“And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.”
–Revelation 1:5-7
Among those with an eye on future events, one of the most frequently-asked questions seems to be “What is the endgame?”
In fact, the “endgame question” is right up there with the “How much time do we have left? question.”
It is suspected that most folks who ask such questions either have 1- an idle curiosity about the end times; or, 2- want to have some general information about said times–not because they are worried about their behavior or God’s judgment (or have any intention of changing) or their place in the end times, but just to have a “heads up.”
God’s Word relates the happenings of the end times in great detail.
Sadly, the great majority do not believe God’s Word–even if they could understand it.
What is the end times endgame?
It depends on one’s outlook.
For all of those who have placed their faith for the future on man, man’s systems and the things of the world, the end game is the advent of the false messiah: the man of sin.
“Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition”
–2THESSALONIANS 2:1-3
The man of sin is the endgame for almost all men who dwell upon the earth–whether they have actively worked for the coming of the man of sin OR whether they have merely been content to allow sin to abound and the workers of iniquity to further their plans over the years.
Of course, the entire EBOLA [travel ban] episode does have one positive side to it. It IS a valuable educational experience about just how sacred both the US constitution and the rights it “guarantees” are. The loss of rights are NOT the endgame here.
The endgame is not even the provoking of Americans into rebelling–and their getting mowed down for great loss of life and the creation of tremendously great chaos.
The endgame is that there will come a man who will promise RELIEF from the bloodshed and chaos.
The man of sin IS the endgame.

For the very few: for that small group of end times Christian believers, the endgame is the return of Jesus Christ.
What happens upon the return of Jesus Christ is the subject of several Scriptures (written over a period of approximately 850 years).
“Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.”
–Revelation 2:16
“But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.”
–Isaiah 11:4
“And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders”
–2THESSALONIANS 2:8-9
“And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.”
–Revelation 19:15
And so, what the end times endgame is depends upon whether one is a child of God or a child of disobedience.
“Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience”
–Ephesians 5:6
“Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience”
–Ephesians 2:2
“For which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience: In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.”
–Colossians 3:6-7
So, the end times endgame depends on whether one is looking for Jesus Christ or another Christ.
DOES the reader feel an unease about the future?
HAS the reader been able to determine what this unease is, where it comes from or what to do about it?
It is not YET too late: there is still time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.

THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
–1 Corinthians 15:1-8
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
