The Hindus have a saying:
“There is no Hinduism without yoga and there is no yoga without Hinduism.”
Which is a principle reason there is no such thing as “Christian yoga“–regardless of how many apostate churches insist otherwise.
Connecting the mind, body, spirit, and soul
Public invited to Christian-based yoga practice
There is NO “Christian-based yoga.”
Though yoga has been packaged and sold as a breathing exercise or a meditation/relaxation technique, it is an integral part of a cult of demon worshipers.
“Without the practice of yoga, How could knowledge Set the atman (soul) free? asks the Yogatatva Upanishad. Yoga: union with the ultimate. Carl G. Jung the eminent Swiss psychologist, described yoga as ‘one of the greatest things the human mind has ever created.’ Yoga sutra consists of two words only: yogash chitta-critti-nirodah, which may be translated: “Yoga is the cessation of agitation of the consciousness.”

Yoga is the “CESSATION OF AGITATION OF THE CONSCIOUSNESS.”
This is the complete opposite of God’s commands to the Christian.
“Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.”
–Matthew 22:36-37
Hard to worship the Lord thy God with all thy mind when focused on the cessation of agitation of thy consciousness (mind).
When those who peddle yoga and its practices speak of “uniting with the one” OR the “union with the ultimate” OR the “union of the divine,” they are referring to a demonic union; i.e., possession.
“But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils. Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils.”

Yoga for Christians is just one more deception aimed at snaring the unwary–as well as those who are taken in by the desire to be seen as a “positive person” by end time deceivers.

It is not YET too late: there is still time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.
