PART ONE
Who or what is Babylon the great?
Much has been written about end times Babylon. Rather, much has been written about the IDENTITY of end times Babylon.
God’s Word provides many, many, many clues as to the identity of this powerful, though doomed, place. Jeremiah, Isaiah, Daniel and Revelation are only a few of the books in the Bible which provide information on this end times entity.
The Bible is full of clues on the identity of this end times entity. This series aims to examine some of those clues to determine Who is Babylon?
“Babylon hath been a golden cup in the LORD’S hand, that made all the earth drunken: the nations have drunken of her wine; therefore the nations are mad.”

CLUE: Previously, Babylon had been a “golden cup in the LORD’S hand.”
Some have written that Babylon is Rome, the Vatican or the Catholic Church. Has the Catholic Church (or the Vatican as it’s leadership is known), corrupt from its very secular beginnings, EVER been a golden cup in God’s hand?
Has Rome?
Some have written that Babylon is the United States of America. Has the USA–-an occult haven and an enemy of God since before its very beginnings as a nation–-EVER been a golden cup in the LORD’S hand?
The USA is very closely related to and influenced by Babylon. One could almost say the USA is part of Babylon.
Both Rome and the USA are part of the Babylonian network, but they are not Babylon. And both Rome and the USA have been used by God from time to time to carry out his will.
But the Bible is full of examples in which God uses evil nations, organizations and people to carry out his will. Mostly, because evil empires and people are the only things God has to work with in this fallen, evil world.
There are a great many clues left uncovered. But they are a topic for the near future.
So, who is the golden cup in the LORD’S hand?
IF the reader determines the answer to that question, he will have gone far to determining the identity of end times Babylon.
THE FIRST CLUE: Babylon had been a golden cup in the LORD’S hand.
“And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.”

Satan’s Mouthpiece offers up a regular diet of cartoon satanism.
Much of the public believes satanism will involve horns, Goths in black robes and members marching into buildings shouting “Hail Satan!” They believe it will be very scary-looking.
The reality is that satanism is much more clever and sneaky.
“And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast…And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”

The Bible declares that in the end times, the whole world will worship Satan. The dragon will not have to embark on a major building program: he will use the vast network of churches that are currently in his sway.
Satanism will look like your next-door neighbor, Mr. Junebug from down the hall or the cute girl-next-door.
Satanism will be a group of smiling faces offering a “better world,” a good-paying job and a hand up to a brighter future.
Satanism is not some dark-hooded figure setting up a satanist display OUTSIDE the courthouse. Satanism is the public official IN the courthouse, explaining to the folks how “We have to honor religious freedom.”
Satanism is not protestors in black OUTSIDE a church. Satanism is the minister IN the church, flashing occult hand signs, corrupting the Bible with a smile and encouraging rebellion.
Satanism is not the hordes of deceived youth, basking in the glow of revolution, shouting down opposition, creating chaos and pretending it’s just a form of self-expression.
Wait. Okay, That IS satanism.
Satanism WILL NOT look like the cartoons which have been offered to the public–at least not at first.
Satanism will look like that funny comedian, the late night talk show host, the handsome movie actor, the celebrated director, the much-honored author, the popular politician, the featured rock star, the earnest TV preacher.
Satanism will look fun, friendly, helpful, caring, polite, god-worshiping, thrifty, physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight.
At least at first.
The death and destruction will be reserved for particular groups of believers.
In short, satanism will look exactly the opposite of what Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) has led many to believe.
In fact, many will be relieved to find satanism will look very familiar.

Easter Lily Tradition and History – One of the media’s greatest tricks is inventing “traditions” for Christianity which only become traditions after they’re publicized by said media. How long has this been going on? For quite some time that this writer has been aware. One of the most bizarre was the spate of stories four or five years ago which attempted to make the pineapple the official fruit of Christianity (or something along those lines).
Another blockbuster movie about a threat from above which the whole earth has to unite against to battle. And this movie even has impressive signs in the clouds and the heavens.
“And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.”

There are several of these types of movies coming out in 2016.
The powers-that-be which rule this world are definitely worried about something from the heavens coming to earth. Something which threatens to overturn their rule. Something which will mean destruction for the wicked and a new kingdom of righteousness set up.
When that threat comes, they want the whole earth cheering them on–and it will for the most part.
And the whole earth’s armies are ready to fight against that threat.
“And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.”

When the workers of iniquity are reminded the Bible declares they lose–and lose badly–at Armageddon when Jesus returns, they usually reply “Consider the source.”
HARRIET TUBMAN – OF COURSE there’s been a lot of media chatter about the announcement the feds are going to replace Andrew Jackson with Harriet Tubman on the $20 bill.
“…Harriett Tubman was a gun-toting, Jesus-loving spy…”
We’ll only address the part about “Jesus-loving.”
It’s plainly obvious to anyone who 1) is a Christian; and, 2) does about 10 minutes worth of research that Tubman, while she may have been a lot of things, was not a lover of Jesus.
We can know this in several ways. Here’s two:
1- Harriet Tubman is exalted by the world. IF Harriet Tubman had loved Jesus, the world would hate her. IN FACT, if Harriet Tubman had loved Jesus, she wouldn’t be on the $20 bill and this conversation would not be taking place.
“If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.”
–John 15:19
2- Harriet Tubman did not keep the commandments of Jesus.
“If ye love me, keep my commandments.”

Simple enough.
Here’s a little bit more about the “gun-toting Jesus lover.”
Because her rescue missions were fraught with danger, Tubman demanded strict obedience from her fugitives. A slave who returned to his master would likely be forced to reveal information that would compromise her mission. If a slave wanted to quit in the midst of a rescue, Tubman would hold a revolver to his head and ask him to reconsider.
Asked whether she would actually kill a reluctant escapee, she replied, “Yes, if he was weak enough to give out, he’d be weak enough to betray us all and all who had helped us, and do you think I’d let so many die just for one coward man?”

We know from Jesus Himself that Harriet didn’t have to actually pull the trigger to sin.
“Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.”

Whenever the Corporate Media attempts to write about Jesus, they just sound silly.
“But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.”

Those who pretend to be hyper-spiritual have a problem with the name of Jesus. Increasingly, the name used in the churches is Yeshua or Yehoshua, or Y’shua.
Anything but Jesus.
His name is Jesus.
People will do anything in the end times to avoid saying His name. They will always reference “God.” Mostly because the gods the world believe in are very different than God Almighty.
It’s one reason the wicked will always refer to “God,” not Jesus.
Jesus is a name rarely heard these days, particularly in the churches.
His name is Jesus.

And yes, the USA will lose the next war badly, but that is no reflection on its military strength, which will be vindicated when its military provides much of the muscle for the worldwide government shortly after the war.

Christians are not so much interested in predicting the “gathering together” (though believers are commanded to ‘Watch”). However, church-goers are a different story.

One easy way to tell is the use of “Why” and “How” in the headlines of an article. When the reader sees “Why?” or “How?” in the headline–occasionally “What” is used–that which follows will be a fairy tale, a narrative, a bedtime story spun by the media for the benefit of the media’s master. “Why” usually denotes an on-going narrative; “How” signifies a story line which explains past events. Not all narratives begin with “How” or “Why.” However, the most in-your-face, over-the-top ones usually do. ALL political “news” is narrative.
‘Momentum’ is a total media creation used to explain so many other fabrications of the Corporate Media/government: supposedly, it explains why one person can be winning and then lose suddenly.
Readers might ask themselves: what other field of televised endeavor also makes use of ‘momentum’ to explain sudden shifts in scoring and results?
‘Momentum’ is a part of ‘narrative’–and narrative is a story, pure and simple, told to the little people.
The linked article is not bad. Make no mistake: it’s a narrative. Its story is that the political puppets come up with the narratives and sell them to the gullible media.
But all the puppets basically do is smile and mug for the cameras.
The way it works: the puppets dance to the tune that’s been called and the media explains what tune is playing to the voters.
That moment when 2016 hits you – Readable narrative with an old, old theme: “The people in our present time are midgets standing on the shoulders of GIANTS who came before them!
