One puzzling question–or a form thereof–has been asked so many times over the past years that the number of times has it has been asked has been lost to the shadowy mists of time.
“Why do all of the govenment/media’s lies work so well–even though most folks KNOW that the government/media LIES to them?”
It seems that there is more than one good answer to this question.
AND, the answers are based on that which is written in God’s Word.
“And as he sat upon the mount of Olives over against the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled? And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you”
–Mark 13:3-5
1- The end times are a time of GREAT deception. The Corporate Media (Satan’s Mouthpiece) deals in GREAT deception.
In fact, if the reader wishes to learn the truth of ANY matters reported upon by Satan’s Mouthpiece, he could do worse than go in the opposite direction of what the media claims.

2- Modern man is MUCH deceived and will believe that which he logically knows is a lie.
“And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.”

3- Modern man believes the government, the media, science, education– ANYTHING!–more than he believes the Word of God.
“Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools”
–Romans 1:21-22
This allows modern man to find lies when he searches for the truth.

These are only a FEW of the reasons modern man prefers to be led by lies–instead of the truth.
HAS the reader EVER believed a known liar when he gave his reply?
WHY did the reader believe a known liar?
It is not YET too late–although time is surely running out: there is still a LITTLE time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.
DOES the reader believe he is saved?
