As the climax of human history approaches, one will notice one’s decisions will increasingly be made for him.
The mystery of iniquity works ceaselessly to control every facet of life.
It has to: lacking omniscience, it depends on control, human spying, electronic spying, onerous laws and regulations and, increasingly, the Internet.
But it ESPECIALLY depends on control.
Has the reader noticed this tightening?
Why walking within 30ft of a lit cigarette puts you at risk of dangerous passive smoking – It was fairly obvious early on to some observers that smoking bans and such were–to most, not all–more about the control than it was about the smoking.
From reading the assorted comments of the non-elected leaders of the anti-smoking movement, one was never comforted that here was a group which would fold their tents and go home after their triumph over tobacco.
It was always about control: it was only incidentally about smoking.
Which is why the hotbed of the anti-smoking movement was first located in Nazi Germany.
It will only get worse.
DOES the reader feel like he has little control over his life?
There is still time to change direction (repent) and place one’s trust in Almighty God.
