In God’s Word, those who are believers are charged with warning those who are NOT.
As Jesus Christ Himself has said,
“He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.”
–John 12:25-26
IN FACT, the very last words of Jesus when He was on earth were,
“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
–Matthew 28:19-20
And so, believers are charged to warn non-believers of the coming of God’s judgment upon the earth and those who dwell upon it.
Yes, the warnings of the Bible go largely unheeded today.
Yes, man is deceived–and the deceived will NOT be warned of their coming doom.
Yes, the last days before Jesus returns are days when Satan and his followers are strong–and Satan is an arch deceiver.
“…that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world”
–Revelation 12:9
BUT, has the reader ever stopped to wonder why a FEW will stop and consider, and in doing so, will be saved; that almost ALL do not heed the Bible’s warnings and so, condemn themselves?
Perhaps those few who, however reluctantly, heed the TRUTH of the warnings found in God’s Word, do not even know themselves why they listened.
But they did–and they are proof that Biblical warnings are for the FEW who heed them.
ALL may hear, but FEW will listen.
God’s warnings are for the FEW who will listen.
So, it matters NOT how many times those who will not listen hear the warnings, they will NOT listen to them.
As God has tread the paths of this present time long before, He knows who it is that will listen.
IS the reader listening?
It is not YET too late: there is still a little time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.
DOES the reader believe he is saved?
Make Your Calling and Election Sure: End Times Survival
DOES the reader believe he is NOT saved?
Time is Running Out: Today is the Day of Salvation
THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
–1 Corinthians 15:1-8
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
