PERSONALITY AND ETERNITY?
It has been claimed that one’s PERSONALITY is made up of all the little bits and pieces of the world around you that make “You, you.”
It has also been claimed that one’s personality lives forever within one’s soul–though there is little in God’s Word to either confirm or deny this.
It appears that whatever is THOUGHT to be known–as opposed to actually, KNOWING–about the soul is strictly hearsay or speculation.
IF one’s personality is made up of the little parts of this present world which make “You, you,” THEN (because so much of the little bits and pieces of the world are SINFUL or WRONG), MANY personalities will change once folks have faced God’s judgment.
It has also been claimed that one’s personality will be able to mitigate (lessen) the effects of God’s ETERNAL JUDGMENT.

No matter how patient or long-suffering such aspects of one’s personality may be; no matter how ‘bearing up under pressure’ one may be known for,

Does the reader remember the days leading up to Halloween 2016?
In 2016, the media was awash with a constant stream of “creepy clown” stories.
Germany announces zero tolerance policy against creepy clowns ahead of Halloween – Zero tolerance against creepy clowns???
Try to imagine someone writing this with a straight face just 10 years ago.
Exactly HOW will Germany determine if a clown is creepy or not?
Do they make a “creep-O-meter“?
The article doesn’t say.
According to an analysis by Die Welt, there have been at least 30 attacks, robberies or assaults by offenders in clown costumes over the past weeks in Germany. Similar increases in incidents were registered in other parts of Europe, including in the United Kingdom.

Everyone LOVES to hear and see DRAMA, right?
And what is more dramatic than an apparent feud among the beautiful people, right?
Particularly if the “feud” is between celebrities, politicos or royal nabobs?
IN FACT, the rich and celebrated almost never disagree: they engage in feuds–sometimes for decades after they have ceased being celebrated for anything else.
What would the beautiful people do with themselves if not for their never-ending feuds?
Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) has always had a problem: what to do when too many of the rich and celebrated have NOTHING “newsworthy” to do. When the media gets tired of reporting what the rich and celebrated are wearing, they turn to the tried-and-true method of of fake “feuds” to generate cheap, plastic “news.”
One popular singer’s entire marketing campaign over the years seems to have been based on engaging in one “feud” after another. But, as the “victims” appear to be primarily the singer’s “fans,” it’s hard to get too worked up over the ruse.
Sports, politics and celebrity culture, European royalty–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”
Oh–and pro wrestling…
One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.
Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.
Democrats and Republicans, Russia and the USA, members of the same family who toil together for evil ends, famous celebrities who are “feuding” with each other: it happens so often, one occasionally has to wonder, “Does Satan have a university or school where he teaches his followers these tricks?”

THE BLANDISHMENTS OF THIS WORLD

So many can recognize whenever someone else uses (or attempts to use) a BLANDISHMENT OF THIS WORLD.
(It is helpful that MOST blandishments can be said to appeal to a human appetite of some sort. In this way, one may get to know the ‘neighborhoods’ in which blandishments thrive. THIS knowledge usually is helpful to identifying a blandishment.)
Folks use (or attempt to use) blandishments to ease their way in the world.
Others–who do not or cannot match these appeals–USUALLY sniff or snort or make some other nasal sound WHILE downtalking the person who used the blandishment to their advantage.
HOWEVER, very little is said about that most disturbing of circumstances involving blandishments.
What happens when the blandishment is NOT so alluring that the person TURNS IT DOWN?
Does the one offering the bribery of appetite fulfillment shrug their shoulders and think, “Well, better luck next time…“?
OR, does that person feel a little lessened that someone TURNED DOWN an appetite-fulfilling tidbit when most others would have accepted?
What will all of the people who are USED to offering blandishments of one sort or another do when the perfect judge JUDGES them perfectly–which is to say, they are not susceptible to being bribed?

What will their ETERNAL LIFE be like when those blandishments can NO longer be counted on to work their magic?

Science has long been a religion.
It has always required a great deal of faith for one to believe the many stories of science.
It is only much easier to see in the times in which we now find ourselves.
Christianity and the History of Science – Science has become a religion. It has it’s high priests, its rituals and its dogma, just like any other religion.
But science is a very special religion: it exists to attack God’s Word.
Which is why one never sees science squaring off with Muslims or the Dali Lama.
Only with Christianity.

THE PITTSBURGH SHOOTING AND CONSPIRACY THEORIES
The Pittsburgh Gunman Embraced Conspiracy Theories. He’s Not the First.
Where terrorists strike, whether it’s a lone extremist or a band of attackers, the perpetrators frequently embrace some kind of conspiratorial thinking.
This is not the first–nor the last–time the government/media tries to tie one’s belief in “conspiracy theories” (a non-approved version of events which contradict the government/media’s version) to violent behavior.
This is becoming ‘”conspiracy theories” = terrorism.’
The government/media is connecting those dots even as this is being written.
This latest effort not only identifies those who believe “conspiracy theories” as terrorists (or potential terrorists), but as RIGHT-WING terrorists.

Of course, to say such things might be considered to be promoting a“conspiracy theory.”

Pittsburgh shooting extends wave of conspiracy-minded rightwing violence
The journalist David Neiwert, author of books on the far right including The Eliminationists, which details how hate speech has radicalized the US right, said antisemitic conspiracism, “which is being promoted at the highest levels of government and media”, leads to violence from some who believe it.
FAITH IN THE FUTURE
We live in a country where faith in God has been replaced by faith in the things of man.
Events will show the futility of trusting in the things of man.
“Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.”
–Psalm 146:3
This particularly applies to putting one’s trust for the future in the schemes of man.
Each Taxpayer’s share of the National Debt is now $1.1 million
Don’t put your faith in your pension.
Don’t put your faith in your “nest egg.”
Don’t put your faith in your retirement plan.
Don’t put your faith in Social Security.
It doesn’t matter how many times the schemes of government and man have failed, most will STILL trust governments and man instead of the LORD.
“It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.”
