“Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.”
–Hebrews 13:17
God’s Word is quite clear about the Christian and worldly authority.
The Christian is to submit to that authority and obey it.
“Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well. For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men”
–1Peter 2:13-25
God’s Word is also very clear about what happens to the believer (or anyone) who does NOT obey the authorities.
The penalty is damnation.
“Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.”
–Romans 13:1-2
Submit?
That’s for losers! I’ll never submit!
Obey?
You must be a coward!
What about bad rulers?
What about tyrants? We can’t obey tyrants!
The founding fathers of America resisted tyrants and look what it got them!
We have to have a revolution and take this country back! You’re a loser!
“For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.“
–1Samuel 15:23
One either believes the words of man or the Word of God.
Obey the authorities–UNLESS the authorities order the reader to break God’s law.
Then the believer must not obey a law which contradicts God’s law.
When the authorities come for the non-complying reader, he may flee.
OTHERWISE, trust God and obey the authorities.
“Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work“
–Titus 3:1
One either trusts God Almighty or one trusts in himself and other men.
”For the kingdom is the LORD’S; and he is the governor among the nations.”
—Psalm 22:28
DOES the reader believe all of the talk about “good Americans need to take back their country?”
DOES the reader believe that the founding fathers were good Christians EVEN THOUGH they were perhaps the world’s most-infamous rebels?
DOES the reader think that “submit” is a horrible word for free people to use?
It is not YET too late: there is still time to change direction (repent), place your faith for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.
DOES the reader believe he is saved?

For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
