What does one call a “shutdown” where most of the workers are working and getting paid?
A faux shutdown.
The drama of the shutdown enters its second week and the Corporate Media has switched to 24/7 mode. That means that every other story is about the government shutdown. Correspondingly, most Americans will be talking about the shutdown, NOT ObamaCare.When the effects of the shutdown are long forgotten, the effects of ObamaCare will be remembered.
Which makes one suspect that this might be the reason for the “shutdown” in the first place.
