A FRIENDLY END TIMES REMINDER
The world babbles on and on and on and on about how the return of Jesus Christ and the climax of human history is the ‘end of the world.’
It is NOT.
Though it has been pointed out BEFORE in these pages, it is something which bears repeating.
The return of Jesus Christ is ONLY the ‘end of the world’ for the WICKED and FOOLISH.
For the people of God?
Not so much.
“And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.”
–Luke 1:31-33
“And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.”
–Daniel 2:44
“And I will make her that halted a remnant, and her that was cast far off a strong nation: and the LORD shall reign over them in mount Zion from henceforth, even for ever.”
–Micah 4:7
The closest that God’s Word comes to calling the last days “the end of the world” is Matthew 24:14.
“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”
When God’s judgment becomes reality, the WICKED, FOOLISH and EVIL men will see their world–governed these many years by the prince of this world–come to an end and the kingdom of Jesus Christ (an everlasting kingdom) begin.
Those few who are members of the kingdom of heaven will then see that kingdom start and NEVER end.
ONLY IF the reader is part of the world will the return of Jesus Christ be the ‘end of the world.’
For the righteous, the return of Jesus Christ is only the beginning.
To which group would the reader rather belong?
This has been a friendly end times reminder.
It is not YET too late: there is still a LITTLE time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.
DOES the reader believe he is saved?

And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.
