“It is of the LORD’S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”

IF the reader enjoys making choices, then he is in luck: during the end times, the reader will have LOTS of choice to make.
For instance, the reader will have to make the choice of choosing the things of God OR the things of the world.
Not such a HARD choice to make–at least according to God’s Word–
but then that would mean no decision would have to be made.

The reader will have to make the choice between believing the Word of God OR believing what MAN has told him down through the years.
One day, the reader will find out how many stories he has been told.

The reader will ALSO have to make the choice between receiving a loving and merciful God’s CHASTENING (which God uses to TEACH man) OR, not willing to accept chastisement from God, man will more readily accept the JUDGMENTS which that God delivers to the wicked.

Man will HAVE to make the choice between God and the FEAR which God so rightly commands OR man will choose the FEAR of MAN.
“The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe. “

There are lesser-known choices which one who lives during the last days will HAVE to make, such as a choice which will have to be made soon for many Americans: that of rebelling against the civil authorities (no matter how INEPT or CORRUPT) OR submitting to God and eschewing rebellion at every turn.

One important, though lesser-known choice will be a general one: God or man (Satan).

Those believers (and there are MANY) who make the choice of dying for Jesus are REALLY making the choice of everlasting salvation OR living another few days in this ever-so-temporary world.
NOW, a choice which was NOT previously mentioned IS important.
That choice involves the reader throwing himself on the mercy of God and His Son, Jesus Christ, OR investing more time, money and resources into his own preparations.
God’s Word advises AGAINST putting one’s faith in one’s self.
“Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD. For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.”
–Jeremiah 17:5-6
“He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.”
–Proverbs 28:26
“It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.”
–Psalm 118:8
So, the reader will be faced with a NUMBER of choices he will have to make. God’s Word declares that MOST end times men will make the WRONG CHOICES.
This includes a man having so much (false) pride that he chooses NOT throwing himself on the mercy of God and His Son, Jesus Christ.
The reader should invest some spare time in thinking over the matter. He should be thinking about WHICH end times choices he will make when the time comes–and it is fast approaching.
IF one does NOT address the pride issue, man naturally would throw himself on the mercy of God.
Man will have PLENTY of choices to make during the end times–such as whether to throw himself on the mercy of God OR NOT.
“So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.”
–Romans 9:16
DOES the reader believe that God shows His mercy to those who sincerely want it?
It is not YET too late–although time is surely running out: there is still a LITTLE time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.
DOES the reader believe he is saved?

DOES the reader believe he is NOT saved?
Time is Running Out: Today is the Day of Salvation

“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
