Muslims Dreams of Jesus: Another End Times Deception

How do the lost come to Jesus: Dreams or the Gospel?
DREAMS OR THE GOSPEL: How do the lost come to salvation through Jesus Christ?

ONE MORE DECEPTION

A popular yarn making the rounds during the past few years has been “There are Muslims all over the world who are having dreams of Jesus!  And they are converting to Christianity!”

Visions of Jesus Stir Muslim Hearts

Rising number of Muslims reporting dreams about Jesus

Really?

Is this how God is doing salvation in the times in which we live?  NOW he’s sending dreams and visions? God has forgotten what He’s said in His Word?

The Bible is VERY clear about how the lost come to Christ.

Does the Bible say God wins the lost through dreams and visions of Jesus?

Actually, it doesn’t.

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
-–Romans 1:16

The gospel is the power of God unto salvation.

To EVERYONE–even Muslims.

No gospel, no salvation.

Which is why the mystery of iniquity pulls out all of the stops offering substitutes for the gospel of Jesus.

  • Altar calls
  • sinner’s prayers
  • John 3:16
  • ABCs of Salvation
  • Roman Roads
  • Talking about the gospel…

And now, dreams and visions of Jesus.

The lost counterfeits place little value on the gospel (other than talking about it).

“For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.”
1 Corinthians 1:18

It’s one of the ways to tell a counterfeit: they totally discount the gospel and offer something else.

“But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:”
2 Corinthians 4:3

The dragon (Satan) and his deceitful workers (who often appear as ministers of righteousness) HATE the gospel. It’s one reason they offer so many substitutes which sound good: those substitutes–though they sound good–have no power to save.

“Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”
2 Timothy 3:5

Muslims come to Jesus the same way as every other lost soul for the last 2000 years: by the gospel of Jesus Christ.

That man can be saved by something other than the gospel is just another deception–brought to you by the dragon, the man of sin and the mystery of iniquity.

Anyone who tries to tell the reader anything different is dreaming.

THE GOSPEL

“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
1 Corinthians 15:1-8

“For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.”
-—1 Corinthians 1:18-19

Every man is given a measure of faith to enable him to be saved by God’s grace.

Use yours today.

Time is Running Out: Today is the Day of Salvation
