“I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.”
In Isaiah, God declares that He will not remember the sins of those who serve (fear) Him.
Can this be true? Can an all-powerful God forget ANYTHING?
There are several other verses where God declares he will NOT remember the sins of His people.
“This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.”
“For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us. Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him. For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.”
“For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.”
So, it is established in God’s Word: not only does God FORGIVE the sins of those He shows mercy to, He FORGETS their sins even took place!
How can this be?
God is ALL-POWERFUL and ALL-KNOWING. How can he forget anything?
FORGETTING THE SINS of those who are God’s people is a CHOICE made by God.
God CHOOSES to forget those iniquities of His people.
So, while the person may still remember that time he committed sin, God CHOOSES not to remember it.
This choosing to forget the sins of His chosen people is one of the many MERCIES God extends to those who love and fear Him.
“The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.”
“By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the LORD men depart from evil.”
DOES the reader believe the church stories that “fear” of God does NOT mean “fear“?
It is not YET too late: there is still time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.

THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
–1 Corinthians 15:1-8
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
