People who are besides themselves or NOT in their right mind are sometimes said to be ‘FEVERISH’–as in, they are not in their right minds because they are consumed with a fever, which is interfering with their minds.
“FEVERED” or “FEVERISH” are often used to denote a person who is, for whatever reason, NOT thinking straight.
fever:
a: a state of heightened or intense emotion or activityb: a contagious usually transient enthusiasm
All of this ‘fevered’ talk will serve as an introduction to something which was said a few weeks ago.
“It’s like Satan’s workers of iniquity have feverish minds. They don’t make very good decisions–which they will discover once it is too late for them to make any amends.”
Later–when discussing this topic with an acquaintance–a few items were added to the mix.
“You know, it’s not like they can’t see what is happening. They can see! But they don’t care. They don’t care if they are consigned to an eternity of torment or an eternity of bliss. They just don’t care!”
Upon further reflection, it was decided that it cannot be known if the workers of iniquity “just don’t care!”
BUT, there are ways for them to KNOW that they are heading down the wrong road.
1- They KNOW they labor for a LIAR.
As Jesus pointed out:
“He [Satan, the devil] was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”
–John 8:44
BUT even if the workers of iniquity do NOT believe Jesus–which most do not–all they have to do is invest a little time into checking out the past of a boss whose whole career has been built on DECEPTION and LIES.
2- Satan doesn’t treat his adherents well.
Look it up.
3- They get a MUCH better deal from God.
While mentioning these points, someone then said
“Why do they do it then?”
It was at this point the possibility of a fevered mind was raised.
The number of words about the workers of iniquity are ALMOST as many as the number of workers themselves.

[Perhaps a fevered mind is the least of their worries?]
Do NOT become a number among the judged.
Become a believer and set your future!
DOES the reader know of anyone who may have a fevered mind?
It is not YET too late–although time is surely running out: there is still a LITTLE time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.
DOES the reader believe he is saved?

DOES the reader believe he is NOT saved?
