SHEEP: Jesus loves His sheep. The world? Not so much.
“Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.”
—Psalm 100:3
Throughout the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, the people of God are likened to sheep. In fact, Jesus called Himself “the Good Shepherd.”
“I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.”
—John 10:11
So, according to the Bible, being like a sheep is a good thing. There are no bad qualities recorded in God’s Word concerning the sheep.
HOWEVER, over the last 10 years or so, the word “sheep” has taken on many bad connotations. This is because there has been a concerted effort by the world (and especially by counterfeit Christians) to slander the sheep.
An especially popular derogatory term has been “sheeple.”
Sheeple (a portmanteau of “sheep” and “people”) is a derogatory term that highlights the passive herd behavior of people easily controlled by a governing power which likens them to sheep, a herd animal that is easily led about.
Again, Jesus and God Almighty love the sheep.
Which is reason enough for the world to hate the sheep–which it does.
“If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.”
—John 15:19
Those who hate the sheep slander the sheep and delight in showing their contempt. This is understandable with those who are of the world.
Consequently, we can know those who belittle the sheep in the churches for what they really are: tares, counterfeits and fakes.
There once was a certain man who was in Bible college. This man continually ridiculed people as “sheep.”
“People are such sheep: they’re stupid.”
“He’s such a sheeple. He’s blind.”
“They’re sheep. They deserve everything that happens to them.”
By these statements, it was discerned that this man was not a friend of God. A friend of God is also a friend of the sheep.
Do not slander the sheep.
It reveals more than you know.
“All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.”
—Isaiah 53:6
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
–1 Corinthians 15:1-8
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”

“On a recent worldwide math test, American teenagers ranked 25th out of 34 countries. When they heard this, American teens said, “Yea right, like there are 34 countries.”

BUT, he’s increasing the amount of gun dealers and he doesn’t prosecute those who violate the gun laws. Gun sales have set record after record during Obama’s terms. The gun manufacturers have NEVER had a friend in the White House like Barack Hussein Obama.
SO, should readers be looking at what Obama says?
OR, should readers look at what he’s actually doing?
Although he is young and in reasonably good health.
“Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner had to go to the hospital today because of a kidney stone. On the bright side, the stone was the first thing in months passed by a member of the Obama administration.”

“Donald Trump denies that he’s pretending to run for president to gain publicity for his TV show. He says that anyone that says is this is clearly an “apprentice,” and they deserve to be fired on Thursday at 9:00.”

Even now, the skids are being greased for this man to enter the White House.
“Nancy Pelosi is throwing a party to celebrate her time as speaker of the House. If you would like to get her a gift, she’s registered at Bed, Bath and Don’t Blame Me.”
–Jay Leno (November 2010)
“Fox News announced today that Glenn Beck will leave his show later this year. It’s nothing personal. He just wants to spend more time with the voices in his head.”

“President Obama hosted Republican leaders for lunch at the White House. Obama had to do without salt, bread, pepper, and butter, but not for health reasons. The Republicans refused to pass anything.”

“For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.”

Since it is evidently an issue with many, I will clarify my position on Christmas once and for all, just so there is no misunderstanding.
“At the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, LG unveiled a line of appliances that can send text messages. Would you want appliances that can text you? You’re in a business meeting like, “Excuse me, I have to take this. It’s from my can opener.”

The fate of police officers who kill often rests in the hands of the prosecutors they typically work alongside. Amid calls for reform led by the White House, a Guardian analysis reveals district attorneys cleared colleagues in more than 200 cases this year.

“How can the reader know when the Corporate Media is lying to him (never mind the fact that the media is Satan’s Mouthpiece and Satan is the father of lies)? One easy way to tell is the use of “Why” and “How” in the headlines of an article. When the reader sees “Why?” or “How?” in the headline–occasionally “What” is used–that which follows will be a fairy tale, a narrative, a bedtime story spun by the media for the benefit of the media’s master. “Why” usually denotes an on-going narrative; “How” signifies a story line which explains past events. Not all narratives begin with “How” or “Why.” However, the most in-your-face, over-the-top ones usually do. ALL political “news” is narrative.
