NEW YEAR’S EVE

New Year’s Eve is perhaps the lone time when the NIGHT BEFORE a holiday is celebrated more than the holiday itself.

One way to prove this is to look at all of the stores which close EARLY on New Year’s Eve, but which maintain regular business hours on New Year’s Day–even though New Year’s Day is a federally-recognized holiday in the USA and New Year’s Eve is nothing more than a tradition.

Another way to prove this is the time off store employees receive. On New Year’s Day, many employees have to put in their hours; on New Year’s Eve, however, they get time off to enjoy the various New Year’s Eve celebrations.

The world assists in this New Year’s Eve hoopla by creating instant traditions (ball drops, public gatherings to help “ring in the New Year,” and/or TV specials which focus on a New Year’s Eve countdown until the New Year begins.

There have been a great number of New Year’s Eve traditions observed in a many different countries over the years.

In many countries, New Year’s Eve is celebrated at evening social gatherings, where many people dance, eat, drink, and watch or light fireworks. Some Christians attend a watchnight service. The celebrations generally go on past midnight into New Year’s Day, January 1.

Oh sure, New Year’s Day is still observed in some households by eating sauerkraut and pork or some other special traditional meal which is claimed to bring “good luck” in the new year.

And–at least in the USA (and at least BEFORE the recent college football playoff series)–New Year’s Day is still the date on which college football plays its biggest traditional bowl games.

BUT the vast amount of energy seems to be focused on celebrating the NIGHT BEFORE New Year’s Day.

Which occasion does the reader mark for special considerations?

IF at all.

Writing a few thoughts about New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day might be the BEST of all worlds: one gets to look back at 2021 and look forward and speculate about 2022.

ONE such thought has already been expressed previously.

A reader just informed that “they really do New Year’s Eve RIGHT in Boston–but they don’t all it New Year’s Eve. They call it “FIRST NIGHT.”

The reader was then informed that FIRST NIGHT is a VERY OLD tradition–even if the modern iteration of it only goes back 47 years.

The events of Yule are generally held to have centered on midwinter (although specific dating is a matter of debate), with feasting, drinking, and sacrifice (blót).

IF the person doing the looking back is doing so BEFORE the clock strikes 12 on Friday night, then he is STILL in 2021.

IF the person doing the speculation about the coming year is doing so AFTER the clock strikes 12 on Friday night, then he is in 2022.

Since this piece is being written while it is STILL 2021, a few thoughts about the year that is quickly coming to a close might be appropriate.

1- A GREAT MANY CHANGES took place in 2021: changes which have introduced the living into a completely NEW and DIFFERENT way of conducting their daily life.

2- IF the reader was honest with himself–and face it, who is?–he would have to admit that it seems VERY likely that 2021 demonstrated (if nothing else) that COVID and all related words/diseases/habits are NOT a temporary state of affairs, but are here to stay.

3- COVID-19 (the coronavirus) came onto the scene in 2020 (along with the usual government/media types predicting it would be gone in a few months); 2021 is the first YEAR where the population STARTED THE YEAR with COVID-19 and ENDED THE YEAR in much the same manner.

4- IF 2021 featured nothing else, it provided HUNDREDS of stories churned out by Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) on EVERY aspect of a modern life lived with COVID-19. This included the financial ramifications, the health and beauty aspects of dealing with the disease, what to do when relatives come to call, as well as information on ALL THINGS COVID-19.

5- As with ANY campaign constructed in order to get the folks at home marching together to wherever it is they are supposed to march, the press changed stories VERY QUICKLY: FIRST, the voices in the media urged ALL to get vaccinations “so everyone can be safe again.” THEN, it was “Oh, you ALREADY have a vaccination or TWO? Then, you probably need a BOOSTER SHOT!”

There were other newsworthy happening in 2021, but COVID-19 (and all of its MANY tales) EASILY topped the list.

Now, what’s in store for 2022?

1- More of the same and MUCH MORE of it.

2- How many readers believe they have seen the last of the shots?

One suspects that vaccination shots, booster shots, super booster shots, super duper booster shots and whatever else sticks to wall when the government/media types hurl their spitwads at it will become the ‘normal’ state of affairs.

3- Remember ‘NORMAL’?

‘Normal’ means “usual” OR “expected.”

What does the reader believe will be the ‘usual’?

One question: “If the UNUSUAL becomes what is expected, is the UNUSUAL the “NEW NORMAL” everyone talks about?”

4- In answer to several who have asked the question (“Will Jesus come back in 2022?”) over the past couple of months:

Maybe.

NO ONE (but God) KNOWS–particularly all of the smiling faces who regularly make “end of the world” predictions in the media or on the Internet.

“But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.”

One thing readers may know FOR SURE on the subject: 2022 will bring the return of Jesus CLOSER to happening then 2021.

But, if the return of Jesus Christ does NOT happen in 2022, the same will be said of 2023–and so on until Jesus returns in clouds and glory.

5- 2022 will see more of the end times pieces moved into place for the last days.

Perhaps 2022 will see the China-USA war (with Russia helping out the Chinese) and the advent of the man of sin?

It is ALL speculation because NO ONE (but GOD) knows for sure.

TODAY’S “FEUDS”

Everyone LOVES to hear and see DRAMA, right?

And what is more dramatic than an apparent feud among the beautiful people, right?

Particularly if the “feud” is between celebrities, politicos or royal nabobs?

IN FACT, the rich and celebrated almost never disagree: they engage in feuds–sometimes for decades after they have ceased being celebrated for anything else.

What would the beautiful people do with themselves if not for their never-ending feuds?

Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) has always had a problem: what to do when too many of the rich and celebrated have NOTHING “newsworthy” to do. When the media gets tired of reporting what the rich and celebrated are wearing, they turn to the tried-and-true method of of fake “feuds” to generate cheap, plastic “news.”

One popular singer’s entire marketing campaign over the years seems to have been based on engaging in one “feud” after another. But, as the “victims” appear to be primarily the singer’s “fans,” it’s hard to get too worked up over the ruse.

Sports, politics and celebrity culture, European royalty–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”

Oh–and pro wrestling…

One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.

Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.

Democrats and Republicans, Russia and the USA, members of the same family who toil together for evil ends, famous celebrities who are “feuding” with each other: it happens so often, one occasionally has to wonder, “Does Satan have a university or school where he teaches his followers these tricks?”

It’s the last day of 2013.

Some never thought we’d make it out of 2012–and here we are with 2013 nearly in the rear view mirror of history.

Many Americans will wonder: what will 2014 bring?

Will things improve?

Will things continue to go downhill–and if the answer is “yes,” will the ride down be long and winding or short, steep and brutal?

The USA will continue its plunge downward. The middle-aged middle class will notice it more because the corruption and thievery at the top of the political food chain affect them now.

No, there is no political solution to a spiritual problem. That includes ‘getting involved’ with whatever schemes of men happen to fit your political leanings (left or right); moving out of the country; or taking the revolution road to revolt and civil disturbance.

All of these are doomed to failure–though the revolution one will look more and more attractive to some as the revolt drums begin to be beaten by the better known of the rich and celebrated and some of the elite themselves.

It’s later than you think.

That observation applies whether one is Christian or non-Christian.

Those wondering “Later? What’s he talking about?” can read the Book of Revelation for the highlights. This will prove a challenge as many of the youth cannot read and fewer can comprehend. The Bible itself is not encouraging to mockers and scoffers who look to the Book for help on what’s about to befall the earth.

There are enough pew-sitters having trouble with what God’s Word actually says, let alone the obviously lost and dying in the world.

In the meantime, the deception is everywhere and Americans struggle under layer upon layer of it. Those who depend on truth to come from the Corporate Media–ANYWHERE in the Corporate Media–or politics (ANYBODY in politics) will receive more deception.

And deservedly so.

2014 will see more distractions and deception.

In fact, many Americans will see with their own eyes what happens and yet, will choose to believe the words of those in the political and media and ‘spiritual’ cartels over what they see with their own eyes.

Homosexuality is the “price of admission” in entertainment, politics, and other fields of endeavor.

The linked piece is a type of story Americans will be treated to until practically the entire talking head assembly will admit (for one contrived reason or another) that, yes, we are all homosexuals.

It’s the new “normal.”

In America, it took less than 14 years for the ‘mystery of iniquity’ working through its Corporate Media to overthrow thousands of years of civilizational society.

The USA not only is the world’s leading exporter of pornography and other cinematic disfunctionalism, it is now the world’s leading exporter (through its manipulation of foreign aid) of abortion and homosexuality.

The USA is a country which has a few Christians living in it and millions who self-identify as “Christians.” Just how committed those hordes of self-identifying ‘Christians’ are to their imagined faith will be made apparent very soon.

When there is a price to be paid for admitting one is a Christian, we will see how few are willing to pay that price.

This is a deception.

It is sometimes about the money, but it is more about sticking to the Plan to usher in the man of sin.

IF the worker bees of iniquity can make a few bucks while they’re doing that, so much the better. Obviously, this is one instance where it’s not about the money. Play-doh will lose some business over this.

So, why do it?

Cancer hoax of the year gets busted

CANCER IN AMERICA

Cancer has exploded in America over the past 50 years.

“Every year, millions of people are diagnosed with some form of cancer and over 1,500 people die – every day. In the early 1900’s, one in 20 people got cancer, and today that figure has grown to 1 in every three!”

Ever wonder how something like cancer could grow from 1-in-20 to 1-in-3 in only 100 years?

A few observations:

1- One would suspect that whatever is the cause is to be found in the environment around us.

2- One might also suspect that whatever it is that’s causing cancer might not be naturally occurring–else the numbers wouldn’t have changed so radically in only 100 years.

3- Perhaps cancer (and disease in general) is not a strictly physical cause-and-effect relationship. Only in the past 130 years has this physicality of cancer been, not only taught, but believed by the masses.

EVERY year, Satan’s Mouthpiece provides a variety of quotes over which the masses shake their heads.

2013 was a good year for such “stylings.”

The 30 Best Quotes of 2013 – John Hawkins of Right Wing News does one thing extremely well: construct informative and amusing lists. This is praise, coming from a writer who is a list-constructer from way back.

It is suspected that this next quote was supposed to be a showcase for the tough, new conservative pragmatism of the USA’s latest political savior: Ted Cruz. Unwittingly, it exposes just a little slice of what the New World Order ruling class in Washington think about the peons back home.

Ted Cruz is being set up as a “different kind of US politician” for the 2016 election. But is he? Are any politicians really different? Every four years, Americans are promised shiny new political models–but, after Election Day, they somehow always get stuck with the same old wheezing clunkers.

Jimmy Carter, Clinton, Bush II and Obama all ran on the motto of “Change!” Americans did get “Change!”–but it wasn’t the kind they were promised; not the type they expected.

In the USA, the reality of political “Change!” always means a monotonous sameness; a lockstep march further down the road of the New World Order, led by the puppets who make up the criminal cartel in The DC (Den of Corruption).

No matter how “Liberal” or “Conservative” our selected leaders have promised to be, there’s still that same unresponsiveness to middle-class American needs. And there’s that same buzzing drone from the controlled Corporate Media narratives explaining why things won’t be changing this time around–but there’s always hope for tomorrow!

To suggest this was the intended result of our system from the beginning is considered bad form. We’re taught to idolize our founders (Christians, take note of the “idol” part). We’re supposed to “suck it up,” overlook the repeated, planned failures and hope for the best for tomorrow.

This is not only unbiblical, given the the history of the last 26 years, it is unrealistic.

Hidden among the 30 quotes are a few which appear to be gems.

Just because Hillary Clinton doesn’t get a lot of ink here shouldn’t make readers feel that we in any way endorse the former NY senator/First Lady/Secretary of State.

But there’s really not a lot to say about Hillary that hasn’t been said before.

She has no charisma.

She has no charm.

She has no scruples. (But then, she’s an elite American politician: no one really expects her to have any.)

Many Americans have put their faith in the government and its agents.

IS that a wise decision?

The judge also referred often to the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks, in which nearly 3,000 people died, and said broad counter-terrorism programs such as the NSA’s could help avoid a “horrific” repeat of those events.

So will this judge step down if the NSA phone surveillance fails to prevent another terror strike? Will he vacate his ruling if another 911 occurs? Will the NSA admit that phone surveillance of Americans failed?

No, the judge will not step down.

The judge will not change his ruling.

What will happen after the next “terror attack” is that the government will clamp down even harder on Americans and the NSA will plead “We need even stricter laws to keep you safe!” Even though they did nothing to keep Americans safe up to that point.

It never ends.

It never gets better.

It only gets worse.

ONE GREAT PROBLEM TRYING TO PHYSICALLY PREPARE FOR THE END TIMES

One of the great difficulties with trying to PHYSICALLY prepare for the end times–or ANY time, actually–is the attempt to prepare for the UNKNOWN.

So many men prepare for the unknown by using what is KNOWN.

Therefore, whether the calamity is fire, flood, lack of food or whatever, the preparations almost always involve those who imagine themselves to be ‘prepared’ preparing for what is already KNOWN.

Which is ONE reason a great many preparations for different disasters look so much alike.

So that is the great problem these men have: they attempt to battle the UNKNOWN using what worked a few years ago.

Those events which mark the end times are PREVIOUSLY UNKNOWN to man. Man has never gone through such events before and has NO experience dealing with them.

BUT, there will ALWAYS be men who believe they can outsmart God and God’s judgment. (This is one of the great drawbacks of the devil, Satan.)

Regardless of the many talents of the devil, he is NOT smarter than the God who created him.

BUT, Satan BELIEVES he is.

And so, Satan–though gifted in a great many areas–persists in challenging God, who has repeatedly demonstrated down through the years, His superiority over the devil.

The men who try to PHYSICALLY prepare for the end are much the same: they believe they can outsmart God’s declared judgment. This includes all of those who believe they control the levers of power of this world.

But these men, again, are trying to prepare for something they have NO knowledge of and which is TOTALLY unknown to them.

These men might learn a thing or two by consulting God’s Word.

BUT, these men DO NOT believe God’s Word–so that is one more handicap they face in trying to be ready for what is coming to pass.

God’s reaction to these men?

God’s reaction is one of MIRTH rather than concern.

“He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.”

IF ONLY all of the men who are trying to prepare for the end times would throw up their hands and shout, “We don’t have any other ideas!”

AT LEAST there would be some honesty expressed.

But, they DO NOT.

And so, the men of TODAY attempt to prepare for the problems of an unknown TOMORROW using the methods of what was known YESTERDAY.

11 THOUGHTS ON THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST

A few thoughts about the good news (gospel) of salvation through Jesus Christ.

1- Christians are commanded to preach (share) the gospel “to every creature.”

2- Jesus said that when He was crucified, He would draw all men to Him.

3- Men are saved by the gospel: it is the “power of God unto salvation to everyone who believeth.”

4- Once saved, the gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God. Until one is saved (i.e., while lost), the gospel is foolishness.

5- Though the gospel will be preached “in all the world,” and though all men will be drawn to Jesus, He said that only a “few” will believe and be saved.

6- IF any man REALLY wants eternal salvation, God will grant him his desire.

7- Christians are to preach the gospel because it “pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.”

8- Still, though many hear the gospel, few respond to its message of eternal salvation through Jesus Christ. Truly, the gospel of Jesus Christ–the only way of eternal salvation–is hid to those who perish.

“For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.”
—1 Corinthians 1:18

9- A great many who claim to preach the gospel do NOT.

They offer substitutes which SOUND good (The Roman Road, the ABCs of Salvation, John 3:16) but are NOT the gospel–which is “the power of God unto salvation.”

10- Preaching the gospel does not mean that those who preach it will necessarily see immediate results.

Sometimes, the gospel will be preached, the person will reject it BUT later change their mind. Still, God Almighty remembers the labor of all who contributed.

“I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour. For we are labourers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building.”
–1Corinthians 3:6-9

11 A great many false ones change the gospel of Jesus Christ into something else–and then berate others for following the Word of God. These accursed workers employ terms of the world, constructing complete philosophies (e.g., Lordship Salvation) and stories to undermine the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Many times, these workers of iniquity concentrate on one part of the gospel ONLY–while completely ignoring the whole Word of God in their attempts to corrupt the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Again, these satanic liars are accursed.

“But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.”

Regardless of what any church may claim, in this whole salvation equation, the only part believers have any direct control over is preaching the gospel.

And praying for those who are lost.

TODAY’S “FEUDS”

Everyone LOVES to hear and see DRAMA, right?

And what is more dramatic than an apparent feud among the beautiful people, right?

Particularly if the “feud” is between celebrities, politicos or royal nabobs?

IN FACT, the rich and celebrated almost never disagree: they engage in feuds–sometimes for decades after they have ceased being celebrated for anything else.

What would the beautiful people do with themselves if not for their never-ending feuds?

Sports, politics and celebrity culture, European royalty–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”

Oh–and pro wrestling…

One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.

Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.

Democrats and Republicans, Russia and the USA, members of the same family who toil together for evil ends, famous celebrities who are “feuding” with each other: it happens so often, one occasionally has to wonder, “Does Satan have a university or school where he teaches his followers these tricks?”

SATAN AND SECOND CHANCES

AS we are NOW living in the end times–many feel we are living in the LAST DAYS–apologists for Satan are seemingly EVERYWHERE.

As this IS the end times, MANY of the devil’s defenders hang out in the safe spaces provided by the churches.

And so it was that an article, purporting to be a scholarly Christian one, joined in on the popular MODERN chorus, “Why can’t the devil get a second chance?”

Why Can’t the Devil Get a Second Chance? A Hidden Contradiction in Anselm’s Account of the Devil’s Fall

The reader can tell that the piece was written by one of Satan’s workers because it repeats the devil’s lie that repentance is all about SORROW.

According to Christian teaching, the devil is unable to “repent” (i.e., express sorrow for) that first sin and
thereby acquire forgiveness for it.

There is NOTHING in God’s Word about ‘repentence’ meaning that the one who repents expresses sorrow for his behavior.

The piece continues using SPECULATION to stir up some sympathy for the devil.

In daily life, most of us are given (and grant to others) second chances all the time. Given that the consequences of choosing incorrectly were in this case so disastrous and permanent, it seems inconceivable that a good God would permit one of His angels merely one chance to choose and thereby determine his eternal fate.

IF the reader wanted Sympathy for the Devil, he should drag out some old Rolling Stones records and listen to them.

As was mentioned, the devil not getting a second chance is a popular MODERN question.

Now, all of this hubbub about the devil not receiving a second chance ASSUMES that the devil never received a second chance or that Satan even WANTED a second chance.

There is NO Scripture any of these devilish defenders can point to that says that Satan wanted a second chance.

The ONLY evidence that ‘Satan didn’t get a second chance’ is in the busy bee chorus of satanic workers of iniquity who keep repeating the question as though repetition will make the question TRUE.

There is NOTHING in the many recorded actions of Satan which indicate the prince of this world DESIRED a ‘second chance.’

After all, it is Satan’s HUMAN workers of iniquity who prattle on so about him failing to receive a ‘second chance.’

WHY conspiracy theories spread faster than ever – Another run-of-the-mill attack on those who examine and/or question the government/media’s official versions of events.

ANY alternate to the government/media version of events is always branded a “conspiracy theory.”

This is important because IF the media/government loses control of the narrative, they’ve lost a great deal of their power to shape events.

Doomsday Guide – When writing about the prophetic, one faces a paradox.

Many claim they want to know what the end times events will be.

BUT many of these same people do not believe the only source of truth: the Bible.

Many want tall tales filled with drama, such as space aliens, quantum science, false end times events and other end times deceptions.

Because so much of what the Bible says makes people uncomfortable, they search for those who will lie to them.

And there is no end to those who will lie to them. America is full of such men and women.

“That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the Lord: Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits:”

The reader can know this for himself by visiting practically ANY website which promises to clue the reader in on the end times. The reader need only compare what the websites say with what the Bible says.

Still, these Internet sites are quite popular among the counterfeits which populate the land.

THERE ONCE WAS A TIME WHEN A MAN’S COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE WERE NOT AS HIGHLY VALUED AS THEY ARE TODAY

IF a circumstance persists for a long enough time, the people who live through that circumstance will come to regard it as a normal and natural part of their lives; a usual state of affairs.

Of course these people–not having known ANY THING else in their lives—believe their circumstance is just a normal part of life FOR THEM (for whatever reasons they are given).

There are less fortunate people who do not have whatever circumstance because they do not work as hard; they are not as gifted; they are victims of their previous history; whatever.

And so it is that Americans have been taught from an early age that they somehow “deserve” the creature comforts and little daily conveniences they enjoy.

The rest of the world?

The rest of the world does not WORK AS HARD as Americans.

The rest of the world is not as CLEVER as Americans.

The rest of the world does not have the ADVANTAGES (material and otherwise) which Americans have used TO THEIR BENEFIT over the years.

Therefore, the rest of the world does NOT enjoy the conveniences and comforts which Americans do.

Americans have been INDOCTRINATED that this is a natural and GOOD state of affairs.

MANY Americans have grown accustomed to their many creature comforts.

So What Would Happen IF those comforts and convenience–many of which have been enjoyed by Americans from an EARLY age–SUDDENLY disappeared?

Yes, it would certainly be a shock to the system of MANY Americans who have grown accustomed to such advantages.

Yes, it would certainly be a jarring and unpleasant adjustment.

This leads to TWO questions.

1- Could Americans make an adjustment if they suddenly lost their comfort and conveniences?

2- Could Americans learn a NEW WAY OF LIFE which did NOT focus on the easy things of life?

It IS possible to learn a new way of life. One time-honored method of doing so is the carrot and stick.

Would Americans learn to do without?

It’s not like they have ALWAYS been comfortable, fat and sassy.

So, maybe.

MANY Americans DO value their comfort and convenience.

IN FACT, many Americans value their comfort and convenience over most other things–particularly, the truth. As long as their gravy train doesn’t bog down, most Americans will accept whatever they are told.

As long as they are comfortable.

So, THIS is the state of Modern America.

Hard to believe that there once was a time when Americans valued OTHER things more than they valued their comfort and convenience.

[One last question: Does the reader believe that Americans will ALWAYS enjoy greater comfort and convenience than the rest of the world?

Everyone LOVES to hear and see DRAMA, right?

And what is more dramatic than an apparent feud among the beautiful people, right?

Particularly if the “feud” is between celebrities, politicos or royal nabobs?

IN FACT, the rich and celebrated almost never disagree: they engage in feuds–sometimes for decades after they have ceased being celebrated for anything else.

What would the beautiful people do with themselves if not for their never-ending feuds?

Sports, politics and celebrity culture, European royalty–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”

Oh–and pro wrestling…

One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.

Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.

The Corporate Media pretends to write about Christians, a subject which is completely foreign to the writers.

Though minority and white evangelical Protestants have more in common than any other Christian groups, they are deeply divided on matters of race and justice.

Another piece from Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) about Christians, a group with which the media is completely unfamiliar. The Corporate Media also shares the same basic emotion as Satan toward Christians: hatred.

Of course the article is referring to Americans who claim that they are Christians, though it doesn’t specify that fact. IF they were Christians, they would not be deeply divided about such things as race and justice. As a matter of fact, such things as race and justice would fall into their proper place and priority–which is not the same place or priority as what the world places on such topics.

‘TIS THE SEASON: HOLIDAY GIFT-GIVING OBSERVATIONS

The holiday season marked by the holiday we call CHRISTMAS (and which bears the pagan name of YULE) is a season traditionally celebrated by a LARGE AMOUNT of gift-giving.

With that in mind, we now present a few observations on the time-honored tradition of holiday gift-giving.

1- The gift-giving mania is often ascribed to the Bible’s account of the wise men of the East bringing gifts to the baby Jesus.

“Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him. When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.

“And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born. And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the prophet, And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel. Then Herod, when he had privily called the wise men, enquired of them diligently what time the star appeared. And he sent them to Bethlehem, and said, Go and search diligently for the young child; and when ye have found him, bring me word again, that I may come and worship him also. When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was.

BUT, the present-day season of gift-giving is largely a season of WORLDLY gifts.

And yes, gold, frankincense and myrrh were worldly gifts–BUT those worldly gifts had the effect of providing for the family of Jesus as they sojourned in Egypt, waiting out Herod’s reign of terror in Judea.

2- The gifts given during this YEARLY, holiday gift-giving free-for-all are almost ALL items of a worldly nature. The companies who make these products spend HEAVILY on advertising to promote their products as worthy gifts.

3- WORLDLY gift-giving appears to have attracted its fair share of WORLDLY defenders. This is a sign of the last days. NOT the gift-giving itself, but the many worldly defenders of the practice.

4- At one time, giving a person a gift required the giver to put in a LOT of thought as to what constituted the PERFECT gift for the person receiving the gift.

Modern gift-giving, however, seems to consist of buying something–ANYTHING–to fulfill the obligation one feels for crossing another name off of one’s holiday gift list.

And so, modern gift-giving seems to have slowly deteriorated from finding a gift which is an EXPRESSION of one’s feelings into a DUTY to be fulfilled before one can take a much-needed holiday rest.

5- Whereas there USED to be real joy of the giver at seeing the very pleased reaction of one who received the gift, there can be NO great satisfaction from a hastily-considered gift.

6- There are some gift-givers who associate what the presents are wrapped in with the gift itself.

Perhaps the reader knows of someone like this?

Ribbons, bows, wrapping paper–even the gift tags announcing who the present is meant for–all receive SPECIAL ATTENTION from these folks.

And, these folks are not just about the gifts they are giving: many of the same people save the wrapping paper and ribbons and bows THEIR gifts arrived in (some to be recycled and used at a later date, but some not).

7- About 20 years ago–at a large shopping mall in Texas–a scene was witnessed which may perfectly sum up many modern’s approach to holiday gift-giving.

An obviously-busy woman was shopping for the ones who made her gift list. The woman happened upon a mall kiosk which featured crafts which were unique and well-suited for holiday gifts. After spending a few moments at a nearby bench with paper and pen in hand, the woman approached the kiosk and ordered DOZENS of the craft items. The order was quite LARGE.

After purchasing the items and having them delivered (via of boxes on a dolly) to her car, the woman remarked–more than once–“There! I’ve got all of my Christmas shopping done! And everyone will love their gift!”

The woman ALSO expressed satisfaction at finding a ‘one-stop’ location where ALL of her holiday gift-giving could be accomplished.

The woman seemed MORE relieved at finishing her shopping with several weeks yet until Christmas Day than she was pleased that her gift-giving would be uniquely suited to EACH person receiving her gift.

The woman’s reaction may just be the PERFECT summation of modern gift-giving.

Christmas is a time of paganism BUT Christmas is also a time of good cheer.

There is some confusion that paganism is all dour darkness and dreary times.

It is not.

Paganism can be bright and cheery. But make no mistake: though one be bright and cheery and wish others well for the season, one is not necessarily a Christian.

With its pagan traditions, rituals, symbols and practices, Christmas serves as a graphic reminder of the true orientation of the United States of America.

But it matters not the whole countryside is pagan.

Everyone LOVES to hear and see DRAMA, right?

And what is more dramatic than an apparent feud among the beautiful people, right?

Particularly if the “feud” is between celebrities, politicos or royal nabobs?

IN FACT, the rich and celebrated almost never disagree: they engage in feuds–sometimes for decades after they have ceased being celebrated for anything else.

What would the beautiful people do with themselves if not for their never-ending feuds?

Sports, politics and celebrity culture, European royalty–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”

Oh–and pro wrestling…

One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.

Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.

Democrats and Republicans, Russia and the USA, members of the same family who toil together for evil ends, famous celebrities who are “feuding” with each other: it happens so often, one occasionally has to wonder, “Does Satan have a university or school where he teaches his followers these tricks?”

MINIATURE TOY RACING CARS

MANY regard miniature racing cars as just another toy to be collected, stored and then, misplaced.

However, listening to a conversation by former aficionados of the past time made one realize how DEVOTED these miniature car lovers really were.

Many of the formerly-obsessive types who described these small, scale model racers were in their early 40’s. But there were also those in their 50’s and 60’s whose eyes also shone when referring to the toys.

It seemed–at least from the overheard conversation–that the RACING aspect was purely a secondary consideration. The main attraction of such toys appeared to be their easy availability and low cost (which put them into the price range of even the most money-challenged child), as well as the ready replacement of any miniature car which broke.

Though racing might have been a SECONDARY consideration, it WAS a consideration.

One of the aspects of this overheard discussion was the pluses and minuses of various plastic race tracks used for competitions among the miniature race car fans.

Another point which was discussed was the EASY destruction of the (mostly) plastic cars. Singled out was whenever someone stepped on one of these miniature racers. It appears FEW cars could survive the stepping-on experience, with one reference to the “wheels popping off” whenever that took place.

This conversation brought back memories of an acquaintance who was OVER 70-YEARS-OLD. This man also carried on a love affair with miniature toy racing cars, although this man’s MAIN desire seemed to be die-cast metal toy cars. This particular toy car appeared shortly before the popular PLASTIC scale model cars referred to in the overheard discussion.

This man also bought MORE THAN JUST CARS.

After one recent purchase of an airplane, the man excitedly asked, “Did you know that Honda made planes?”

This 71-year-old die-cast devotee also was VERY CAREFUL in displaying his finds during his recent return to the miniature car world. The man purchased several 1×2 boards, which he then made into display space for his miniature cars buys.

This contrasted with those involved in the overheard conversation. More than one of those fans described the “milk crates full of cars” which indicated how those small vehicles were stored in yesteryear.

Maybe it was because most of those involved in this conversation were describing a childhood toy collection?

HOWEVER, of those who were involved in that overheard SPIRITED discussion of their former focus, NONE had pursued this once-hobby into adulthood.

The conversation turned a bit down as the youth of today was addressed.

Referring to his son, one man lamented this ignorance of today’s youth with the mournful, “He doesn’t even know what those are.”

Which brought to mind an appropriate Bible verse.

“When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.”

Of course, thoughts of the 71-year-old acquaintance who had recently renewed his earlier, childhood toy love THEN reminded one that perhaps those in that conversation were just not old enough to once more pay attention to those things which had formerly fascinated them as a child.

THE YEAR-END HOLIDAYS: A RENEWING OF OLD ACQUAINTANCES?

One of the PLEASANT MEMORIES of holiday get-togethers is the renewing of old, usually-once-CLOSER relationships.

This observation was made during a recent holiday family get-together.

It was observed that MANY of the attendees had broken up into groups of two or three. And–what was somewhat surprising–most of those groups consisted of those who were once bosom pals, but had, for one reason or another, drifted apart as they got older.

In fact, of a large gathering of perhaps more than forty, over HALF of this group had joined with those whom they had once enjoyed CLOSE relations.

Eavesdropping upon the many small groups, it was discovered that MOST were in the middle of reminiscing about days which were in the past.

And, judging from the many smiles which accompanied these forays into the past, these pasts were once-happier times.

Grown women were seen giggling over some long-past event.

Why do those who were once close drift apart?

Why does the reminding of those care-free earlier times often bring happy thoughts?

Why does the holiday get-together seem to specialize in these occasions?

The KEY phrase is “once-closer.”

This implies that what was once intimate is now much colder and distant.

Sadly, these get-togethers are largely relegated to the year-end holidays.

A question for the reader:

“Why don’t these get-togethers happen more frequently AND at other times of the year?”

Christmas is the one season all year when Satan receives plenty of worship: you can’t spell Santa without the S-A-T-A-N.

CHRISTMAS: PREPARATIONS & OBSERVATIONS

While visiting a local “big box” store on the day before Christmas, several thoughts were entertained.

Perhaps the reader will now be entertained as well?

THOUGHT #1

A great many speak of preparing or “getting ready” for Christmas.

This “preparation” mostly consists of three facets:

–DECORATING (both indoors and outdoors);

–BAKING (for family, for holiday visitors and for any who hunger for a Christmas snack).

Christmas cookies are popular.

In fact, cookies are so popular around Christmastime, services have sprung up which provide cookies (for a price) for those too busy to bake them.

GIFT PROCUREMENT/WRAPPING seems to take the most time of the three.

In fact, when MOST speak of preparations for Christmas, they mean SHOPPING for gifts. This is also true of being asked, “Are you all ready for Christmas?”

This USUALLY is another way of asking, “Do you have all of your shopping done? Have you found all of your presents and wrapped them?”
