Watching for the Wrong Signs

One of the enemy’s best tricks is to get the masses watching for signs of the end times which are deceptions.

This is one reason it is imperative for any who wish to avoid being deceived to have a Bible, STUDY it and to pray accordingly.

A New Naziism coming to America? – Good question–if this were 2004.

But it’s 2014 and there have been checkpoints on American roadways for years now.

Oh, we call them “DUI checkpoints” and such. The state will always have a reason for doing what they do. But drivers are stopped for no reason and asked to produce their papers before being allowed to continue on their way.

Travelers are searched, re-searched and searched some more. “I’m only doing my job” trumps the imagined protections of the US constitution every time at the airports; on a thousand streets and lonely back roads; and, at countless traffic stops across the country.

Almost everyone in the USA is watched, recorded, monitored and eavesdropped upon.

Land of the Free, baby!

It will get worse.

But here’s a thought experiment: what if it only gets worse incrementally? What if there’s no “plunge off the cliff into the abyss” that the Corporate Media has been so kind as to incessantly warn Americans about for the last couple of years?

“Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.”
—Ephesians 5:16

Here’s a scenario to consider: What if church folk stay huddled in their homes waiting, waiting, waiting for the signs they’ve been taught will appear? Believers are supposed to “watch.” But what if many are watching for the wrong things? The enemy knows scripture. Surely he wouldn’t have tried to deceive church folk on these points.

Would he?

What if we’re looking for the wrong signs? Watching and waiting for power which many feel certain–no, have been instructed–will be at their disposal. Looking on as the world waxes worse and worse and still even worse every day all around us.

Thankful for the hammer which hasn’t yet fallen–and not fulfilling all that’s commanded of them in the meantime? Discussing the evil among themselves, but not speaking out boldly to the world; a world which only wants to hear what the world wants to hear?

Many Christians are listening to what self-proclaimed modern apostles and prophets are proclaiming. Is this what the Bible says will occur? So many are sure these men are anointed, but what does God’s Word have to say about those with a false anointing and false Christs?

“And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.”
–Matthew 24:11

“For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.”
–Matthew 24:24

Naziism?

It is already abroad in the land; indeed, has already had its way for years.

And, as this new Naziism goes about its business, it is not unpatriotic to notice it.

It’s observant.

IS the reader watching for the wrong signs of the climax of human history (Day of the LORD, Armageddon, etc.)?

Satan’s Minions: Angels of Light, Ministers of Righteousness

“Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.”
–Luke 11:35

Martin Scorsese: The Devil comes with a Smile – The Bible says it a bit better: the devil comes as a “angel of light.”

“And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.”
—2 Corinthians 11:14

Think of all the “lightbringers” on so-called “Christian TV.” Dealing spiritual death to their viewers with another gospel message of another Jesus that corrupts God’s Word in exchange for filthy lucre.

“Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre’s sake.”
—Titus 1:11

Think of all of the so-called “do-gooders” (hint: Oprah Winfrey) who have built empires of wealth and/or power by dispensing a poisonous syrup which sounds sweet to the uninformed ear, but which replaces God’s Word with a murderous New Age substitute..

“Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.”
—Romans 1:25

Think of all of those who so carefree and loosely and RELENTLESSLY throw around words like “love” and “brotherhood.” But alas: it’s a one-way street: it’s only love and brotherhood IF one agrees with these love gurus.

“Angels of light.”

The deception of these last days is thick: in America, it’s suffocating.

Examine all those who claim to be dispensing light. If the Bible is not the source of their light, then it’s a deception.

“And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.”
—Matthew 24:4

The reader may disagree. The reader may mock. The reader may violently turn away.

But now: the reader may never say “I did not know.”

“For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.”
–2Corinthians 11:13-15

HAS the reader been taken in by clever angels of light or apparent ministers of righteousness?

Comedy as Propaganda Delivery: Laughing in the New Year

One of the most effective ways to disseminate propaganda messages is to wrap them in a “joke.”

The masses let their guards down, turn off their critical thinking skills and eagerly swallow what’s being dished up when they believe themselves to be “entertained.”

Especially when the masses are laughing.

Which is one reason comedians make the very best deliverers of propaganda.

To commemorate the first few days of the New Year, over this long weekend we’ll include some jokes/propaganda of the last 7 years from the late night comics.

This seemed a better choice than to include all of the “Best of” and “Worst of” lists which the Corporate Media churns out the last day or two of each year. Such lists are usually compendia of narratives (stories).

At this point, all we’ll say about the coming year: 2016 should prove to be highly, HIGHLY interesting.

JUSTIFICATION OR EXCUSES?

The world will seek to justify itself.

The world will always search for a reason to excuse inexcusable behavior it commits.

One of it’s favorites: “IF we don’t do it, someone else will!”

Krauthammer Hits Scalise ‘Double Standard’: Obama ‘Didn’t Just Wander Into’ Rev. Wright’s Church Once [VIDEO] – One of Satan’s–and any five-year-old’s–favorite arguments.”They’re doing it, why can’t we?”

Americans were treated to a heaping helping of this type of non-Christian thinking during the Cold War.

“We have to do it–or the Russians will!”

“If we don’t do it then the commies will!”

“It” could be anything from supporting brutal dictators, assassination, murder, running drugs: it was all justified by someone else doing it (or in the Cold War version, by just the threat of someone else doing it).

The world will never run out of reasons why it is wicked.

DOES the reader excuse bad behavior because clever excuses are offered?
