The church in this nation—part of the bride of Christ—opens its arms and embraces Islam, a religion of anti-christ, because we value the peace of man more than the truth of God.
Here’s a newsflash: The bride of Christ is not embracing Islam.
The bride of Christ is not in the apostate churches.
American’s form of church has been rotten for years. It’s only gotten to the point where it can no longer be hidden.
But it will get worse.
The prescription is NOT “more church” or “more Americanized church.” That’s the problem, not the solution.
The article wonders “Is there time to turn things around?”
The USA has had a long, deep and historic relationship with Satan. IF America “returns to its roots,” it will sink even deeper into the occult than it already has–if such a thing is possible.
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
–1 Corinthians 15:1-8
“But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:”
—2 Corinthians 4:3
“For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.”
—2 Corinthians 11:13-15
WORSHIPING SATAN
TELLING AND BELIEVING LIES
IF one believes the Bible, then one has to believe what the Bible declares about the end times churches.
Throughout the entire earth, the end times churches are the centers for dragon (Satan) worship.
“And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”
—Revelation 13:7-8
Yet most men cling to their churches instead of Jesus Christ.
A FEW QUESTIONS
As we approach the climax of human history, a few questions beg to be answered by those claiming to believe the Bible who inhabit the churches.
1- Where do “all that dwell upon the earth” go to worship the dragon? Do they worship the devil in the streets? Where do all of these Satan-worshiping churches come from? Will the devil begin a massive church-building program over the next few years?
2- WHO is running these Satan-worshiping churches? Does the devil suddenly replace thousands of ministers, preachers and church officials? Where do these people come from?
3- WHY do all the people of the earth worship Satan? Doesn’t that seem like a huge change from today? Won’t the church-goers notice something different going on in their churches?
A FEW ANSWERS
1 – Where do all of these Satan-worshiping churches come from?
The centers of end times dragon worship are already in place in every neighborhood across America and in many neighborhoods across the world.
We call them the churches.
The churches of today were long ago compromised: centuries ago, in fact.
The dragon doesn’t have to build any new churches: the ones he has right now (in cities, towns and neighborhoods across the world) will work just fine.
2 – WHO is running these Satan-worshiping churches?
2000 years ago, the Bible began warning of deceitful workers infiltrating the churches.
“For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.”
—Acts 20:29-30
“Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.”
—Matthew 7:15
Practically every book in the New Testament warns of those who pretend to be Christians, but are really working for the enemy.
The Bible calls these men “false apostles, wolves in sheep’s clothing, deceitful workers, ‘[those] that would pervert the gospel of Christ,’ evil workers, dogs, unruly and vain talkers, deceivers, ravenous wolves, false prophets, false teachers, Satan’s ministers, liars, men of corrupt minds, evil men, seducers, deceived and deceiving, scoffers, mockers, antichrists, ungodly men.
These are the men the Bible warned would be in the churches.
And so they are.
Most are “nice people” with smiles on their faces.
3- WHY do all the people of the earth worship Satan? Won’t the church-goers notice something different going on in their churches?
Won’t the church-goers notice something different in their churches? Basically, no they won’t.
The churches today feature prayer circles, witchcraft, praying at the cardinal points, occult ‘praise and worship’ songs, pagan rituals, occult imagery, counterfeit spirits, other gospels and idolatry.
Many Pentecostal and ‘holiness‘ churches seek a “move of the spirit” in their churches, not recognizing that the spirit which shows up is not the Holy Spirit.
As centers of dragon worship (and because Satan is the father of lies), the churches can be expected to be centers of end times deception.
And so they are.
Because the whole world is deceived (this includes the deceitful workers within the churches), the whole world will worship Satan.
” that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world“
—Revelation 12:9
Some church-goers will worship the dragon believing they are worshiping Jesus and God Almighty because the churches LOOK like Christianity.
“And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.”
—Revelation 13:11
Besides, all of those who won’t heed the warnings of the last 2000 years will be sent a strong delusion by God. ALL who are sent the delusion will be damned.
“I can’t find a good church!” is a common complaint today. Yet, instead of looking to the Bible for why this is, most continue swapping one church building for another, always hoping the results will somehow be different this time.
It appears most men are more concerned with what other men think of them than with their eternal salvation.
The New Testament (including Revelation) was written almost 2000 years ago. The warnings contained in it about the end times have been around for a long, long time.
And yet, after centuries of warnings, the whole earth STILL worships the dragon.
Count this as just one more warning which will go largely unheeded by those for which it was intended.
Still, the reader may be different from the vast majority of men.

THE GOSPEL
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

–1 Corinthians 15:1-8
“For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.”
-—1 Corinthians 1:18-19
Today’s churches, with their “come as you are, stay as you are” all-inclusiveness and Barney-the-Dinosaur-as-god idols, hold to the “big tent” theory of heaven: there’s plenty of room and it’s gonna be lonely up there if God demands holiness.
MOCKERS AND SCOFFERS: Part of the end times ambiance for true believers.
“Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.”
—2 Peter 3:3-4
The Bible warns of mockers and scoffers in the last days. And the last days are here–and the mockers and scoffers are legion.
The first place this writer noticed mockers was in the comments section of various news stories reporting on any aspect of Christianity. IF the news story concerns any other faith (with the possible exception of Scientology), commenters by-and-large give it a bit of respect.
Not so with Christianity.
Just as God’s Word has warned.
The second place the mocking was noticed was in a church this writer once attended. For some reason, the idea that “lawlessness” was coming was a topic met (by some) with high amusement and giggles.
What is the believer to do with mockers?
Ignore them; hard as that might be for some to do.
“He that reproveth a scorner getteth to himself shame: and he that rebuketh a wicked man getteth himself a blot.”
But the believer has a hope of something far better than this world, though the talk of the world will be focused on “making this world a better place” and producing a “heaven on earth.”
Scoffers and mockers are just a little slice of persecution served up by a world which HATES Christianity. No, the world does NOT hate the counterfeit Christianity so on display on TV, the movies and in the churches. The world hates Jesus Christ and true believers.
Mockers and scoffers: enjoy them.
Because it only gets worse from here.
“How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.”
—Jude 1:18
US aviation authorities are investigating 11 incidents of lasers being pointed at the cockpits of commercial aircraft over New Jersey Wednesday night, including flights headed for two of New York’s busiest airports.
“How can the reader know when the Corporate Media is lying to him (never mind the fact that the media is Satan’s Mouthpiece and Satan is the father of lies)? One easy way to tell is the use of “Why” and “How” in the headlines of an article. When the reader sees “Why?” or “How?” in the headline–occasionally “What” is used–that which follows will be a fairy tale, a narrative, a bedtime story spun by the media for the benefit of the media’s master. “Why” usually denotes an on-going narrative; “How” signifies a story line which explains past events. Not all narratives begin with “How” or “Why.” However, the most in-your-face, over-the-top ones usually do. ALL political “news” is narrative.
So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.
—Matthew 20:16
Today’s churches, with their “come as you are, stay as you are” all-inclusiveness and Barney-the-Dinosaur-as-god idols, hold to the “big tent” theory of heaven: there’s plenty of room and it’s gonna be lonely up there if God demands holiness.
‘Why can’t you be like those preachers on television? Why can’t you just have a positive outlook, and beg off any hard hitting questions with the ever resourceful answer, ‘I’m not into doctrine all that much’, or ‘I think it’s just foolish bickering over things like sin and repentance because we’re all going to end up in heaven anyway; God loves everybody; He loves you just the way you are, no change required.’
—A Bird’s Eye View of the End Times Part 3 – Michael Boldea
Jesus repeatedly emphasized the small (few) number of people who would respond to God’s call.
But the lost are assured that “many” are born again. “Many” are saved. The churches believe God’s most important commandment is “The more the merrier.”
Jesus emphasized “few” find the narrow way to eternal life (Matt 7:13-14) and “few” are chosen (when addressing Israel).
“For many are called, but few are chosen.”
—Matthew 22:14
for though it be a dreadful truth, yet I must say, that even the greatest part of those to whom the gospel is offered, will either openly reject or secretly disobey it; and while indeed many are called to the gospel-feast, it will be manifest by their disregarding it, there are but few chosen in such a sense as finally to partake of its blessings.
In short, many hear, few believe: many are members of the visible, but few of the invisible church.
—Benson Commentary
Jesus said “narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”
Jesus also said “many are called, but few are chosen.”
This contrasts with the churches handing out “Get Out of Hell Free” cards to everyone who even looks interested.
“Sin All You Want, We’ll Print More!”
“For many are called, but few are chosen.”
When the prophets of the Old Testament prevailed not, nor John the Baptist, nor Christ himself, who told them the kingdom of God was at hand, the apostles and ministers of the gospel were sent, after Christ’s resurrection, to tell them it was come, and to persuade them to accept the offer. The reason why sinners come not to Christ and salvation by him, is, not because they cannot, but because they will not.
—Matthew Henry’s Concise Commentary
“Few there be” is not a popular message.
It’s a narrow path and few there be that find it. Many are on the wide path to destruction.
Many are called, but few are chosen.
Many are called to the wedding-feast, that is, to salvation, but few have the wedding-garment, the righteousness of Christ, the sanctification of the Spirit.
—Matthew Henry’s Concise Commentary
Who is one to believe: the churches or Jesus Christ?
THE GOSPEL
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
–1 Corinthians 15:1-8
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
-–Romans 1:16
[NOTE: While relying on the various bible commentaries is not wise, ON OCCASION they do offer helpful comments.]
“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;”
—2 Thessalonians 2:3
“Let no man deceive you BY ANY MEANS”
That warning should be enough. But it hasn’t been.
What was this warning about?
Paul was warning the Thessalonikans that “that day” (the ” coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him” of 2 Thessalonians 2:1; i.e., The Day of the Lord; The Day of Christ) would not come EXCEPT first, two events had to happen.
1- except there come a falling away first, and
2- that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;”
That seems to be clear enough.
Jesus won’t come back except that first, two events have to happen: the apostasia (“falling away”) and the revelation of the man of sin.
So, Paul is revealing that there will come an apostasia (defection, apostasy, revolt) before Jesus Christ comes back.
So what do the apostate churches tell their congregations?
That they should be looking for a great end times revival!
Why are the churches abuzz with the talk of revival when the Word of God declares revolt?
Because the churches are the center of the revolt; ground zero for falling away.
Like Israel before it, and Samson before Israel, the glory of the Lord has departed the churches–and those involved do not even know it.
“And she said, The Philistines be upon thee, Samson. And he awoke out of his sleep, and said, I will go out as at other times before, and shake myself. And he wist [knew] not that the LORD was departed from him.”
—Judges 16:20
“Then the glory of the LORD departed from off the threshold of the house, and stood over the cherubims.”
—Ezekiel 10:18
“Though they bring up their children, yet will I bereave them, that there shall not be a man left: yea, woe also to them when I depart from them!”
—Hosea 9:12
The churches are no longer the body of Christ: they are (and have been) a satanic counterfeit.
The revolt (the falling away) is already everywhere around us. That those in the apostate churches do not see or acknowledge their apostasy is proof enough that it is here and only the revelation of the man of sin remains.
Thessalonians 2:1 also is a verse about the timing of the rapture. But that clear enough verse (and all of the other verses) are not enough to dissuade the apostates of their “Left Behind” pre-tribulation fantasies.
Sad: many, many church-goers trust the words of a fictional series of books over the clear Word of God.
But back to the apostasia (falling away).
There are no indications in the Bible that there will be any revival of any type until Jesus returns. Until then, believers are warned of worse and worse times.
NOT revival.
IN FACT, the Bible has NOTHING good to say about either the times or the churches in the days before Jesus Christ comes back.
“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”
—2 Timothy 3:1-5
(A very good description of the apostate churches and their attitudes toward what God’s Word says.)
“Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.”
—2 Peter 3:3-4
“Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.”
—2 Timothy 3:12-13
“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.”
—1 Timothy 4:1-3
“How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.”
—Jude 1:18
“Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.”
—2 Timothy 3:7
Does this sound like revival?
Of course not.
But the cheerful, grinning wolves in the pulpit (and their always-smiling workers of deceit among the pews) are not in the business of leading the sheep. They are in the business of deceiving while being deceived themselves.
So, IF anyone has ears to hear, let him hear: there is no revival until AFTER Jesus Christ returns.
Until then, all believers have to look forward to are the persecution, scoffing and mocking of this sad, lost, corrupt world and the always-increasing deceptions of Satan’s deceitful workers.
All those who say they are looking for a great end times revival before then are either 1- hopelessly deceived; or 2- hopelessly deceived and deceiving others.
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
-–Romans 1:16
THE GOSPEL

A SHORT HISTORY: What the Bible says about Religious Leaders and Churches
A SHORT HISTORY: WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS ABOUT RELIGIOUS LEADERS AND THE CHURCHES
A while ago, someone remarked that they found it hard to believe that the modern churches were totally apostate. The person could not provide any evidence (other than the usual “They do good work.”) to back up his contention, either from real life or from the Bible.
However, this person felt that to label the churches “apostate” was unkind. When confronted with Jesus’ assessment of the Pharisees in His own time OR the seven churches of Revelation 2 and 3, the person was silent.
But this encounter got this writer thinking: What does the Bible have to say about religious systems, religious leaders and churches?
We therefore present this short history on that topic.
APPROXIMATELY 600 BC
Immediately after God judged Judah by having a portion of the Jews carried off to Babylon, the prophet Ezekiel was given a tour of what was taking place back in Jerusalem among the religious leaders.
The account is not very complimentary.
“And he put forth the form of an hand, and took me by a lock of mine head; and the spirit lifted me up between the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the door of the inner gate that looketh toward the north; where was the seat of the image of jealousy, which provoketh to jealousy. And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel was there, according to the vision that I saw in the plain.
Then said he unto me, Son of man, lift up thine eyes now the way toward the north. So I lifted up mine eyes the way toward the north, and behold northward at the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in the entry. He said furthermore unto me, Son of man, seest thou what they do? even the great abominations that the house of Israel committeth here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations.
And he brought me to the door of the court; and when I looked, behold a hole in the wall. Then said he unto me, Son of man, dig now in the wall: and when I had digged in the wall, behold a door. And he said unto me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here.
So I went in and saw; and behold every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel, pourtrayed upon the wall round about. And there stood before them seventy men of the ancients of the house of Israel, and in the midst of them stood Jaazaniah the son of Shaphan, with every man his censer in his hand; and a thick cloud of incense went up. Then said he unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, The LORD seeth us not; the LORD hath forsaken the earth.
—Ezekiel 8:3-12
The Seventy Men:“either the sanhedrim, or council of seventy, who should have preserved religion pure and untainted, to which their office bound them; or else seventy of the more aged heads of the tribes or families, who should have been examples by their pure and constant affection to true religion; but these are ringleaders in this idolatry.”
—Matthew Poole Commentary
So at the very moment that part of the Jews were in Babylon under the judgement of God, their religious leaders back in Jerusalem were worshiping idols and offering incense to pagan gods.
ABOUT 30 AD
Jesus had nothing good to say about the religious leaders of His own time, the Pharisees. Jesus’ condemnation of the Pharisees’ negating of God’s Word with their traditions mirrors the activities of the apostate churches in our own times.
What Jesus said of the Pharisees, could also be said of the modern churches–and much more.
” For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.”
—Matthew 5:20
“Then Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.”
—Matthew 16:6
“Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.”
—Matthew 16:12
“Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples, Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat: All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not. For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.
But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments, And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues, And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi.”
—Matthew 23:1-7
“But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.”
—Matthew 23:13
“Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.”
—Matthew 23:14
“Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.”
—Matthew 23:15
“Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.”
—Matthew 23:23
“Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.”
—Matthew 23:25
“Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness.”
—Matthew 23:27
“Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous, And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets. Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.”
—Matthew 23:29-31
“Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell.”
—Matthew 23:33
In their time, the Pharisees and scribes were respected even more so than the preachers of our current day. They were certainly revered much more than the typical TV or mega-church preacher.
ABOUT 90 AD
On the island of Patmos almost 55-60 years after His resurrection, Jesus appeared to John and gave him the Revelation. In Revelation chapters 2 and 3, Jesus addresses seven churches of the day.
Only the churches of Smyrna and Philadelphia escaped rebuke from Jesus.
After only a few decades in the hands of men, Laodicea in particular was singled out as a hotbed of apostasy.
“I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.”
—Revelation 3:15-16
NEW TESTAMENT WARNINGS
Throughout the New Testament, warnings are given about infiltrators, seducers, imposters and false doctrines attempting to corrupt the newly-formed churches. The epistles of Paul, Peter and John contain many warnings.
Other books which warn of the churches’ corruption are Jude, James, and Revelation.
CONCLUSION
So mere decades after Jesus Himself was present (and at a time the churches were led by some of the apostles and their disciples), the churches were already infiltrated and corrupted.
What the churches have become after almost 2000 years in the hands of men is easy to see for those who are free of the deception of the churches.
THE GOSPEL
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.
“For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.”
—1 Corinthians 1:18-19
WOLVES IN THE PULPIT: A great many of the wolves are women.
“A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach; One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity; (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)”
—1 Timothy 3:2,4-5
“And let these also first be proved; then let them use the office of a deacon, being found blameless. Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.”
—1 Timothy 3:10-11
“Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.”
—1 Timothy 2:11-14
While at an apostate church this past week, this writer heard the following statement:
“The churches are full of rebellion and idolatry.”
The statement came, without the least hint of irony, from a woman in the pulpit.
i·ro·ny (ˈīrənē/): 1 the expression of one’s meaning by using language that normally signifies the opposite, typically for humorous or emphatic effect.
God has a particular order. The order is stated clearly in His Word. In God’s order, the man has particular duties and obligations and the woman also has particular duties and obligations. When both do their jobs, the home and society functions as God intended.
God’s Word is clear that the woman’s duties do not include being in the pulpit.
But God’s order is something which Satan and “society” have worked decades to overthrow.
Yes, the churches ARE full of rebellion.
And the rebellion is nowhere greater on display for all who value God’s Word than in the pulpits where ungodly women are usurping authority.
One either obeys God Word.
OR, one seeks to overturn it, to discredit it, to “modify” or compromise it to make it “relevant” to today’s godless society.
God’s Word and His order are not popular in the lawless, apostate times in which we live. Rebellion and idolatry ARE very popular.
Nowhere is this more apparent than the apostate churches, which are full of wolves in sheep’s clothing.
And many of the wolves are female.
“Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.”
—2 Corinthians 14:34-35
“Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well. “
—1 Timothy 3:12
“He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.”
—1 John 2:4
“They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.”
—Titus 1:16
