Science wears many hats.
However, the hats science wears differ from those the public popularly believes.
The public imagines that science is checking facts, compiling data and generally providing a hard, cold framework upon which man’s betterment might be constructed.
At least those are a few of the stories science tells the public.
In reality, science has a few very important jobs–IF one is intent on deceiving end times man. Among those tasks which are critical for the dragon’s end times success are the following:
- Challenge the word of God at EVERY opportunity. This is largely accomplished by repeating the same big lies over and over and over again AND by cementing those lies into every schoolchild’s mind via the corrupt education system.
- Pretend that the stories of science are based on cold, hard facts–instead of tales spun from whole cloth and not much else.
- Claim that any time one of the stories of science has to change (eventually, ALL lies fall apart), it is because of “new research” or “new information.” A man once defended this bad habit of science by asking the question, “Can’t things change?” To which the reply was given, “Yes, but the truth NEVER changes. Science should be honest and not claim that their stories are true and then later change them when the parts do not add up. Oh, they call some of their stories “theories,” but the world (particularly science itself) then acts like these “theories” are true.”
- Remove ANY hint of the special nature of man, life, the earth and all other parts of God’s creation.
It is this last hat which science has perhaps worn longer than any other.
It first began with the story that the sun–a special creation–is nothing more than a STAR.
Nothing special.
After all, there are “billions and billions” of stars.
Then the moon got the same treatment.
Stories about millions of galaxies, solar systems, planets and the satellites which orbit around those planets became staples of science fiction and popular entertainment.
Some stories of science claim that some of those planets even have TWELVE moons!
Man?
First, science claimed that man was just another animal: your neighbor was not much different from your neighbor’s dog.
Then, science claimed that man was just another life form in an almost endless universe surely filled with such life–as science will soon “discover.”
Water?
No big deal.
“According to astronomers, there’s water on LOTS of different worlds.”
Anything which indicates that man is special or was created specially for this specially-formed earth has been systematically supplanted by the stories of science.
Man is not special: man is no big deal.
Earth is not special: earth is no big deal.
God? God is just a figment in the imagination of a few men.
One of the ways science has eliminated the SPECIAL-NESS of God’s creation is by maintaining that EVERY part of life is a physical cause-and-effect equation.

And so, this particular hat–this particular SPECIAL hat–of science will continue to grow larger and more pronounced as man approaches the climax of human history.
As it has been growing for hundreds of years.
It is not YET too late: there is still time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.
