Imperfect Man and Angels

God created man just a little LOWER than the angels.

“But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him? Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands: Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him.”
–Hebrews 2:6-8

Yes, man was CREATED a little lower than the angels BUT man was also created with imperfections and flaws.

“As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.”
–Romans 3:10-12

It is a POPULAR SAYING (not found in God’s Word) that the angels were created holy.

YET, how did a third of those angels REBEL AGAINST THEIR CREATOR if they were created ‘holy’?

God’s Word DOES say that SOME (rebellious) angels will be judged fit to suffer in the lake of fire.

“Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels”
–Matthew 25:41

It is a POPULAR SAYING (particularly in the churches) that fallen angels are DEVILS/DEMONS.

BUT, God Word declares that the rebellious (fallen) angels are “in EVERLASTING chains” in darkness, imprisoned within the earth until their day of judgment–NOT out running around creating mischief among foolish men.

“And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.”
–Jude 1:6

“For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment”
–2PETER 2:4

The angels who did NOT rebel against God are referred to (in God’s Word) as ‘holy.’

“When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory”
–Matthew 25:31

“Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.”
–Mark 8:38

Jesus referred to those angels who remained true to God as “angels of God.”

“Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.”
–Luke 15:10

So, God’s Word DOES state that the angels were created a LITTLE higher than man.

Another POPULAR SAYING (also NOT found in God’s Word) is that those who go to heaven become angels. This is illustrated whenever someone says (in regard to the newly-deceased): “Heaven gained another angel today.” This is ALSO taught in some churches which pretend to honor the Word of God.

However, the Bible DOES state that angels and man are completely different orders of being; that angels CANNOT experience–nor do they need–salvation through Jesus Christ–though the holy angels are interested in that which makes up man’s eternal salvation.

“Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.”
–1PETER 1:11-12

That angels WILL worship God through Jesus Christ. Actually, God’s Word states that NOT all angels will worship Jesus. God’s Word states that the “angels of God” will worship Jesus Christ.

“And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him. “
–Hebrews 1:6

The world depicts angels as being a BIRTHRIGHT for EVERY MAN. God’s Word DOES declare that angels are spirits created by God.

Spirits who minister–to God’s chosen.

“Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty. Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain: Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire: Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.”
–Psalm 104: 1-2,4-5

“Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?”
–Hebrews 1:14

And so, God’s HOLY angels–who are referred to as ‘the angels of God’ in His Word, will minister to men who have experienced the spiritual rebirth and worship Jesus Christ.

NOT that those who have experienced the spiritual rebirth are NOW perfect.

They are NOT.

But NOWHERE in God’s Word does it say that those who are ‘born again’ will be perfect in this life.

In fact, God’s Word has many passages which urge the spiritually reborn men to follow the Word of God and to heed its commands and suggestions.

No, the person who is born again will not be perfected until he leaves his body of dirt behind (dies) and becomes a full-fledged member of the kingdom of heaven for eternity.

Which is probably why imperfect man–though he may be spiritually reborn–needs ‘ministering spirits’ (angels of God) to help him along the difficult path he has chosen to walk.

“The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.”
–Psalm 34:7

DOES the reader believe angels exist?

OR, does the reader believe that angels are just a story told to the simple-minded?

It is not YET too late: there is still a little time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.

DOES the reader believe he is saved?

The Intangibles of Man’s Elite Brigades: God Can Effortlessly Destroy in SECONDS That Which Has Taken Man YEARS To Construct

“Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him. For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast.”
–Psalm 33:8-9

The glue that holds many of man’s elite fighting forces together when other, similar groups fade away are the intangibles.

Esprit de corps, elan and/or morale are all concepts which, in most cases, take YEARS to instill in a group.

Hard work; common, shared deprivation–all the while ingesting HEAVY indoctrination; appeals to honor, pride or past glories: all are techniques used to ensure that an elite fighting unit BELIEVES it is elite.

The elite fighting forces of man were NOT created in a day: it takes YEARS for man to nurture the necessary spirit which distinguishes man’s best armed groups.

BUT, previously, man was not deceived enough to fight against God Himself.

UNTIL the last days.

“And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon. And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse [Jesus Christ], and against his army.”
–Revelation 16:16,19:19

At the Battle of Armageddon, man, no doubt, places a GREAT deal of trust and faith in his elite forces which man has painstakingly constructed over the years and which have previously demonstrated their skill and camaraderie.

How deceived does a man have to be in order to fight against his Creator?

A Creator who KNOWS man inside and out?

A Creator who can destroy in SECONDS that which has taken man YEARS to construct?

And so, God employs one of His favorite tactics against His rebelling creation: FEAR.

Satan, the world and mankind may use FEAR to whip these fighting brigades into a fever pitch. BUT, a few hours at Armageddon will demonstrate the power of FEAR as used by its Creator vs the power of FEAR used by the world and Satan.

”And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains, saith the Lord GOD: every man’s sword shall be against his brother.”
–Ezekiel 38:21

Even though the elite fighting forces of man are forged in the fires of indoctrination and pride, God will undo all of man’s handiwork in a few seconds with God’s mastery of FEAR.

“The fear of the wicked, it shall come upon him”
–Proverbs 10:24

It’s not like the wicked–who make up these elite corps of man–were not warned.

“As the whirlwind passeth, so is the wicked no more”
–Proverbs 10:25

“For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth. For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.”
–Psalm 37:9-10

“When thou criest, let thy companies deliver thee; but the wind shall carry them all away; vanity shall take them: but he that putteth his trust in me shall possess the land, and shall inherit my holy mountain”
–Isaiah 57:13

“The righteous shall never be removed: but the wicked shall not inhabit the earth.”
–Proverbs 10:30

HOWEVER, end times man is deceived and puts his trust in himself and other men INSTEAD OF THE LORD WHO CREATED THEM ALL.

End times man–especially those men who make up elite fighting forces–do not believe the warnings because they do NOT believe God’s Word.

Man depends on the intangibles to instill DISCIPLINE and TOUGHNESS.

But, the LORD who created those intangibles rules all.

And so, the YEARS it has taken man to carefully build his ELITE FIGHTING UNITS will all come undone in SECONDS when those ELITE UNITS meet their Creator.

DOES the reader believe the intangibles are important when creating any type of elite team?

If One Takes the Short View, The Promises of God Go Largely Unfulfilled

“So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”
–Isaiah 55:22

Man–whose life is but is so very short–looks at most things with ONLY this SHORT, PRESENT LIFE in mind.

“Man that is born of a woman is of few days, and full of trouble. He cometh forth like a flower, and is cut down: he fleeth also as a shadow, and continueth not.”
–Job 14:1-2

And so it is with the promises which God makes in His Word.

IF one takes the view of this life ONLY, then many of those promises appear to go unfulfilled.

HOWEVER, IF one takes God’s view–the LONG VIEW–then those promises are not only validated, they are done so in a grand manner.

As Creator of ALL, God KNOWS this short, present life is little more than a test to see where each person will spend their eternity.

Therefore, God’s promises very often take into account more than just this fleeting wisp of a lifetime: God’s promises cover ALL time, including one’s eternity.

Satan uses this long view of time–the CORRECT view of time–to cast doubt on God’s promises. But casting doubt on what God has spoken is the devil’s way of operating since the beginning.

“Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said”
–Genesis 3:1

God’s promises of salvation and deliverance often take the LONG view.

“I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.”
–Psalm 34:4

“The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.”
–Psalm 34:17

“Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.”
–Psalm 34:19

“The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.”
–Psalm 34:7

Occasionally, God’s Word speaks of deliverance which occurs in THIS life.

“Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.”
–2TIMOTHY 3:11

Deceived man takes the SHORT VIEW.

Now, in case there is ANY confusion on the matter, God does deliver in this life. BUT, He also speaks of deliverance when He clearly means FOREVER–not just in this life.

“These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”
–John 16:33

End times man is not only DECEIVED, end times man is also IMPATIENT. End times man wants what he wants RIGHT NOW!

While God occasionally concerns Himself with what man wants RIGHT NOW, He more often concerns Himself with what those who worship Him NEED.

And what they NEED is, more often than not, something which affects them ETERNALLY–which man cannot see.

THANKFULLY, God takes the long view.

DOES the reader ever ponder the short view and long view of one’s existence?

A Couple of Effective Ways To Lie

“Lying lips are abomination to the LORD: but they that deal truly are his delight.”
–Proverbs 12:22

By far, the most accomplished liar EVER is the entity about which Jesus said “there is NO truth in him.”

Satan, the devil.

“Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”
–John 8:44

But man is a fairly competent liar himself.

Among the most accomplished of liars, the ones at the very top of the liars’ food chain usually employ methods which have, over time, been proven to work.

A few of the techniques used by the most expert liars follow.

[By a GREAT happenstance, both of the methods listed are popular with the Corporate Media (Satan’s Mouthpiece) and the government. The reader may draw his own conclusions from this information.]

1- Keep repeating the lie. Eventually, it will be considered by most to be the truth.

Adolf Hitler, who knew a thing or two about lying, propaganda and successfully telling really big whoppers, had quite a few things to say about this proven technique.

“If you tell a big enough lie and tell it frequently enough, it will be believed.”

“Only constant repetition will finally succeed in imprinting an idea on the memory of the crowd.”

“Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it.”

“But the most brilliant propagandist technique will yield no success unless one fundamental principle is borne in mind constantly and with unflagging attention. It must confine itself to a few points and repeat them over and over. Here, as so often in this world, persistence is the first and most important requirement for success.”

“No amount of genius spent on the creation of propaganda will lead to success if a fundamental principle is not forever kept in mind. Propaganda must confine itself to very few points, and repeat them endlessly. Here, as with so many things in this world, persistence is the first and foremost condition of success.”

“Through clever and constant application of propaganda, people can be made to see paradise as hell, and also the other way round, to consider the most wretched sort of life as paradise.”

Hitler’s anointed Minister of Lies (Propaganda) was a man by the name of Joseph Goebbels. Goebels was a very good student and had the following to add to the concept of repeating a lie until the public believes it.

Goebbels’ quote also refers to the popular maxim, “He’s such a good liar, he believes his own lies.”

“If you repeat a lie often enough, people will believe it, and you will even come to believe it.”

2- Start with the truth and, over time, replace bits of the truth with a lie. Eventually, the entire mess will be one big lie–NOT the truth.

“History is a set of lies agreed upon.”
–Napoleon Bonaparte

There are times when the biggest and most laughable lies are finished YEARS after the tale is started.

This is the way HISTORY works: most history is written in its final form YEARS after men who were alive at the time are dead and cannot dispute the claimed version of events which HISTORY provides.

“History is a pack of lies about events that never happened told by people who weren’t there.”

The control over the events which are LONG past is really a way of controlling the future.

Which is a BIG reason so much of HISTORY is a lie.

“He who controls the past controls the future: who controls the present controls the past.”
–George Orwell, Nineteen Eighty-Four

Much–if not ALL of history–is a lie changed slowly over time. Perhaps at one time, the stories of history were the truth.

Perhaps.

ANYONE can avoid telling the truth–for whatever reason.

ONLY the most skilled liars avoid telling the truth in such a way that their lie is mistaken for the truth.

These are a few techniques which the very best liars employ.

And now, the reader knows.

DOES the reader believe that those who control the flow of information always tell the truth?

DOES the reader care?
