Rebellion and Witchcraft: The End Times Corruption of the Family

PARENTING, REBELLION AND WITCHCRAFT

“keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom. For the son dishonoureth the father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man’s enemies are the men of his own house.”
–Micah 7:5-6

The times before the return of Jesus Christ will be a time when men will not even be able to trust the members of their own families.

One of the reasons for this lack of love normally felt between family members will be sin [iniquity] and disobedience.

“And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.”
–Matthew 24:12

Another reason for this estrangement in the family is the natural affections normally felt between members of families will practically disappear.

“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;”
–2 Timothy 3:1-4

The Bible declares that the time right before Jesus returns will also be a time of great revolt against God, against God’s Anointed, Jesus Christ, and against the ordinances of God.

“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;”
–2 Thessalonians 2:3

The Greek word translated as “falling away” is “apostasia,” which means literally “to revolt.”

The Bible also declares that the times immediately before the return of Jesus Christ will be a great time of witchcraft.

“And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries [witchcraft], nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
–Revelation 9:20-21

One of the places both rebellion and witchcraft will meet is in end times families.

Since the family is the basic building block of society and the family was ordained by God, it makes sense all the world’s forces have combined to assault the family: especially the government, the education system and Big Entertainment.

One recent example: ‘I was being a parent’: Father found not guilty after taking away 12-year-old daughter’s iPhone.

This article was not so much a father engaging in reasonable discipline of his daughter (taking her iPhone) as it was the response (the arrest of the father). The story was NOT the father’s actions, but the daughter’s/mother’s subsequent behavior.

When people look at this as a case of an unruly child, they’re missing the bigger point. When a child of 12 tells a parent “IF you discipline me, you are no longer my parent,” that is not an unruly child.

That is a child in total and complete rebellion.

“For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.
–1 Samuel 15:23

IF the other parent aids and abets such rebellion, they become a willing partner to it.

This is witchcraft, aided and abetted by the mother, who is also a manipulative witch.

But this behavior is common and happens every day.  Actually, it has been happening for quite some time. The state and the education system has waged a war against parents for years.

One of the consequences is that many parents attempt to negotiate with their children (even those as young as 3- and 4-years-old) instead of providing necessary, appropriate discipline.

BUT discipline is the backbone of parenting and parenting is the backbone of families and the family has LONG been under a ferocious attack by the government/media/entertainment/law enforcement/churches complex.

Traditionally, fathers were the ones ultimately in charge of discipline.

In America, there has been a war on fathers for decades by every means the government/pop culture/society has had available.

Family units are the glue of civilized society and civilized society will soon be nothing more than a remembrance–which has been the mystery of iniquity‘s goal for centuries.

Every facet of our corrupt society has been focused on destroying the last building blocks of civilization. And they are nearly finished with families.

HOWEVER, it is important to see that the mystery of iniquity does not desire to DESTROY the family as much it desires to CORRUPT the family.

We know there are still families before Jesus returns because Jesus specifically said marriages would be taking place before he came back.

“But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.”
–Matthew 24:37-39

As the whole world is deceived and worships the dragon (Satan), these families will not be patterned after God’s order, but after the corrupt order of man.

No doubt the reader has already seen this taking place.

“And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death.”
–Matthew 10:21

“And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household.”
–Matthew 10:36
