It matter little how learned one is; how schooled one is; how LOFTY and LIFTED UP one is: man USUALLY only knows what he is told.
GIGO: Garbage In, Garbage Out.
Although the term GIGO is normally used when taking computers, the term ALSO applies to the HUMAN EXPERIENCE.
IF one is given garbage ‘facts’ or garbage information, then one can ONLY expect that there will be a garbage conclusion.
THAT is the primary reason we always say:
Most things do not work as we’re told they work.
FIND THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER, AND YOU WILL BE ON YOUR WAY TO KNOWING HOW SOMETHING REALLY WORKS.
Just something to keep in mind as the end times rush to meet the reader…
HAS the reader ever read that he ‘should keep [something] in mind’?
WHAT did the reader do when confronted with this end times advice?
It is not YET too late–although time is surely running out: there is still a LITTLE time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.
DOES the reader believe he is saved?
Make Your Calling and Election Sure: End Times Survival
DOES the reader believe he is NOT saved?
Time is Running Out: Today is the Day of Salvation
