The worldwide, end times church.
The Bible has warned about the appearance of such an organization; has warned about its real intent; has warned that it will employ mass deception to ensnare the deceived people of the end times.
It will look like Christianity (“a lamb”) but it will worship Satan (a dragon).
“And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.”
God’s Word is VERY specific about this unholy counterfeit church.
And yet, seduced by illegitimate supernatural power, men will flock to worship the dragon (though they are deceived into believing they are worshiping God).
“And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles”
Readers can read the entire scenario in Revelation 13.
But first, the world needs an end times worldwide church.
Never fear: the mystery of iniquity has been working ceaselessly to bring about this vital component of end times deception.
The foundations of the worldwide church are seen everywhere and have been erected by the apostate churches which are located on almost every corner in many towns and cities across the land. If ever there were organization which look like a lamb but speak as a dragon, it is the apostate churches.
The apostate churches: dressed up in the best finery and sounding oh so holy. Refusing to preach the gospel; refusing to obey God’s commandments; raising their rebellion of God into a crusade to be joined by all mankind.
But before the worldwide church can really get moving, they have to first ordain men with the sham titles of “apostles” and “prophets.”
Next, they have to invest in these counterfeits with as much ‘spiritual authority’ as the dragon can muster.
And then, they have to exalt these deceived men so that the deceived masses may give them their ears.
From 2013: Tea Party Republican–Religious Right leader calls for Military Takeover
Morningstar Ministries head Rick Joyner — a leading prophet and apostle in the theocratic movement known as the New Apostolic Reformation who has ties to former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin [see: 1, 2] and other leading Tea Party-aligned Republicans — publicly issued a call for a coup – a “military takeover” of the United States government and the imposition of martial law.
These are the “churches” calling for worldwide revival–along with the purpose-driven ones. Their unchristian behavior and proclamations provide the basis for the coming crackdown against real Christians.
It’s because of quasi-christians like Joyner, that anti-christians like “former Reagan administration lawyer Michael “Mikey” Weinstein — who formed the civil rights watchdog organization the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF) after discovering a pattern of coercive evangelizing at his former alma mater, the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs“–can come to prominence.
In a 2007 prophecy published June 19, 2007 on the Elijahlist website, which Rick Joyner gave in tandem with apostle Dutch Sheets, Joyner explained, in a subsection titled “The Coming Kingdom,”
The kingdom of God will not be socialism, but a freedom even greater than anyone on earth knows at this time. At first it may seem like totalitarianism, as the Lord will destroy the antichrist spirit now dominating the world with “the sword of His mouth” and will shatter many nations like pottery. However, fundamental to His rule is II Corinthians 3:17, “Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” Instead of taking away liberties and becoming more domineering, the kingdom will move from a point of necessary control while people are learning truth, integrity, honor, and how to make decisions, to increasing liberty so that they can. [emphases in the original]
Sounds a lot like what Christians are warned against in Revelation.
There is nothing in scripture about man setting up the Kingdom of God. This is man believing the lie of the serpent: that man can be like God.
“And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”
So, men are busy planning a religious kingdom here on earth. This is something the Bible declares WILL NOT happen until after the Return of Jesus Christ.
Actually, the Bible does say such a kingdom (of the dragon) will be set up for three-and-a-half years. It will unleash the forces of destruction on mankind and will itself be destroyed by Jesus Christ upon His Return.
However, few men pay heed to the Bible.
Which is how these schemes are able to succeed, EVEN THOUGH God has warned mankind for thousands of years.
Beware the worldwide church of the dragon. It will perform ‘miracles’ which it will say are from God Almighty.
“that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world”
Also, beware those who promise a “New Age” or a “heaven on earth.”
Do not be deceived: there is no kingdom on earth; there is no ‘heaven on earth’ until Jesus Christ returns in triumph.
And for those who do not believe the Bible?
Even if one does not believe the Bible, one cannot deny the events described in the Bible taking place in our present time.
For those who do not believe in the return of Jesus Christ?
It’s not too late to turn from your disbelief and save yourself and your family from the destruction to come.
Time is Running Out: Today is the Day of Salvation
“But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:”
—2 Corinthians 4:3
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
–1 Corinthians 15:1-8
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
