With each passing year, man arrogantly believes that he is progressing to the point where he is in control of what happens in the world.
Man is not in control.
POLL: Fewer think that the USA will suffer another GREAT DEPRESSION
Some believe that there will be no more economic depressions–that man has mastered the art of providing good things.
There have been economic depressions. IN FACT, there have been economic depressions unrecorded by history.
How can we know this?
“The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.”
—Ecclesiastes 1:9
There have been economic depressions before.
There will be economic depressions to come.
Many church-goers believe that Ecclesiastes 1:9 is only referring to human nature. The verse is clear: it is referring to ALL human endeavors. If more would keep that in mind, there would be less “mysteries” in the worlds of science and the “paranormal.”
“Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us. There is no remembrance of former things; neither shall there be any remembrance of things that are to come with those that shall come after.”
—Ecclesiastes 1:10-11
Written approximately 3000 years ago–and a source of modern wonder.
Until one remembers that God is eternal and his knowledge knows not the limits of time.
DO not let the reader be deceived: chaos (which includes economic chaos)–not peace, love and universal brotherhood–is coming.
IS the reader prepared for what is soon coming upon the earth?
