LONG-SUFFERING IS AN UNDERRATED QUALITY IN THE END TIMES
“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”

Though it would appear to be apparent, many moderns do NOT know the meaning of the word “longsuffering“–which appears in the King James Version of the Bible more than once.
SEVENTEEN times, to be exact.
LONG-SUFFERING
: patiently enduring lasting offense or hardship
So, long-suffering is tied VERY closely to PATIENCE.
PATIENTLY suffering the slings and the arrows of this present life, while NOT wanting to pull the plug on it–even though God has the means–because suffering through another day of earthly affliction means that PERHAPS another person will repent, turn to the LORD and be eternally saved from perdition.
This reminds one of a remark made in one of the churches years ago concerning patience.
From the time this writer first became a Christian, he heard an odd bit of advice from other church-goers.
“Don’t pray for patience or the Good Lord will give it to you!”
This advice was echoed in a recent article.
The 8 most dangerous Christian prayers
The article was particularly unbiblical about patience. A few observations about this particularly noxious bit of antichrist propaganda.
Sometimes, this writer is amazed there are any true believers left in America. Deception is everywhere–but most especially in the dung heap of the “Christian” Internet. This piece purports to offer advice on how to pray. Instead, what the reader will find is a collection of worldly error, hearsay, folk tales and church gossip masquerading as Christianity. It is a horribly deceptive piece of work.
The entire article is an exercise in ear tickling. One could disagree with almost every point it makes on Biblical grounds. The following is offered as an example.
This is the “advice” it offers for #2: Teach me patience.
If you pray for patience, get ready to be surrounded by the most annoying people you have ever met. Get ready for your car to break down when you are late for an appointment. Get ready your children to go bonkers. Get ready for prayers to not get answered. Get ready for setbacks, roadblocks, and pitfalls.
We’ll start off by asking “Where exactly in the Bible does it say that the believer’s prayers will not get answered if one is patient or asking for patience?”
Answer: it doesn’t.

The true Christian is advised time and again to “be patient”–yet pretend Christians never tire of offering the devil’s advice “Don’t pray for patience!”
This is the world talking, not Jesus.

In case the reader was wondering, God is long-suffering toward His creation of mankind.

NOW, even if all of the preceding is taken into account, men (as a rule) do NOT like affliction or suffering of ANY type.
So, men do NOT want to suffer in ANY manner.
Therefore, long-suffering is something that is HIGHLY underrated during the times in which we live.
Just like patience and many other Biblical virtues which were once highly esteemed by those who had some wisdom.

A GOVERNMENT OF MEN
In a country which has a government of men, by men, and for men, Americans are sadly about to discover the pitfalls of such a government.
A government built on men instead of one built on Almighty God will ALWAYS disappoint.
As far as it concerns the USA: as long as there were inadequate ways for that government to control “We the People,” Americans had some small measure of safety–and “rights.”
Those days are gone–as we are about to discover.
There are two groups of Americans who will be confused, stunned and disillusioned by the coming events in the USA. ONE group is those Americans who, in spite of warnings and evidence to the contrary, will discover that their government based on men has always had the particular problem of men living in a fallen world: man has a heart that is deceitful and wicked
“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”

The SECOND group of Americans who will be stunned, confused and disillusioned is the group of American church-goers who have built their hopes and dreams on the teachings of men. Denying that their ears itch the same as other men in other countries, they have had them tickled by “teachers” who have deceived them.
Men with itching ears want them scratched.
And no one will offer to do a better job of scratching them than false teachers and other con men.
“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”
–2Timothy 4:3-4
Nowhere is this more true than in popular teachings concerning what is about to befall the world. This combination of itching ears, the flesh and a deceitful heart will betray many of these Americans.
Jesus warned repeatedly about the the price to be paid for succumbing to deception.
Jesus was not a liar: that price will be paid.
A few notes about the above.
God uses evil men to accomplish his will. He is a sovereign God: He has, does and always will continue to do this. It’s also a fact that evil men are mostly all which God Almighty has to work with in this present, fallen world.
Many American church folk have accepted this statement ONLY IF it applied to other countries around the world. They themselves were indoctrinated into believing that they were special and that both their country and system of government were inherently good–neither which is true.
How could it be otherwise when this country was specifically designed to have a government of men and not God?
Yes, the USA has been blessed and used by God, BUT by-and-large, Americans have refused to acknowledge this. Americans have attributed their blessings to their own selves, their hard work, their own good works and their system of government.
They are about to be shown exactly where such systems of government devised by men ultimately will lead.
Some attribute America’s past wealth to other gods–but they naturally keep this hidden.
OR so they think.
Instead of searching the scriptures to see if what they have been told is true, many American church folk have instead invested that time in defending an eschatological house of cards. They have made a spiritual decision about which a consequence will be reaped.
A country of men governed by a government of men.
This writer prays daily that a merciful God has mercy on all.
He hopes that all who read this will join him in this prayer.

Everyone LOVES to hear and see DRAMA, right?
And what is more dramatic than an apparent feud among the beautiful people, right?
Particularly if the “feud” is between celebrities, politicos or royal nabobs?
IN FACT, the rich and celebrated almost never disagree: they engage in feuds–sometimes for decades after they have ceased being celebrated for anything else.
What would the beautiful people do with themselves if not for their never-ending feuds?
Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) has always had a problem: what to do when too many of the rich and celebrated have NOTHING “newsworthy” to do. When the media gets tired of reporting what the rich and celebrated are wearing, they turn to the tried-and-true method of of fake “feuds” to generate cheap, plastic “news.”
One popular singer’s entire marketing campaign over the years seems to have been based on engaging in one “feud” after another. But, as the “victims” appear to be primarily the singer’s “fans,” it’s hard to get too worked up over the ruse.
Sports, politics and celebrity culture, European royalty–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”
Oh–and pro wrestling…
One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.
Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.
Democrats and Republicans, Russia and the USA, members of the same family who toil together for evil ends, famous celebrities who are “feuding” with each other: it happens so often, one occasionally has to wonder, “Does Satan have a university or school where he teaches his followers these tricks?”

MANY articles begin as an answer to a comment, a question or a remark made to this writer about some aspect of Christianity.
However, occasionally an article will take flight from an INTERNAL COMMENT OR QUESTION.
This secondary source provided the inspiration for THIS piece.
It began as an internal discussion in one’s mind. “We’re told to wait on the LORD. Wonder what that’s all about?”
Thinking along those lines soon led to the question of “I wonder if people get stressed from waiting on the LORD? NOBODY likes to wait: they get stressed about most other times they have to wait.”
After thinking on this question for a short while, it was apparent the answer to the question was “NO!”
And the answer was fairly straightforward: heathens do NOT wait on the LORD.
Heathens do NOT believe the Word of God.
Believers ‘wait upon the LORD’ because they are commanded to do so in God’s Word–and believers also know that this is not a very good time to be disobedient.
So, believers refer to the many verses from God’s Word to WAIT.
“The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.”
–Lamentations 3:25
“Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.”
–Psalm 27:14
“And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the LORD is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.”

There are over 100 MORE like these four preceding ones.
So, waiting on the LORD is not like it’s an afterthought or some throw-away, here-today-gone-tomorrow notion.
Believers wait upon the LORD because that is what they are instructed to do.
And believers try their best to follow the instructions contained in the Word of God.
The pagan idol worshiper probably would feel STRESS and ANXIETY at waiting on the LORD.
BUT, the pagan idol worship would probably NOT wait on the LORD, so he would bypass any possible stress and anxiety from doing so.
IN FACT, to answer another of the many questions raised during that internal discussion, the ONLY people who are feeling STRESS over waiting on the LORD?
The counterfeit Christians (the tares).
They look and try to act as they believe real Christians would look and act.
BUT they just do NOT have God’s Holy Spirit to help them through any rough or tough times.

Chrissy Teigen takes down internet troll and calls him a b**ch after he questioned her talent and bashed her competition show Bring The Funny – UNLESS one fawns over every fourth- and fifth-rate rich and celebrated media puppet, then one is now a “troll.”
And, IF that second-tier personality swears at the non-bower-and-scraper, then the media reports the non-celebrity was “taken down.”
By this set of behaviors can the reader see demonstrated one of the most important jobs of the celebrity press.
THE WORLD’S EVIL ELITES AND THEIR WORLD ORDER
The thing to remember about the coming order of the world: the “new order” will be most beneficial to those in control of that order.
The rich and celebrated elite of the world.
The United Nations: What’s the Point? – The elites of the world are obsessed with the “order” of the world.
So, the elites will promise ANYTHING, say ANYTHING, do ANYTHING to achieve their beloved “order” and institute their long-planned order for the world’s masses.

The UN is their latest–but not their last–attempt to herd the world’s nations into one, big happy order for the world.
