Learning to Murder in the Land of the Free!™

Killing another person triggers feelings of revulsion deep within most men.

Most men.

When the killing involves the helpless and defenseless, these feelings are most usually magnified.

When the act involves the killing of the most powerless by those who exercise control over those without power, most ordinary men become disgusted.

The reader can known IF the above were not true, there would not be enough policemen to handle all of the random murders taking place around the world.

…murder can be a learned behavior.

Murder can be taught from an early age.  That murder is nothing more than a “choice” to be exercised by those who have control/power over those to be killed–young or old–can be taught.

And if such behaviors can be taught, they can also be learned.

And so, such behavior is what is taught in a country once known as the Land of the Free!

But before murder can be taught to be undertaken with a sort of nonchalance, certain preparations must be made.

Among these preparations is the term “murder.”

One cannot be using words like “murder” or “killing.”

It is so much better to use words/phrases which are neutral: “choice” or “right to die.”

Another preparation which is desirable before a country is taught to kill each other is POINT OF VIEW.  It is important to emphasize the feelings, desires, wants, needs and comfort of the one who is doing the killing.

It is also important to DE-emphasize those same characteristics of the ones being killed.  It is also helpful to phrase all such behaviors as a “Me or It” decision.

Lastly, an emphasis on SELF is most helpful.

IF nothing is more important than SELF, then any decision which does not put one’s SELF first and foremost is a stupid decision.

IF the reader will concentrate on the above points, he may find himself eventually losing his “primitive” feelings of revulsion at another human being killed.

ONE additional thing to keep in mind: one need not pull the trigger or beat someone with a hammer in order to kill.

IF one HATES another person, Jesus likened that to killing.

“Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.”
–Matthew 5:21-22

“Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.”
–1JOHN 3:15

And this is how a country which prides itself–pride is a sin–on being a “good Christian country” learned that murder is no big deal IF the government/media/entertainment/culture teaches it is not a big deal.

And it only took 230+ years for Americans to learn the lesson.

DOES the reader find himself mentally agreeing with those articles which present murder as a CHOICE?

It is not YET too late: there is still time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.

Time is Running Out: Today is the Day of Salvation

“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
1 Corinthians 15:1-8

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
-–Romans 1:16
