PROGRESS THROUGH UNITY: A most excellent slogan for the coming one-world government
ONE-WORLD PROPAGANDA WITH JUST A HINT OF THE USSR
While out driving recently, the above sign was spotted. Upon reading it, it was decided to go back and take a picture so that others might believe that such slogans, not only exist in America, but exist with the blessings of taxpayer-provided funding.
“Progress through Unity.”
When the world comes under the thumb of the one-worlders, this could be a very appropriate motto.
It reminds one of the old soviet style propaganda posters: not too subtle and straight to the point.
What is perhaps the creepiest aspect of this sign and its slogan is that it had to be proposed and approved by a city government.
“And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.”
—Revelation 13:7
GERMANY: Mass killer co-pilot suffered from burn-out – All of the explanations don’t have to make sense. They just have to be. People just want answers; they don’t necessarily want good answers.
Obama’s Mid-East Free Fall – Another piece by the “rabidly pro-Obama media.” However, one suspects that in the not-too-distant future, there will be “Miss me yet?” billboards with Barack Obama’s picture on them.
“We have Donald Trump and Ted Cruz and Lindsey Graham all running for president. It’s all part of the Republican plan to make Jeb Bush look presidential.”
–David Letterman
VA official paid $288,000 to move 140 miles – Just the tip of the iceberg. Everyone at all levels of government are stealing money as fast as they can. This always occurred but the amount of thievery in our present time is truly breathtaking.
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
-–Romans 1:16
THE GOSPEL
“Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:”
–1 Corinthians 15:3-4– (h/t:B)
San Francisco sheriff’s deputies arranged and gambled on battles between County Jail inmates, forcing one to train for the fights and telling them to lie if they needed medical attention, the city’s public defender said Thursday.
From time to time, the question is asked “Why doesn’t ETPR feature more articles on prophecy?”
The question, after more conversation, is usually clarified to mean “more articles providing more DETAILS about prophecy.”
The short answer is that we do feature a LOT of articles about the particulars of end times prophecy. Because Jesus clearly warned of deception in Matthew 24 (3 times in 24 verses!), that subject figures heavily among our topics.
But, after more conversation/correspondence, what the questioner usually wants is more articles of the “This-is-what-happens-when” variety. There are literally hundreds of websites which feature such information (and dozens which also include “prophetic words” from various people associated with a website). Many have charts of when such-and-such will take place. Many have timelines for this-and-that.
A great many regularly discuss the latest topic sweeping the apostate churches; i.e., the Four Blood Moons.
As was mentioned, deception runs rampant–and nowhere is the deception deeper than in the pages of the Modern American Prophecy Industry or among the pews of the American churches.
And one has to admit: the tales spun by the apostates and the prophecy-mongers are mostly entertaining and dramatic (if not totally unbiblical). 7-year tribulations, UFOs and ETs, scary antichrists, giants and nephilim, rebuilt Jewish temples, the paranormal, the red heifer re-discovered, the unexplained and the mysterious, robots, pre-tribulation raptures, half-human hybrids, and the return of the fallen angels make great Hollywood movies and mass marketed pseudo-Christian books.
But it is useless to discuss the details of the end times with someone who is deceived. A deceived person is able to dismiss or ignore all Scripture relating to the end times EXCEPT what deceivers have custom-twisted to fit their schemes. The ability to ignore or dismiss Scripture is one sign that the person is not a Christian, but a tare.
“Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.”
—Matthew 13:30
So, it would seem that the focus should be on deception, how to recognize it and how to counter it.
God has a way of using the Bible itself to supply all of the right details IF a person is free of deception–especially self-deception. Which is why, from time-to-time, we do feature an article which speaks to the details.
But for the time being, details are meaningless to a person who has been blinded.
“In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”
—2 Corinthians 4:4
“How can the reader know when the Corporate Media is lying to him (never mind the fact that the media is Satan’s Mouthpiece and Satan is the father of lies)? One easy way to tell is the use of “Why” and “How” in the headlines of an article. When the reader sees “Why?” or “How?” in the headline–occasionally “What” is used–that which follows will be a fairy tale, a narrative, a bedtime story spun by the media for the benefit of the media’s master. “Why” usually denotes an on-going narrative; “How” signifies a story line which explains past events. Not all narratives begin with “How” or “Why.” However, the most in-your-face, over-the-top ones usually do.
“Things are never quite what they seem. Events are never close to the ways that the media and history portray them.
Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a hero for our time – Two clues: There are no heroes and anyone exalted by the Corporate Media is a hopeless puppet of the mystery of iniquity.
