IDOLS
There are many myths and legends about idols.
Here is one surrounding a particular type of idol.

Those who give their allegiance to idols are not enslaved by a piece of metal or word or ceramic. Behind the idol is a demonic power. Because demonic power is above and beyond that of humans, men believe the power of the idol is the power of a god.
It’s truly amazing how many moderns bow down and/or sacrifice to idols.
Idol worship appears to make little sense.
But then, the spiritually deceived do much that is senseless.

RE-BRANDING EVIL
Psychology: The truth about the paranormal – Any time the Corporate Media promises ‘the truth,’ what follows is anything but. And so it is with the linked article, which is a mishmash of the demonic and use of familiar spirits.
What the linked article does is provide cover stories for this use of illegitimate supernatural power. One of the more popular has to do with “ghosts.” Another has to do with labeling demonic power as “the paranormal.”
It’s a re-branding of evil–something the Corporate Media does every day as one of its normal chores.
Which is necessary because many people find demons to be creepy. However, if they are labeled ‘paranormal‘ then suddenly there’s an air of mystery surrounding the whole affair.

A Promising Alzheimer’s Drug Doesn’t Work

One day, there will be a cure for what men call “Alzheimer’s.”
For now, we’ll have to settle for false narratives about fake causes.

They got their tax cuts and increased the deficit dramatically, all while claiming to be the party of “fiscal responsibility.” And now we stand at another transition between a Democratic and Republican administration, which means that Republicans are preparing to do a 180-degree turn on their opinion about spending and deficits.
RAPID APOSTATE RESPONSE TEAMS
One of the latest crazes among the apostate churches is to trade ministering to local needs/preaching the gospel for the lure of “crisis response” or “rapid response” teams.
Constructing “Crisis response teams” to travel to faraway places and supposedly preach the gospel there–where no one can prove what they are doing is a BIG THING. Crisis Response was first pushed by IHOP (International House of Prayer). Here’s a look at their CRI website.

IHOP had a whole ministry working at the time, Crisis Response International (CRI), devoted to crisis training and end times preparedness. A former staff member told of multiple staff meetings where pamphlets were distributed with information about how to prepare for the physical demands of a crisis… Elitism, gnostic secret knowledge of the end times, special religious experiences, etc. all differentiated IHOP and those like them from the rest of the American church. That more extreme versions of this theology and praxis grew up and flourished (no matter where they got their start) at IHOP should be of no surprise. From the outside, the extremism blended right in.
Nowhere in the Bible are there any “crisis response teams.”
However, that hasn’t stopped apostate wolves and hirelings from twisting Scripture to justify this latest unbiblical ploy: it’s another chance to disobey the Bible’s commands while spouting pretty words about doing “God’s work.”
It’s a good fundraiser too!
It’s not hard to see why this scheme is so popular with so many of the churches.

“How can the reader know when the Corporate Media is lying to him (never mind the fact that the media is Satan’s Mouthpiece and Satan is the father of lies)? One easy way to tell is the use of “Why” and “How” in the headlines of an article. When the reader sees “Why?” or “How?” in the headline–occasionally “What” is used–that which follows will be a fairy tale, a narrative, a bedtime story spun by the media for the benefit of the media’s master. “Why” usually denotes an on-going narrative; “How” signifies a story line which explains past events.
