You’re working at some mundane task and your mind begins to wander. Before long you are are thinking of something which makes you angry or scared or anxious.
Ever wonder where that thought came from; from where it originated?
What does the Bible say you can do to stop such “self-destructive” imaginings?
There’s more to thoughts forming than most of us suspect.
How Do Thoughts Form? – Many thoughts that form originate from somewhere other than our minds.
“Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;”
—2 Corinthians 10:5
Ever wonder where those thoughts come from?
Some are formed while the reader is busy doing something else and before one knows it–he’s being tormented by one thought or another.
Where did that thought come from?
How did it get started?
It had to come from somewhere.
Torment: that’s a key clue as to where these thoughts originate.
It’s helpful if the readers stops when he becomes aware of this and traces the thought backwards to see where it originated. IF one does this, the answers will be quite surprising.
There is more to say on this topic–and it will be said at some time in the near future.
“Take captive every thought.”
Do not let stray/random/tormenting thoughts have free reign over your mind.
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
–1 Corinthians 15:1-8
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”

—2 Corinthians 4:3
“If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.”

The many who sit in the churches pretend to be Christians.
There are dozens of ways to know this is NOT TRUE. One of those ways is church-goers’ friendship with the world. The Bible says the Christian will be HATED by the world, not friends with it.
“know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.”
–James 4:4
OF all the various fables told in the churches, the ones about being friends with this world (called “blessings“) are perhaps the worst.
Are there material blessings from God?
Of course–but they are usually the exception (particularly in the end times), not the rule of the Christian life in this present wicked world. Dozens of Bible verses confirm this.
God’s GREATEST blessing in this world is PEACE (not material or social possessions), even through these times of trouble.
“These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”
–John 16:33
Yes, there is a real Christian walk: it has very little in common with what is taught for fact in the churches.
In this world, the Christian is promised strife, tribulation and persecution.
“If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.”
–John 15:19
“Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.”
–Acts 14:22
“Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.”
–2Timothy 3:12
Even through the slings and arrows of this present world, the Christian is promised peace to endure through the Holy Spirit of God and the love and fellowship of our Lord Jesus Christ.
ALL else this world has to offer the Christian is apt to be strife.
YET, the church-goers go about their lives, hand-in-hand with the world, fretting about the persecution they MIGHT experience and the tribulation their churches guarantee them they will not experience.
Indeed, the great majority do not even know what tribulation is.
IF the reader is a church-goer and is not experiencing slander, attacks, tribulation, persecution and more (for the name of Jesus) THEN he needs to reexamine his life and make his calling and election sure.

“He [Jesus] answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.”
–Mark 7:6-7
The Corporate Media LOVE to promote sin and license and then–once the effects of a long-term government/media propaganda campaign bear fruit–write the obituaries.
HOWEVER, publishers will never go broke flattering those who attend the pagan temples known in America as the “churches.” As always, whenever Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) refers to “Christian,” the savvy reader knows to append “counterfeit” to the front of it.
As it is in 2016, in years past the portion of America which was Christian was EXTREMELY small.
The portion of America which PRETENDED (or because they sat in a building called a “church” mistakenly BELIEVED themselves) to be Christian HAS ALWAYS been a good deal larger than the few who really were Christian.
“This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.”
–Matthew 15:8-9
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. Remember all of the animosity the government/media manufactured there?
Remember the media story which changed every day, day-after-day?
Ferguson MO is turning into another Trayon Martin-George Zimmerman fiasco.
The media MO is EXACTLY the same, right down to the initial releasing of a dishonest picture of the teen in question. First, video was released of the store incident. Then residents told CNN that the video was not of the dead teen. NOW, even if the teen in question WAS a prime robbery SUSPECT, police still don’t have the right to gun down an unarmed black man.
BUT, as this entire event has been constructed to fire up black-white tensions, conflicting facts will continue to be dribbled out by the media over the next two-three weeks.
FIRST, facts which strengthen one side’s arguments; THEN, facts which strengthen the other side. The method encourages both sides to “pick a side and dig in.”
In the meantime, there is real rage, a real person lies dead and the police across the country are still junior military units ready to fight a war.
ONE MORE EXAMPLE
Fox News source: Wilson was “beaten very severely” before shooting Michael Brown – Why didn’t the police release this ten days ago? Answer: because it would not have furthered the agenda of the Media. Only by releasing information–first, for one side; the next day, for the other–in a contradictory form of the Chinese water torture can the Corporate Media effectively inflame public opinion, feed anger and divide effectively along racial lines.
Media watchers recognize the media modus operandi as the same used in the Trayvon Martin media circus.
Experienced media watchers will recognize the same forces which were at work in the infamous OJ Simpson murder/trial 1994-95 media circus. For almost a year, blacks and whites were encouraged to pick sides and the media treated each side to a menu of conflicting facts. When the OJ verdict was finally announced on national TV, the differing reaction to the verdict of whites and blacks highlighted the media’s success of dividing along racial lines.
Before OJ, there was the Rodney King beating in 1991. Before King, there were many other media stories designed to divide along racial lines.
It has been a lesson the media has repeated and refined over the years.
The Corporate Media has perfected its very own racial strife machine and delights in using it at every opportunity. This is in order to sell a few of the media’s favorite products: hatred and anger.
The Corporate Media (Satan’s Mouthpiece) has long delighted in its presentation of these real-life moral dilemmas. They are presented in order to “demonstrate” that there are no moral absolutes.

Donald Trump’s campaign chairman Paul Manafort has resigned in the wake of the campaign shakeup and revelations about his work with Ukraine, the campaign said in a statement Friday morning.
The Indiana governor has remained an unyieldingly optimistic, stoic face within the campaign. He has persistently defended his defiantly unapologetic running mate despite the provocative remarks and worked to frame his running mate as a “good man.”

THE GOSPEL
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

–1 Corinthians 15:1-8
“For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.”

The United States Army’s finances are so jumbled it had to make trillions of dollars of improper accounting adjustments to create an illusion that its books are balanced.
Montana wildlife officials indefinitely closed a 183-mile stretch of the Yellowstone River and hundreds of miles of other waterways Friday, barring all fishing, rafting and other activities to prevent the spread of a parasite believed to have killed tens of thousands of fish.
‘OBAMA IS A TRAITOR, INFILTRATOR’ MEME: The number of emails each day promoting the theme of “Obama is an infiltrator” or “Obama is a traitor” has grown by leaps and bounds.
Once upon a time while a heathen, during a multi-year stint as a bartender at wedding receptions, it was remarked that the opposite result was true: the bigger the wedding, the quicker the marriage was over.
In fact, sometimes, the planning for the wedding, the ever-popular “reception” (with its many modern American rituals) and the honeymoon took longer than the marriage lasted.
With some people, getting married appears to be an excuse to throw a party; it seems little thought is expended over how the marriage is actually going to work.
When the Missouri-based nonprofit running the Good News Clubs brought a campaign to Portland in 2014, it faced fierce resistance. A group called Protect Oregon Children was formed, pledging to rally parents to resist religious teaching in public school buildings.
Oregon’s children must be protected at all costs against even the scourge of pretend Christianity.
As with all things American, expect this ruling to establish protection for the antichrist imitators which will follow.
The fake Christians will then howl for the cameras, but they will have accomplished their primary mission of paving the way for the man of sin’s after school clubs and the indoctrination of the youth. Of course, it’s hard to imagine such antichrist organizations being more effective than the fake Christian ones.
There is no political solution for a spiritual problem.
It doesn’t matter how many Bible verses one tries to explain away: this only confirms that the problem is spiritual. Christians are supposed to be “in this world, not of it.” Yet, so many church-goers are neck-deep in the world and are calculating what they must do in order to maintain that position as their world collapses.
Therefore, they will support what feels good to their flesh–all the while trying to justify their decision with a Bible verse wrenched out of context.
Better that they should come clean with themselves. THEN, they would only have to concern themselves with the consequences of “rebellion” and “pride”–instead of adding “self-deceived” to the mix as well.
The traditional vow is: “I…take you to be my husband, to have and to hold from this day forward; for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love, cherish, and obey, till death us do part, according to God’s holy law.”
Of course, “proof” is offered in the form of the media’s favorite form of lie: the poll. However, the figures presented in the linked piece are believable.
However, upon further reflection, it’s hard to see why Americans–who mostly ignore the words of their wedding vow–would object to this particular part.
This tale reassures Americans that their boys, like those in the Hollywood movies, ONLY kill the bad guys and that war is a very much like building fine watches: a business based on precision and pain-staking attention to detail.
Rachel Held Evans and the New Liberals – From the beginning, there has always been a battle over what Christianity is. In the early church, one battle was with the gnostics. That battle is not over, it has merely shifted. From the weighty essay:
“It was once popular in the Christian Church, as you might discover by reading Christianity and Liberalism by conservative Christian stalwart J. Gresham Machen, that the fundamentals of Christianity (including Scripture alone and faith alone) were questioned by those who wished to make experience the primary aspect of Christianity. This was the modernism that the Christian faced in those who denied that the truth of Christianity could be talked about simply by teaching the propositions of the Scriptures and the theology as demonstrated by (any of) the historical confessions of the faith.
Instead, these liberals opined, the Christian worldview can better be explained by leaving logic, reason, and the intellect out of the core of Christianity. No creed, but Christ, they would declare. This of course was the predecessor to the contemporary claim that Christianity is not a religion, it is a relationship. It was against this modernism that Machen fought for the historical Christian faith.”
Using these words as an introduction, the author tackles clever Rachel Held Evans, who is one of the pied pipers for the flood of Christians moving outside of the church precisely because they are ignorant of basic doctrines. The Bible informs us that these former Christians will not remain in a vacuum, but will eventually migrate to the coming one-world religion.
But first has come the tearing down of the logical and systematic understanding of the Bible. “What I know to be true” has been replaced by “what I feel to be true.” With the gnostics, it was “What I know that you don’t know is true.”
Enter R.H. Evans, in who “What I know to be true” is replaced by “What I don’t know to be true might be okay–or not. In the end, this is Christianity.”
The woman and the belief system she represents offers a moving target. It also offers a different gospel–actually, an entirely different religion.
IF the reader has the time and is not afraid to tackle meaty, densely-reasoned pieces, this will be a joy to read.
NOTHING typifies the buildings popularly called the churches like their observance of eating and self.
Pancake breakfasts, spaghetti dinners and pot luck socials: the modern churches are defined by what they hold dear–and eating and their celebration of themselves are activities of which few seem to grow tired.
IF the churches preached the gospel as often as they held social get-togethers, the USA might come close to that imaginary country which is the subject of their myth of the Christian nation.
However, NOTHING supersedes the eating and “fellowship” found in the churches at these church dinners.
But zombieism is interesting because, like rabies, its symptoms can include anxiety, agitation, paranoia and terror that alter the behaviour of the infected individual.
So zombies will actively try to bite or eat their victims, thereby spreading the disease faster.
Yep, that’s what they’re talking about while pretending it’s a real threat.
“Zombies.”
However, the government/media has invested so many assets, time and propaganda on this theme, it’s hard to believe it won’t be used as an end times deception.
“How can the reader know when the Corporate Media is lying to him (never mind the fact that the media is Satan’s Mouthpiece and Satan is the father of lies)? One easy way to tell is the use of “Why” and “How” in the headlines of an article. When the reader sees “Why?” or “How?” in the headline–occasionally “What” is used–that which follows will be a fairy tale, a narrative, a bedtime story spun by the media for the benefit of the media’s master. “Why” usually denotes an on-going narrative; “How” signifies a story line which explains past events. Not all narratives begin with “How” or “Why.” However, the most in-your-face, over-the-top ones usually do. ALL political “news” is narrative.
King Tut’s Blade made of meteorite – A fairly new narrative, made necessary by another piece of pre-flood technology, this one in King Tut’s tomb.
Whenever the media/science is faced with evidence of the technological superiority of the pre-flood civilization, the narrative-spinners get busy and manufacture a cover story to explain this very old technology that modern man cannot duplicate.
Thus we now have the fanciful yarn of King Tut’s Magic Meteorite Blade.
The author specializes in the perpetually-offended’s wallow of ultra-indignation at the slings and arrows of THEM!–whoever THEM! happens to be that particular day or hour.
And, for those who enjoy such bathos, this latest piece doesn’t disappoint.
