SET THE CLOCKS: DID THE READER REMEMBER?

It being the first weekend in November, it is the PERFECT time for a friendly reminder.

That reminder has to do with the ENDING of Daylight Saving Time and the switch to STANDARD TIME in the USA. This means that the time is now an ‘hour later’ than it was earlier in the day on Saturday.  (The switch takes place at 2 a.m. on the morning of the first Sunday in November.)

IF the reader forgot to change his clocks on Saturday night/Sunday morning, then he will, no doubt, be reminded of the change when the rest of the world ‘falls back.’

OF COURSE, perhaps the reader is a HERMIT and does not come into contact with the outside world very often.  THEN, this reminder may prove helpful.

IF memory serves, such reminders would appear unnecessary.  This writer NEVER forgot to set his clocks back for 30 or so years. THEN, one day, he FORGOT and had to be reminded.

SO, perhaps this reminder will serve to jog the errant memory of a reader?

The time change means that darkness will come earlier (by an hour) each evening.  It also means that daylight will come an hour earlier during the morning hours.

Depending on where the reader makes his home in the USA (There are other countries which observe some kind of Daylight Saving Time.), he may notice it getting dark and the sun setting at about a quarter after 5 in the evening.

This lessened amount of evening light will continue until December 21, when the days then begin to grow longer.  Daylight Saving Time returns on the second Sunday in March (March 12, 2023) when readers will ‘spring forward’ by setting their clocks AHEAD one hour.

And while the BIGGEST change will be the earlier onset of darkness each evening, there are a few creature comforts usually associated with the winter time change.

Around these parts, the earlier darkness was usually associated with the smell of homemade baked goods, which (for some reason) seemed to happen MORE during the ‘holiday season.’

Also, while the holiday of THANKSGIVING was always loudly celebrated as a time for giving thanks for one’s material advantages DURING THAT TIME OF WINTER DARKNESS, the appearance of BLACK FRIDAY (with it’s emphasis on buying and acquiring goods FOR WHATEVER REASONS) did little to shift the focus of that holiday season for those who celebrated Thanksgiving for the right reasons.

At any rate, let this piece serve as a gentle reminder to the reader:

Homosexuality is much more common among the deceived than is supposed.

Can we just say it? Homosexuality is going to be the dividing line between the true church and the rising apostate church.

Well, not really.

Even the apostate Church can see that many believe homosexuality is wrong–-which, it’s suspected, is why homosexuality is a favorite topic of conversation with apostates, wolves and deceivers.  It’s the one sin even apostates can recognize and condemn while they worship their false spirits, practice their pagan rituals, dance around their idols and otherwise get nice and cozy with the world.

Au contraire.  Homosexuality is NOT the dividing line between the true Church and the apostate Church.

Homosexuality is the dividing line between the apostate Church and the obviously evil lightning rods which Satan has raised up in order to fool the apostates into believing they have the Holy Spirit and thus, discernment.

The end times whore Church is not an obviously satanic Church.  It’s a counterfeit.  A counterfeit is something that CLOSELY resembles the genuine article.

The Bible says it looks like a Lamb but sounds like a dragon.  The apostate whore Church will fool legions of those who presently inhabit the churches into believing their apostasy is really Christianity–-kinda like where the American churches in 2014 are already.

There will be no “homosexuals are okay with us” signs in the apostate whore Church of the dragon.

Homosexuality also gives the “discernment ministries” something to talk about to demonstrate they have some discernment.

Even now the enemy deceives.

TODAY’S “FEUDS”

Everyone LOVES to hear and see DRAMA, right?

And what is more dramatic than an apparent feud among the beautiful people, right?

Particularly if the “feud” is between celebrities, politicos or royal nabobs?

IN FACT, the rich and celebrated almost never disagree: they engage in feuds–sometimes for decades after they have ceased being celebrated for anything else.

What would the beautiful people do with themselves if not for their never-ending feuds?

Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) has always had a problem: what to do when too many of the rich and celebrated have NOTHING “newsworthy” to do. When the media gets tired of reporting what the rich and celebrated are wearing, they turn to the tried-and-true method of of fake “feuds” to generate cheap, plastic “news.”

One popular singer’s entire marketing campaign over the years seems to have been based on engaging in one “feud” after another. But, as the “victims” appear to be primarily the singer’s “fans,” it’s hard to get too worked up over the ruse.

Sports, politics and celebrity culture, European royalty–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”

Oh–and pro wrestling…

One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.

Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.

Democrats and Republicans, Russia and the USA, members of the same family who toil together for evil ends, famous celebrities who are “feuding” with each other: it happens so often, one occasionally has to wonder, “Does Satan have a university or school where he teaches his followers these tricks?”

TRIBULATION: BELIEVERS WILL SUFFER TRIBULATION BEFORE ANY END TIMES PERIOD OF PHYSICAL HARM BEFALLS THEM

TRIBULATION COMING FOR BELIEVERS!

” Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.”
–Acts 14:23

Whether the notion has made an impression on the reader or not, it is the BELIEVER who will suffer from the period of TRIBULATION written in God’s Word.

ALL believers will face TRIBULATION.

“Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.”
–Acts 14:22

So, TRIBULATION is a necessary hard time believers must deal with during the last days.

Once, websites which addressed God’s Word, taught that ‘tribulation’ came from the Hebrew word which meant ‘a narrow or constricting place.’ ‘Tribulation’ therefore carried the meaning of ‘no escape’ OR ‘no way out of this.’

TRIBULATION was NOT necessarily PHYSICAL PERSECUTION–TRIBULATION was PRIMARILY the mental anguish of knowing one was in a circumstance of no escape. BUT believers were taught that God and Jesus Christ would help them deal with TRIBULATION.

One woman was convinced that ‘tribulation’ meant she was going to get her head cut off.  NOW, the woman may lose her head, but it is not due to ‘tribulation.’

TRIBULATION is that feeling that one gets when one KNOWS there is ‘no escape’ from coming difficulties.

TRIBULATION is that feeling that bad times are coming and there is nothing the believer can do to avoid them.

Along with the believer’s promise FROM GOD that there the believer will be given a peace ‘which passeth all understanding,’ there is the uneasiness of the believer–which makes an appearance from time to time (who KNOWS that the gathering storm is coming)–much of it caused by TRIBULATION.

“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
–Philippians 4:7

So, before any period of PHYSICAL harm will be MONTHS (or longer) of MENTAL apprehensiveness–caused by TRIBULATION.

And lest the believer mistakenly believe that he will somehow escape the TRIBULATION of the end times, Acts 14:23 is there to remind him that his entry into the kingdom of God requires ‘MUCH TRIBULATION.’

END TIMES MISCONCEPTIONS

THERE are a NUMBER of misconceptions about the end times which haunt ANY usage of the information for teaching purposes.

We have collected a couple of these misconceptions for the education and erudition of the reader.

1- The one-world government is something that will occur sometime in the (near) future.

God’s Word declares that man will be ruled by a government unlike any that has been upon the earth to date.

“And it was given unto him [the man of sin; the false prophet] to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.”

” In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters.  And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another. After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. I came near unto one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things. Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet; Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.

So, the one-world government will occur during the end times.  Those who labor for the mystery of iniquity often refer to this government as “the new world order.” They almost unanimously place its happening in the future.

BUT WHAT IF the one-world government has been calling the shots for some time now?

WHAT IF the world is being ruled by a coalition of ten countries (as per the Bible) and doesn’t know it?

WHAT IF the only thing missing from the ‘great and terrible beast’ of Daniel is an announcement to the world’s populations that they are now under the thumb of a one-world government?

The man of sin does NOT create the one-world government, but the man of sin rides the one-world government to get him where he wants to ultimately go. The man of sin essentially HIJACKS the one-world government.

To confirm the existence of the ten leading countries who rule the world, one only need pay attention to all of the times supposed ENEMIES cooperate to help one another out.

So, the man of sin will LOOK like Jesus (the Messiah)–that is one reason the man of sin is also called the ‘false prophet’– but will mouth the words of his benefactor, the devil.

When Jesus Christ walked the earth the FIRST time, he warned of the false prophet and his horde of antichrist followers.

“For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.”

“And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.”

“For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.”

So, the man of sin (false prophet; false Messiah) will LOOK a lot like the Messiah, but will SOUND a lot like Satan.  Mostly, the one primarily fooled by such chicanery will be those who are always fooled by such pretty words.

The man of sin’s pretty words help cause the WHOLE WORLD to worship Satan and his beasts–though they will believe they are worshiping agents of God.

“And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”

When the reader sees “Why?” or “How?” in the headline–occasionally “What” is used–that which follows will be a fairy tale, a narrative, a bedtime story spun by the media for the benefit of the media’s master. “Why” usually denotes an on-going narrative; “How” signifies a story line which explains past events. Not all narratives begin with “How” or “Why.” However, the most in-your-face, over-the-top ones usually do. ALL political “news” is narrative.

Two years ago there was an election.

The Republicans took control of the Senate.

The reader needs to ask himself: did anything change for the better during the past two years?

IF the reader answered “YES,” then the reader is among those poor, deluded souls who thinks that things in America will get better after next week’s latest edition of “America Votes!”

GOP Seize Control of US Senate

Republicans take control of US Senate and prized governorships – After a 24 hours or so of breathless reporting, the narratives will then begin on why this change of parties will mean no real changes.  When the parties are campaigning, they promise the moon if they are elected.

“Elect me and I’ll stop ObamaCare!”

“Elect Republicans and we’ll stop Obama’s illegal amnesty!”

As soon as the celebrating ends, the excuses begin.

The GOP have a big margin in the House of Representatives?  8 or 9 new Senate seats?

It’ll be business as usual.

Said outgoing Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, a Democrat, ” The message from voters is clear: They want us to work together.”

This writer’s speculation?

Voters are scared witless of the two parties “working together.”  They work so well together now, it’s almost like there’s really only one party.  Except when the cameras are rolling, then it’s like a pro wrestling Fight Night.

“I’m gonna bust you up!”

“You’re gonna be sorry you ever messed with me!”

Then when the lights go off and the cameras stop rolling, everyone laughs, slaps each other on the back and they all go celebrate pulling another one over on the rubes back home.

Lindsay Graham?  John McCain? Jeanne Sheheen?  Susan Collins? Al Franken? Bernie Sanders?

Does anyone trust any of these misfits?  If so, why?

Of course, regardless of which party is in control, there always seems to be enough votes to pass another law limiting freedoms.  Whether Dems or the GOP is in charge, there’s always enough votes to pass higher taxes.  There’s always enough votes to do what the elites want done.  There’s never enough votes to roll back repressive measures.  No matter how many millions the “pro-life” scammers raise, there’s NEVER enough votes to repeal child sacrifice (abortion).

Nearly two-thirds of voters interviewed after casting ballots said the country was seriously on the wrong track.

IS there ANYONE anywhere who really believes the direction of the country will change?

Seriously.

At some point, one would think the American people will discover they have been hoodwinked for the last 225 years–but most of the time that possibility appears rather doubtful.  It’s suspected that the American people–who are in the process of being taught by the mystery of iniquity that their American system does not work–when they ARE awakened will spasm the USA into a wild rebellious period of chaos.

And from that chaos, a new order will arise.

Just like it says in the Bible.

Recently, it was proposed that man believes lies because he is looking for approval.

Mostly, the approval of others (who may or may not know that they are being lied to).

An interesting idea.

Man KNOWS he is constantly deceived–by the media, by entertainment, by the education system and (especially) by politicians–yet he turns to these liars for his “news.”
