Jesus assured us there will always be the poor.
Fast forward 2000 years to an antichrist country which teaches its people that poverty can be eradicated, in clear contradiction to what Jesus said.
The USA has been fighting its “War on Poverty” for 50+ years.
Does the reader believe the USA is winning?

It’s time to smash the whole welfare system – Convenient timing: just as the artificial destruction of manufacturing and service sector jobs leaves millions without a job (many for the first time in their adult lives), Satan’s Mouthpiece has been calling for the destruction of the welfare “safety net.”
Very conveniently timed.
IF one is into maximum chaos in society.
The trashing of the “American safety net” has been one of those activities which has taken place under the media radar. Add in those in the local networks who shrilly denounce those “bums on welfare” every chance they get and we have a campaign for dismantling decades of protection for the less fortunate.
What’s ironic: the same people who finally need a safety net are many of the same people who for years grumbled about paying for it while other people were using it.
NOW that they need it, it most likely won’t be available.
Be careful what you wish for.

Unfortunately, the next big war will feature what wars have always featured: plenty of killing. And do not be surprised if a great deal of that killing ends up occurring in the USA.
HOWEVER, the “Next Big War,” for reasons discussed elsewhere, will have a fairly large CGI “warfare” component. The domestic death toll will still be necessarily horrific, but the military will be needed for use at a later date by what will become the one-world government.

IS the media trying to warn readers of health dangers posed by energy drinks–a fast-growing segment of the beverage market?
HAS the media suddenly learned of these energy drink drawbacks?
Presently, the answer lies in the realm of speculation. However, media watchers should not have long to wait until the answer presents itself.
Energy drinks belong to the same class of products as coffee, cola and tea: mildly stimulating drinks which work mostly through the active ingredient of caffeine.
[Caffeine] is the world’s most widely consumed psychoactive drug. Unlike many other psychoactive substances, it is legal and unregulated in nearly all parts of the world.
Maybe this is just a case of more product placement disguised as “news“? Although most of the stories do not mention any specific energy drinks by name, perhaps it is an industry-wide product placement campaign by the energy drink industry?
NOTE: This might be a good time to point out that so-called “energy drinks” do not work how they are popularly supposed to work.
WHY is this important?
Believers are to be aware of the wiles of the enemy.
Believers are also to take note of end times deception.
No matter what forms it may take.

One particularly tough and indigestible nugget of talk-radio stupidity afflicting the guts of conservatism is the idea that there is some sort of fundamental difference between bribing a business with tax cuts and bribing it with a wheelbarrow full of cash. The Trump-Pence bailout of Carrier’s operations in Indiana provides an illustrative case.

FROM A READER – A reader wrote inquiring about the stories which have circulated for the last year or so about North Carolina sending the homeless to FEMA camps to receive RFID chip implanting.
Since we included a link to such an article about a year ago, perhaps it is time for an update on the situation.
Is it true? False? In-between?
Here’s our response.
The “NC homeless to FEMA camps” (or some variation of the same story) has been circulating for at least a year now.
That doesn’t mean it isn’t true. That doesn’t mean that it is an “Internet rumor.”
I hadn’t read anything about forced RFID chips. That would have no meaning (biblically) anyway. The mark of the beast is a voluntary thing and people will be lining up to get one. No one will be forced to take the mark. The Bible says you either take it or you don’t. If you don’t, you die. It’s that simple.
Those who don’t want the mark will die, everyone else will be worshiping the dragon. There’s no “forcing” the unwilling. Almost everyone will be more than willing to get a nifty new mark.
I remember reporting on the NC homeless story (with a caveat) about a year ago. But I could never find anything confirming the details (even from any local blogs), so there wasn’t much to follow up.
NOW, even though there was no confirmation in other media, I do believe it is very probable that this has occurred or is happening right now.
It’s been reported that the homeless in some cities are being given a choice: leave or check in to “remote homeless shelter.” These “shelters” are described as very much like a FEMA camp or a prison. Many cities have also made it a crime to feed homeless people.
So, homeless people do have a target on their backs–and with the USA following closely the script that Germany used 1923-39, for the homeless to be imprisoned makes sense.
I guess I can’t tell you if it is definitely happening, but if I had to guess, I’d say it probably is (from all of the pieces of evidence that are being left out).

Interfaith Leaders Celebrate Achievements but See Difficult Year Ahead – Tough to see how “interfaith” could have a “difficult year ahead.” This is the season of interfaith: of watering down doctrines for the sake of holding hands and swaying back and forth, celebrating oneness. Interfaith, brotherhood and unity are on the way up in the world. Old paths, the Bible and Jesus Christ are sliding down at an ever-increasing pace.
The Bible promises the “saints of the most High” shall be worn out and delivered into the hand of the enemy for a season. But God has all under His control and believers are to remember the promise of Jesus that “the gates of hell shall not prevail” against His church.
