Striving to Create One’s Own False Reality

There are those who strive mightily to create their own reality.

ANY created reality is NOT what is really taking place: it is a FALSE reality.

And all those who live in such fantasy worlds live a lie; a deception.

Perhaps this is why the world encourages such imaginations.

In fact, every time the reader is asked “to image,” he is being invited to start along the path to creating a reality which does not really exist: a false reality.

“for the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth”
Genesis 8:21

Once more: there are many who strive to create their own reality; a false reality.

Though there are arguments to be made concerning whether one sees the glass as half empty or half full, creating one’s own reality is a tricky business–particularly in the times in which we live.

The problem with the end times is NOT that mankind sees things as they want to see them instead of the way things really are.

The problem with the end times IS that man sees things as he wants to see them instead of the way they are.

In other words: regardless of what the reader is told, man has NO problem creating his own reality.  Millions do it every single day.

Some of those millions believe in doom and gloom.

MANY MANY MORE believe that their situation is much better than it really is.  Again, in this regard, they are encouraged in their deception by the lying Corporate Media, education, popular culture, entertainment, science, medicine and advertising. They are told that such deceptions (imagining something as one wishes it were instead of the way it really is) is a special skill to see the world as they desire to see it.

Many times, it is claimed that the key to one’s happiness is believing in a reality which does not exist outside of the person’s head. To some extent, this claim can be true: there are those who are happiest when they do not have to deal with life as it is, but as they wish it could be.

One of the deceptions used goes something like “IF you recognize negativity, you give it power.”

This sounds good on the surface, but this is asking to not acknowledge what is REALLY happening (negativity) in favor of something else. The reader only has to ask himself: Does ignoring a problem cause it to go away?

Many certainly WISH that was true.

This manner of thinking is a deception.

Every facet of modern life encourages man to live in a false version of what is really taking place.

This is one reason video games and movies are so popular: they pretend that false reality is real.

This is one reason entertainment flatters their audience: it is easier to indoctrinate someone when they are enjoying themselves.

Who doesn’t like someone telling them nice things?

The masses are told about the “power of positive thinking.” In this manner, they are much like the deceived who listen to occult Word of Faith TV preachers.

A company will NOT go broke telling the public it is smarter, stronger, faster, wiser or more clever than it really is.

Yes, there are those who strive mightily to create their own reality–and when they create and furnish their own comfy version of reality, they get to live in it.

Therein lies the problem: just because you call a cat a dog does not make it so–even IF the one living in a false reality REALLY believes that his cat will soon begin barking.

The questions to ask:

Are there too many people who see life for the way it is or the way they want to see it?”

“Is it a common complaint that too many people have their eyes open and are thinking clearly?”

The end times are all about deception.  One does not have to believe the Bible to see what is taking place in the world around them. Is the reader’s circumstances getting better or worse?  Do others seem kinder, gentler, more truthful?  Or, do they appear to be getting more devious and less truthful?

DOES the reader believe this is the natural order of things: that man gets continually worse? IF the answer is “Yes,” where does the reader believe the behavior will eventually lead the world?

HAS the reader believed those who have asked him to “SEE the world as YOU want to see it. LIVE the world you see”?

DOES the reader believe the lie that imagining a false existence is a sign of self-assurance or confidence in one’s self?

It is not YET too late: there is still time to change direction (repent), place your faith for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.

DOES the reader believe he is saved?

Make Your Calling and Election Sure: End Times Survival

DOES the reader believe he is NOT saved?

Time is Running Out: Today is the Day of Salvation

“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
1 Corinthians 15:1-8

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
