FOR THE FEW who follow God’s Word and honor it as the ONLY truth in the world today, the end times are an unfolding panorama of events which lead to the climax of human history (the return of Jesus Christ).
FOR OTHERS who follow along after those who have been elevated to become the authorities of this present world, the end times are a time when end times events are ‘explained away’ as “no big deal.”
“Move along, move along. Nothing to see here. Now move along.”
FOR SOME, the end times are a unique time in the saga of man.
FOR OTHERS, the end times are little different than yesterday or the day before.
FOR SOME, the dire predictions and ‘news’ formulated by men is noticed and compared with real-world events.
FOR OTHERS, dire predictions which do not materialize are a blessing.
FOR SOME, the end times are a time of GREAT change: when systems and methods which have served man for CENTURIES get overthrown and replaced by things which are claimed to be better.
FOR OTHERS, the end times are a time of HO HUM: when system and methods which have served man for centuries get replaced by what are claimed to be things which are BETTER. And, of course, man will be told (almost hourly) how such changes are natural, normal and usual.
ANYONE who believes differently is a CONSPIRACY THEORIST (or worse).
FOR SOME, the end times are a time of ‘war and rumours of war.’
“And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.”
–Matthew 24:6
FOR OTHERS conflicts are a natural part of life: some conflicts are avoided, some are not.
FOR SOME who believe the Word of God, the end times are a part of the natural progression of CREATION (both man and the world) which culminates in God moving His throne room to earth to be among His people.
“And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.”
–Revelation 21:3
FOR OTHERS, such talk is proof that the person who believes such things is mentally challenged.
FOR THE FEW who lean regularly on the Word of God for support during a most trying time, the end times are a time of separation (of men) and verification (of God’s Word).
FOR ALL OTHERS, the end times are little different than what has come before.
FOR SOME, to “Watch!” is a necessary duty of the end times.
“Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.”
–Mark 13:35-37
FOR OTHERS, to “Watch!” is a quaint notion held by those with primitive minds.
FOR ALL THOSE who do NOT believe the Word of God: faith in God’s Word becomes a HARD ROAD which is broad and crowded–and which is NOT believed until it is TOO LATE.
“Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”
–Matthew 7:13-14
TO which group does the reader belong?
It is not YET too late: there is still a LITTLE time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.
DOES the reader believe he is saved?
Make Your Calling and Election Sure: End Times Survival
DOES the reader believe he is NOT saved?
Time is Running Out: Today is the Day of Salvation
