Satan’s Workers Exalt Their Lying Leader

“Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”
–John 8:44

The workers of iniquity tell many lies about their leader, Satan.

By the telling of these lies, they attempt to exalt and honor their lying leader.

One of the biggest is corrupting 2Corinthians 4:4: that Satan is the “god of this world.”

“In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”

There are many scriptures in which God Himself flatly states there are no other gods.

Another of the lies Satan’s disciples tell to exalt the created being they have chosen to follow: that Satan has assumed rule of this world due to the fall of man. To “prove” their claim, they refer to the words of the Premier Liar himself, Satan.

“And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.”
–Luke 4:5-7

Satan’s workers claim that because there is no record of Jesus disputing Satan on the devil’s pretense to the kingdoms of the world, Satan’s words must somehow be true. IF Jesus had disputed every lie told by the father of lies, He would have gotten little else accomplished during His time on earth.

But John 8:44 tells us (according to Jesus) there is NO truth in Satan.

Therefore, Satan’s claim that all the world’s kingdoms are his and his to deliver to whomsoever he will give them is another lie.

Psalm 8 also tells us that man DID NOT forfeit his claim of dominion over the earth to Satan at the fall.

“What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet.”
–Psalm 8:4-6

That Satan is ruler of the earth is just another of Satan’s lies, meant to make him appear more grand in his followers’ eyes than he is.

Satan’s followers claim that Satan has many powers he simply does not possess. Make no mistake, Satan’s greatest weapon is his tongue: he is an accomplished deceiver and liar.

His minions are proof enough of that.

But that is basically Satan’s chief weapon: he is an accomplished liar.

Even in the end times, Satan depends upon the lying wonders of men and the power of devils to accomplish many of his deceptions.

“And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.”
–Revelation 16:13-14

Why does Satan use the “spirits of devils” to work miracles in the end times if his satanic power is so great?

Which does not mean that Satan will not deceive the whole world (except for believers) just before Jesus Christ returns.

He will.

“that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world”
–Revelation 12:9

Satan craves worship–which the Bible declares he will receive for a short while before Jesus’ return.

To this end, Satan’s puppets tell the lie that the whole world is ruled by Satan. They point to the corrupted, Satan-approved mistranslations of the Bible.

“We know that we are of god, and the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one.”
–1John 5:19

But one of the purposes of the new, Satan-approved Bible translations is to exalt the Arch Deceiver. The KJV renders the same verse…

“And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.”

…which is QUITE a different meaning–particularly to one who exalts and promotes the devil.

Any who study the original Greek know that rendering 1John 5:19 to show that Satan (the wicked one) controls the earth is not just a stretch: it is dead wrong.

However, not only Satan, but his deluded followers, will tell lies which exalt the devil’s earthly power and control right up until it all comes crashing down upon the return of Jesus Christ.

DOES the reader fear Satan and his workers?

DOES the reader believe the many tall tales told about Satan and his powers?

It is not YET too late: there is still time to change direction (repent), place your faith for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.

DOES the reader believe he is saved?
