Islamic State sanctioned organ harvesting in document taken in U.S. raid – Pretty standard-grade pre-war propaganda–as the article reluctantly admits.
The document does not offer any proof that Islamic State actually engages in organ harvesting or organ trafficking.
Still, propaganda doesn’t rely on the truth to be effective.
It relies on lies and constant repetition.
