THE CLIMAX OF HUMAN HISTORY:
THE RETURN OF JESUS CHRIST WILL BE A DAY OF DOOM AND GLOOM FOR THE WICKED
The Day of the Lord: a gloomy day of darkness.
BUT, for the lost, a day of DOOM and GLOOM.
The return of Jesus Christ to earth is an event which the Bible highlights.
But in all of that Scripture, one point which appears to be passed over by the lost is the way the day (or, The Day of the Lord) LOOKS to the wicked–which is all of the lost who dwell upon the earth.
Which is the GREAT MAJORITY of mankind.
Scripture is CLEAR that the day Jesus returns will be a dark and gloomy one. BUT, it will be day on which BELIEVERS have OTHER fish to fry; while NONBELIEVERS can take their cue from the day’s appearance.
“Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand; A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.”

“Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?”

To the BELIEVER–who are FEW–the day will still appear dark and gloomy.
BUT, to a BELIEVER, what the day looks like will be tempered by the fact that it IS the day the return of Jesus happens.
And Jesus Himself is recorded in Scripture telling His followers what that day means.
“And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.”
–Revelation 22:12
In other words,
“But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; Who will render to every man according to his deeds: To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life: But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile; But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: For there is no respect of persons with God.”

SO: the day will be dark and gloomy for ALL MEN, but followers of Jesus Christ know that OTHER events will mitigate the gloom FOR THEM.
HOWEVER, God’s Word is VERY CLEAR that the day Jesus Christ returns to earth will be scary for BELIEVERS as well.
“Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light.”

“And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?”

So, while the BELIEVER has eternal life with God to look forward to, the NONBELIEVER has to contend with, not only the darkness of the day, but also with the JUDGMENT of GOD–which he NEVER thought in a million years would happen–as well as the unnerving events which the NONBELIEVER never felt would EVER happen (seeing as how they were written in a book he has ridiculed for YEARS).
The day Jesus Christ returns will be a scary one for ALL men.
BUT, for most men, the day’s appearance is only the beginning of a VERY BAD DAY.

Everyone LOVES to hear and see DRAMA, right?
And what is more dramatic than an apparent feud among the beautiful people, right?
Particularly if the “feud” is between celebrities, politicos or royal nabobs?
IN FACT, the rich and celebrated almost never disagree: they engage in feuds–sometimes for decades after they have ceased being celebrated for anything else.
What would the beautiful people do with themselves if not for their never-ending feuds?
Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) has always had a problem: what to do when too many of the rich and celebrated have NOTHING “newsworthy” to do. When the media gets tired of reporting what the rich and celebrated are wearing, they turn to the tried-and-true method of of fake “feuds” to generate cheap, plastic “news.”
One popular singer’s entire marketing campaign over the years seems to have been based on engaging in one “feud” after another. But, as the “victims” appear to be primarily the singer’s “fans,” it’s hard to get too worked up over the ruse.
Sports, politics and celebrity culture, European royalty–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”
Oh–and pro wrestling…
One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.
Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.
Democrats and Republicans, Russia and the USA, members of the same family who toil together for evil ends, famous celebrities who are “feuding” with each other: it happens so often, one occasionally has to wonder, “Does Satan have a university or school where he teaches his followers these tricks?”

The day of the LORD (many times referred to in the Bible) has two sides: one for believers and another for non-believers.
Message to Pastors: Warning Something Big is Coming – The destruction that is coming is not for believers, although some will die. The Day of the Lord elicits two completely different reactions from believers and non-believers.

For a long, long, long time, the churches have been rotten.
Not that many of their congregations were aware.
For the last 10 or so years, the churches have grown so rotten, even many of the most zealous members of the Sunday social clubs have had to take notice.
Grace Like Rain – This is one example of the belief system that has overtaken and, in some instances, conquered the churches in 2013 America.
Grace is like rain.
The Holy Spirit is a weak, easily-manipulated force that appears, not to accomplish a sovereign God’s work, but at the beck and call of the assembly.
The Holy Spirit is breathed in through the air.
Most of this non-biblical, occult imagery and doctrinal change has been drip-drip-dripped into the American churches through the use of antichrist “praise and worship” music which celebrates something other than Jesus Christ.
In fact, a Contemporary Christian Music song which proclaims Jesus in a non-repetitive way is rarer than American pew-sitters who understand the subtle, corrosive changes such music has brought to their imagined faith “which was once delivered unto the saints.”
What’s the difference if one rejects Oprah Winfrey and embraces her New Age mysticism within the confines of the church walls?
What does it gain to mark Benny Hinn as a false teacher and yet proclaim Hinn’s heresies?
What does it matter to profess “Lord Lord” and not keep His commandments?
Jesus warned His church “Take heed that no man deceive you.”
The Savior’s words are taken seriously by few.
They go completely unheeded by many.
At this point in the game, the deception is all-encompassing, pervasive and ubiquitous*.
And tragic.
* – Put another way, the “deception surrounds and envelops us, existing in or spreading through every part of “Christianity;” is widespread, existing or appearing to be everywhere at the same time and is constantly encountered.

OTHER GOSPELS + TRADITIONS OF MEN = VAIN WORSHIP
“Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.”
—Mark 7:7-9
Let no man deceive you.
Churches in America are awash with gospels.
American church folk may hear a gospel message more times than other people around the world combined.
They hear the Prosperity gospel, the gospel of man, the gospel of self-actualization, the Word of Faith gospel, the gospel of pull-yourself-up-by-your-own bootstraps (“God helps those who help themselves“), the gospel of live your best life now!, the “We are all gods” gospel, the New Age gospel, the occult christianity gospel…
In fact, Americans church dwellers hear more gospels in a week of viewing so-called christian TV than those in most other countries hear in a lifetime.
A tiny, tiny portion of American church-goers may even hear the gospel of Jesus Christ.
When what seems right to man is added to what God has declared, then the result is “another gospel.”
Galatians 1:8 and 9 make clear the result of other gospel messages.
Believers are to live by the Word of God.
We are to walk by faith. When this walk is compromised by following after the traditions of men–no matter how “spiritual” these traditions may sound–then the entire walk can be compromised.
It makes no matter from what men those traditions originate: Greek or Jew, Chinese or Catholic, science or pagan. They are still the traditions of men.
In the American churches of 2013, Jewish traditions are all the rage.
Sometimes, they are used to augment scriptures.
Sometimes, they are used to supplement scripture.
Sometimes, they are substituted for the clear meaning of God’s Word itself.
In some cases, these traditions are added to and become part of the gospel itself.
If what one knows are the traditions of men, then when hard times come, those same traditions of men are what will be leaned upon.
And the traditions of men will fail.
Unfortunately, this will be the result of preaching, sitting under and believing another gospel.
It makes no difference what one calls it; it makes no difference how it is prettied up: Another gospel is another gospel.
“Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.”

FLAT EARTH: IT’S COMPLICATED
Flat-Earthers Have a Wild New Theory About Forests –Rule of thumb: whenever one of the elites responds with nothing but contempt, mocking, scoffing and/or derision instead of a real answer, one can know that the elites have just been caught with a hand in the cookie jar and there is NO real answer for them to provide–except the truth, which they will NOT do.
In order to confuse, many times these mockers will refer to experts, big words, complex mathematical equations which have nothing to do with the subject in question or finally–failing to deter the those who are intent on an answer–they change the subject.
Unsurprisingly, the linked piece is heavy on ridicule, arrogance and attitude.
Surprisingly, the biggest promoter of the flat-earth theory has been Satan’s Mouthpiece.
Else, how could anyone know about the movement’s resurgence?
