following comments appeared (regarding the future of the USA):
“looking like a south american country more and more …. a few ruling famliies and millions and millions of peasants…”
“The D/R party, the only political party, has sucked the life out of our economy and country.”
BUT one comment did mention Jesus.
(PHOTOS) 30 haunting photos of abandoned Olympic Stadiums – What happens when everyone goes back home?
Duke University to sound Muslim call to prayer – Rather than place the blame on antichrist Duke, most Americans will direct their dismay toward Muslims–who did not make the decision. This is the mystery of iniquity’s game plan: use antichrist puppets to perform such actions and watch as Americans get upset at Muslims.
Pro-life Activists to Announce National Campaign Calling for the Closing of Abortion Clinics in Philadelphia the Week Pope Francis Visits – Probably because they’ve failed miserably at their supposed job: actually saving the unborn. The “pro-life movement” is a documented 40-year failure at everything except raising money from its deceived supporters.
The schemes of man are destined to fail–but that doesn’t stop church-goers from placing their faith in such infernal plans.
Mideastern suspects probe military base for security weaknesses – And just like 911, the US military appears powerless to do anything about it! Isn’t there something somebody can do to prevent something bad from happening?
Americans are surrounded by propaganda.
Many might disagree, connecting propaganda with the clunky, old Soviet version. But propaganda is in every news article, on the TV, in the entertainment, in advertisements. In short, propaganda reinforces itself by being everywhere.
Take the following joke by Jimmy Fallon–and late night “jokes” are prime areas of propaganda. It reinforces a “scientific fact” which has no proof: that oil is a fossil fuel. Why the mystery of iniquity wishes Americans to believe in the fossil fuel fairy tale is another story for another day. BUT, this demonstrates how every “joke” is a small piece of propaganda.
Fifteen states across the country have gas prices that have dipped below $2. That means it’s now cheaper to buy a gallon of liquefied dinosaurs than one cup of coffee at Starbucks.
West Virginia Education Board Rejects Curriculum That Distorts Climate Science – “Public Education” is probably one of the most misnamed concepts ever.
OCCASIONAL UNINTENDED TRUTH
The Corporate Media occasionally supplies a bit of unintended truth.
For instance, check out this line from a review of the film Taken 3:
“As Slate’s Dana Stevens writes, “The notion of an über-competent, unstoppably brave, impossibly calm superdad who will find and protect you at all costs … well, that’s powerful stuff.”
Yeah, it is indeed “powerful stuff.”
Too bad more don’t take advantage of the real thing.
MEDIA NARRATIVES ALERT
“How can the reader know when the Corporate Media is lying to him (never mind the fact that the media is Satan’s Mouthpiece and Satan is the father of lies)? One easy way to tell is the use of “Why” and “How” in the headlines of an article. When the reader sees “Why?” or “How?” in the headline–occasionally “What” is used–that which follows will be a fairy tale, a narrative, a bedtime story spun by the media for the benefit of the media’s master.” “Why” usually denotes an on-going narrative; “How” signifies a story line which explains past events. Not all narratives begin with “How” or “Why.” However, the most in-your-face, over-the-top ones usually do.
Ten reasons free community college is a rotten idea – #1 – It puts no money into the pockets of the ultra-wealthy or their political puppets.
Why did the conservative base embrace George W Bush but not Jeb? – Probably has something to do with the maxim “Fool me once, shame on you…”
New DNA technology reveals faces from a drop of blood – Convenient.
Prominent Scientists Sign Letter Of Warning About Artificial Intelligence Risks – Hyping a “problem” that will figure into end times deception.
Will Online Anonymity Win Out? – No one is anonymous online except for the government guys.
