Control of the Access Points of Reality is Control of Reality

controling the access of reality

“And as he sat upon the mount of Olives over against the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled? And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you”
–Mark 13:3-5

One of the identifying hallmarks of the end times is man surrounded by an overwhelming amount of deception.

One of the end times’ greatest deceptions is the creation of a false reality which is controlled by those who control the media, entertainment, government and culture.

Especially in these parts, MUCH has been written about this false, manufactured and/or artificial reality.

When discussing the topic, a popular question is “How can someone else control what my reality is?”

To some, the very idea that their reality is beyond their control is an idea which their head resists.

Here’s an example:

When one wakes up in the morning, one of the first things one does is to “touch base” with their reality.

How does this occur?

It depends on the individual, but there are several ways to “check in” to reality before one starts their day.  One might turn on the radio, listen to some music.  In between songs, the announcer gives listeners the time, date/day and weather.

This is one way to “check in.”

For someone else, they may go to the front porch, grab the morning paper and read it while they have a cup of coffee.  This provides them with “news” of their world. Stories about politics, world events, sports, who has died and other local happenings are absorbed before this person starts their morning.  He has “touched base” with his reality.  This person now believes he knows what is happening in his world.

A third person may turn on his TV and listen to a network “morning show” which provides news, sports, local reporters, the weather, tips on life’s challenges: the things this third person feels they need to assure themselves all is right with the world–or at least they know what is wrong.

All three of these people have accessed reality using popular media–the most common way to check one’s reality–television, radio and newspaper.  Other use smartphones, computers or some other technology with is connected to popular media.

Corporate Media controls the access points of most people’s reality.

Therefore, Corporate Media controls most people’s reality.

Corporate Media determines one’s reality.

Is the country at war?  How does one know?  One sees/hears about it through the Corporate Media.

Therefore, one’s reality about the country being at war is solely controlled through the Corporate Media.

How is the country doing economically?

Are Americans happy with the government?

Are most people working?

These are questions which are determined solely through the announcements/stories distributed by the government/media.

And MANY believe the media–instead of their own eyes.

WHY would anyone want to control reality?

Control of reality is control of the events which take place and the people affected.

Governments commonly control reality during times of war.  They tell their citizens stories of their troops (mostly) winning and fighting bravely.  They tell stories of how common people sacrifice for the greater good.  They tell heartwarming stories of those who work for the war cause.

In some cases, the people in a country may have NO IDEA of how things really are going unless they listen to outside broadcasts.

Many Germans were SHOCKED that they lost World War I.  This was a testament to the high degree of control the government had over their reality.

Even many Germans who could see things falling apart in their neighborhood refused to believe they were losing the war.

Though one’s eyes tell them a different story than the one being told and retold by the media, many will believe the stories in the media over what they see with their own two eyes.

Control the access of reality (media) and one controls reality.

…and that is how it is done.

“There is no such thing as public opinion. There is only published opinion.”
Winston Churchill

DOES the reader know that there is something wrong, but just cannot put your finger on it?

DOES the reader give up, say something like “That’s above my pay grade.” and then think about something easier, better or more fun?

It is not YET too late: there is still time to change direction (repent), place your faith for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.

THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST

“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
1 Corinthians 15:1-8

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
-–Romans 1:16
