When Jesus (and later, the apostles) healed the many sick in ancient Israel, there was one other activity which usually also took place.
Can the reader guess what that activity might have been?
(A little detective work on the part of the reader is involved. The following Bible verses will provide the clues.)
“And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them.”
–Matthew 4:24
“When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick:”
–Matthew 8:16
“And he healed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast out many devils; and suffered not the devils to speak, because they knew him. “
–Mark 1:34
“Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them. And devils also came out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking them suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ.”
–Luke 40-41
“There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one.”
–Acts 5:16
America is a sick, sick country; so much so, the Corporate Media has focused its propaganda machine on it.

Even a casual look at almost any group of Americans reveals a number who are using canes, lugging oxygen bottles and riding in mobility scooters. These Americans are often not elderly: many are younger and middle-aged.
America is the sickliest industrialized country BY FAR in the world. But Americans lead the world in ATTITUDE. Americans have been indoctrinated from an early age that disease and sickness are caused by germs, microbes and other unseen entities.
Yes, modern America is a sick, sick country.
At least as sick as Israel was about 2000 years ago.
THE GOSPEL
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
