Modern man has fashioned himself many, many gods.
These creations are NOT the God Almighty of the Bible, but counterfeit versions based largely on man and man’s faults, corruptions, logic and beliefs.
These created versions of “god” do NOT have the power to save.
These created versions of “god” do NOT demand from their followers anything which benefits the kingdom of heaven.
These created versions of “god” do NOT have the power to bring about the life transformation referred to in the Bible.
“Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.”
–Ezekiel 36:25-27
In short, these created versions of “god” do NOT have the power to do anything–beyond the strict limits set by God Almighty.
The time is coming when many people will call upon their “god” to rescue them.
Silence–along with temporal destruction and eternal condemnation–will be their only answer.
“Woe unto him that saith to the wood, Awake; to the dumb stone, Arise, it shall teach! Behold, it is laid over with gold and silver, and there is no breath at all in the midst of it.”
–Habakkuk 2:19
HAS the reader placed his trust and faith in a false god?
THERE is still time to change directions (repent) and throw oneself on the mercy of the LORD.
