BUT that’s not how the Left Behind books describe it!

The false Church which will rule over “all kindreds, and tongues, and nations” will first attack and discredit the doctrine of the gathering together (rapture) before its rule will commence. The doctrine of the rapture will be replaced with the doctrine of dominion.

[“Dominion” basically means that the church will take over the world before Jesus comes back. There IS a church which controls the world before Jesus returns. But it is the Church of the Dragon.]

“And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”

The idea of the “rapture” (the gathering together of the elect) will be labeled a “deception” or a no-longer-necessary “crutch.”

OR, it may be redefined as something other than what Scripture says the gathering together will be.

In fact, these attacks are already taking place.

Believers may know the false Church by its attack on the CONCEPT of the gathering together (rapture)–not the timing, but the idea itself–even though one gets the idea that the fake pre-tribulation rapture fables are to be used to lure the unwary to their doom.

TWO WITNESSES

“One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.”
–Deuteronomy 19:15

The reader may be excused for thinking that when an article is published entitled “Two Witnesses” by a website specializing in affairs of the end times, the article will LIKELY concern itself with the two witnesses of Revelation 11.

The two END TIMES witnesses of Revelation 11.

But NO, the article’s thrust is on that ancient Biblical law that the truth of a matter may be decided by TWO or THREE WITNESSES: the testimony of ONE WITNESS was NOT being enough TO CONDEMN A MAN.

“At the mouth of two witnesses, or three witnesses, shall he that is worthy of death be put to death; but at the mouth of one witness he shall not be put to death.”
–Deuteronomy 17:6

“Whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses: but one witness shall not testify against any person to cause him to die.”
–Numbers 25:30

At least TWO witnesses were necessary to establish the facts of any crime, particularly those crimes which called for the death penalty. This was such a fixed part of Jewish law that it was referred to in the New Testament as well as the Old. John 8:17 records that Jesus Himself referred to that part of the law.

“It is also written in your law, that the testimony of two men is true.”

The preceding will serve as a sort of introduction to this piece, which will argue that the primary reason for the Book of Jude is to provide a SECOND WITNESS for the apostle Peter’s second epistle, particularly the 2nd chapter of 2PETER.

In fact, over HALF of Jude directly refers to what is said in 2PETER–and the Book of Jude is only ONE chapter: 25 verses long.

Those in the world have called the Book of Jude “strange” and “weird,” among other things. But, the Book of Jude provides a second witness for the ideas presented in 2nd Peter.

Among the more acclaimed is

Jude 1:4 and 2PETER 2:1.

“For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.”

“But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.”
–2PETER 2:1

Jude 1:8 and 2PETER 2:10.

“Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.”

“But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.”

Jude 1:6 and 2PETER 2:4.

Jude 1: and 2PETER 2:6.

“And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly”

Jude 1:10 and 2PETER 2:12.

“But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption”

And lastly, Jude 1:11 and 2PETER 2:11.

“Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.”

While the Book of Genesis has information on Cain, and the Book of Numbers will inform the reader of Core and Balaam, Jude is the only biblical resource for other assertions of 2PETER.

If the reader will only spend several hours studying the little Book of Jude and compare it to the 2nd chapter of 2PETER, he will, no doubt, see many of the similarities between the two.

SO, when the reader sees “TWO WITNESSES” he MIGHT think of the two witnesses of Revelation 11.

BUT, he may ALSO think of the phrase “TWO or THREE WITNESSES.”

AND, he may ALSO think of the Books of Jude and 2PETER.

TODAY’S “FEUDS”

Everyone LOVES to hear and see DRAMA, right?

And what is more dramatic than an apparent feud among the beautiful people, right?

Particularly if the “feud” is between celebrities, politicos or royal nabobs?

IN FACT, the rich and celebrated almost never disagree: they engage in feuds–sometimes for decades after they have ceased being celebrated for anything else.

What would the beautiful people do with themselves if not for their never-ending feuds?

Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) has always had a problem: what to do when too many of the rich and celebrated have NOTHING “newsworthy” to do. When the media gets tired of reporting what the rich and celebrated are wearing, they turn to the tried-and-true method of of fake “feuds” to generate cheap, plastic “news.”

One popular singer’s entire marketing campaign over the years seems to have been based on engaging in one “feud” after another. But, as the “victims” appear to be primarily the singer’s “fans,” it’s hard to get too worked up over the ruse.

Sports, politics and celebrity culture, European royalty–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”

Oh–and pro wrestling…

One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.

Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.

Democrats and Republicans, Russia and the USA, members of the same family who toil together for evil ends, famous celebrities who are “feuding” with each other: it happens so often, one occasionally has to wonder, “Does Satan have a university or school where he teaches his followers these tricks?”

THE END TIMES JOBS OF THE GOVERNMENT/MEDIA

In the end times, the government is an agent of sin and antichrist behaviors.

In fact, man’s government will be a prime tool which Satan uses to enslave the entire world for forty-two months.

“And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. The reader can know this has already begun by the number of activities (previously classified as CRIMES) which the government now endorses, promotes and supervises.

It is telling that the government STILL outlaws these activities–provided the person engaging in them does not use the government as his agent.

In the end times, not only is the government tasked with supervising and promoting sin, it takes charge to stamp out those activities which promote godliness.

In fact, even the APPEARANCE of propriety is enough to provoke government to antichrist actions.

This includes attacking the wildly-ineffective failures known as the Pro-Life Movement. No group has had a longer sustained record of failure than the supposedly pro-life movement.

In fact, the pro-life movement has been such a colossal failure, IF it did not exist, the enemy would have had to invent it.

Still, even the ILLUSION of pro-life is enough to cause the workers of iniquity to attack it.

Freedom of speech includes the right to remain silent

THE BLASPHEMY OF POPEYE?

Once upon a time, the media had to be much more clever at inserting antichrist material into their broadcasts than they do now in 2014.

Disney was especially adept at working in occult images and symbolism throughout his work. (This is easily enough validated with 5 minutes and Google.)

84 years ago, the creators of cartoon character Popeye slipped one past the public.

In 1934, cartoon character Popeye first sang “I am what I am.”

“And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What is his name? what shall I say unto them? And God said unto Moses, I Am That I Am: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I Am hath sent me unto you.”

The Hebrew for I AM WHO I AM is Hayah aher Hayah.

Hayah (haw-yaw) means I AM.

‘aher (ash-er’) is a primitive pronoun meaning “who, which, what, that, etc.”

So, if Popeye were Hebrew, he would have been singing “Hayah aher hayah.”

We serve a merciful God.

Otherwise, all the spinach in the world wouldn’t have saved Popeye.

Apparently, Jesus will have a hard time recognizing most of those who call themselves “Christians” in the last days.

“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;”

“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”

“And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and [some] of you shall they cause to be put to death.”

“For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. MEDIA POLLS HAVE A PURPOSE

One of the primary purposes of media polls is to present perverse behaviors as normal.

“Everyone else is doing it!”

The secondary purpose of media polls is to lend support to the lies which make up the daily news.

Sometimes, the media pulls a twofer and can accomplish BOTH purposes with one poll.

POLL: A quarter of Republicans think protesters deserve to be ‘roughed up’ – Does the reader believe this? Polls are just another way for the Corporate Media (Satan’s Mouthpiece) to lie.

In this manner does the media promote aberrant, perverse behavior as “normal.”

“I want to beat someone up! Why can’t I? All the Republicans are doing it!”

Media polls are an easily-manipulated piece of fake news.

MIRACLES, SIGNS AND LYING WONDERS

“And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do”
–-Revelation 13:13-14

For some reason, men associate miracles, signs and wonders with supernatural power from God.

ALL miracles, signs and wonders–even those which have been warned about for centuries.

The Bible warns of supernatural power which is used in the end times to deceive man–and more than one warning is given.

“And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders”
–2Thessalonians 2:8-9

“For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.”
–Matthew 24:24

“And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.”
–Revelation 16:13-14

The Bible does not detail any great miracles, signs or wonders coming from God Almighty’s power.

The Bible only warns of demonic and satanic supernatural power in the end times. Team Dragon will be the ones using supernatural power in the days, months and years before the return of Jesus Christ.

And even though these warnings are almost 2000 years old, mankind will almost universally be deceived because they have been deceived to not believe God’s Word.

Consider this one more warning.
