Sounds like Nazi propaganda about how awesome concentration camps were for Jews and other detainees.
Concentration camp and killing center officials compelled prisoners, many of whom would soon die in the gas chambers, to send postcards home stating that they were being treated well and living in good conditions. Here, the camp authorities used propaganda to cover up atrocities and mass murder.

In most cases, Sex Education was something pushed on communities by Big Education. Sex Education was a way for the government/education to undermine parents while disseminating and promoting fornication to their children.
Now, Big Media is rewriting history to make it sound less like the police state decision which parents had no voice in deciding.
