One of the signs of the time before Jesus Christ returns to earth is the near-total presence of deception.
One of the reasons for this nearly total deception is that the three-and-a-half-years before Jesus Christ returns to earth is the Time of the Dragon.
And the dragon (Satan) is the father of lies.
“He [The devil, Satan] was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”
–John 8:44
One of the end times’ great deceptions is the memory hole.
What is the memory hole?
A memory hole is any mechanism for the alteration or disappearance of inconvenient or embarrassing documents, photographs, transcripts, or other records, such as from a website or other archive, particularly as part of an attempt to give the impression that something never happened.
The memory hole is NOT ONLY the disappearance of information.
The memory hole is creation of NEW information and it being substituted for information which is then destroyed.
In the past, when information lost to the memory hole has been discovered, it has often been noted.
“Anyone who does research will have noticed not only the many instances of information disappearing but also the many instances of information [having been] changed.”

“For the time being the fly in this Orwellian ointment is the existence of information contained in books and other media owned by private individuals which clearly contradicts the information which has [replaced that information which has] been flushed down the memory hole.”

“At some point, if present trends continue, information about the memory hole may very well end up disappearing down the memory hole.”

During a recent conversation the question was asked, “How can a person know the memory hole exists? How can someone KNOW this flushing of knowledge has taken place?”
There is more than one answer to these questions.
- The reader may already KNOW certain information, refer to a “reference material” and notice the information has been changed; that the old information with which the reader is already familiar is gone. When something is flushed down the memory hole, it takes place across most platforms on the Internet (where information can be easily changed with the stroke of a button) simultaneously.
- Lacking a personal knowledge of such information, the reader may stumble across the old information contained in quotes or old printed sources (books, magazines, newspapers, etc.). The reader might notice that the old information is not the same as the new information.
- The clever reader, upon suspecting that information has been changed, can apply himself to the task and figure out several other ways NOT MENTIONED to verify that the information has changed.
As an example, the word “ubiquitous” is offered.
This small example is presented because
- It has been noticed by this writer for some time;
- It has been noticed and remarked by others; and,
- For the interested reader, it is easy enough to be checked.
(And the reader may be advised that anything connected to the example provided might be changed at any time.)
UBIQUITOUS traditionally meant “APPEARING to be everywhere at once.”
The new memory hole meaning of ubiquitous is “Being everywhere at once: omnipresent.”
Some references offer both the NEW and the older, traditional meanings of the word.
BUT, readers can KNOW this cannot be true.
“Being everywhere at once” and “APPEARING to be everywhere at once” may, at first sight, seem quite similar.
However, these two meanings are quite different.
Why would those presently in control of the world bring about such seemingly-small changes–other than the fact they are deceivers and the end times is a time of almost overwhelming deception?
As Mark Twain once offered.
“The difference between the almost right word and the right word is really a large matter—it’s the difference between the lightning bug and the lightning.”

HAS the reader recognized any changing of information he previously had known?
HAS the reader shrugged it off as “No big deal. Maybe I just forgot?”
It is not YET too late: there is still time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.
