End Times Checklist

“And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.”
–Mark 13:37

For all of those who try and keep score, here’s a little checklist of end times events (as given in the Bible).

Man keeps getting worse and worse.

“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”
–2TIMOTHY 3:1-5

Many men do not marry, but enter into relationships which they call “marriage.”

“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry…”
–1TIMOTHY 4:1-3

For various reasons, becoming a VEGAN (giving up eating meat) is exalted.

“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; …commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.”
–1TIMOTHY 4:1-5

For over seventy-five years, the media has been full of stories of ALMOST-WARS: of wars which appear certain–but which never happen. Of course, there have been a few shooting wars, but many others which appeared certain but didn’t materialize.

“And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.”
–Matthew 24:6

The words of false prophets are carried almost DAILY by the world’s media–particularly, the tabloids. IF one counts the number of websites which popularlize false prophets, the list grows even longer. AND, if one counts the number of men called “prophets” by their churches? Well, then: the reader will probably not have enough times left to work on this list…

“And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.”
–Matthew 24:11

“And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.”
–Luke 21:8

Satan’s end times one-world kingdom comes into existence and is finally recognized by the whole world.

“and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.”
–Revelation 13:7

MORE: One End Times Beast Already Walks the Earth

TWO of the most UNMISTAKABLE signs are CLOSE–but have NOT yet appeared.

“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition”
–2THESSALONIANS 2:3

We say these are CLOSE because they could happen today.

The “falling away” (the great end times open rebellion against God and His Son, Jesus Christ) is beginning to be serious. Politicians have begun dismissing those who believe in prayer; LGBTQ2 activists directly attack God’s Word; and, regular folks are looking for something they can SEE or TOUCH to believe in.

The man of sin could be announced TONIGHT.

One other sign which is VERY close: the apparent destruction of one of the key members of the world’s end times ruling coalition–which makes a seemingly miraculous recovery.

“And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.”
–Revelation 13:3

And for all readers who keep score, that is is present condition of some of the leading indicators which SHOULD be on your checklist.

DOES the reader believe we are now living in the end times?

WHAT would it take to convince the reader of the times in which we now live?

It is not YET too late: there is still time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.

DOES the reader believe he is saved?

Make Your Calling and Election Sure: End Times Survival

DOES the reader believe he is NOT saved?

Time is Running Out: Today is the Day of Salvation

THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST

“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
–1 Corinthians 15:1-8

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
