“And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.”
SYRIA: In Syria, militias armed by the Pentagon fight those armed by the CIA – You can’t have a war unless you have at least two sides…
SYRIA: Are CIA-backed Syrian Rebels Really Fighting Pentagon-backed Syrian Rebels? – You can’t tell the players without a program.
ISLAMIC STATE: Voters see Islamic State as a serious long-term threat
Damn with faint praise, assent with civil leer,
And without sneering, teach the rest to sneer;
Willing to wound, and yet afraid to strike,
Just hint a fault, and hesitate dislike.
— “Epistle to Dr Arbuthnot” by Alexander Pope (1688–1744)
Damning with faint praise is exactly what the Corporate “Supposedly-Rabidly-Pro-Obama” Media has engaged in almost since the moment that Barack Hussein Obama was elected. Using the pretext of defending Obama, the Corporate Media has taught the great majority of the USA to loathe Obama.
The exact same press strategy was used to “defend” Jimmy Carter in the months leading up to the 1980 election. The national press was wildly pro-Carter–the man could seemingly do no wrong according to the Corporate Media. From the moment Carter was elected however, the press continually damned the Georgian with faint praise–many times for the same qualities about which the media had praised Carter in the run-up to the 1976 election.
Obama himself could care less. This is the part he was chosen to play: a goof-off; weak, tone-deaf, indecisive, uncaring, aloof, effeminate, ushering in a new age of American weakness. And he has played his part to the hilt. If life were fair, Obama would have a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
This is exactly the type of character the string-pullers sacrifice to further their narratives. In spite of his countless prevarications, one feels a sympathy for this president. Christians are compelled to pray for the man.
“I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.”
CIA photographed detainees naked before sending them to be tortured – Hey, if you want to make an omelet, you gotta break a few eggs, right?
“Hey! We’re the good guys! It was necessary to keep you safe!”
The naked imagery of CIA captives raises new questions about the seeming willingness of the US to use what one medical and human rights expert called “sexual humiliation” in its post-9/11 captivity of terrorism suspects. Some human rights campaigners described the act of naked photography on unwilling detainees as a potential war crime.
What, exactly, are the “new questions”?
The USA has long used torture when it has fit its needs.
Sometimes even when it didn’t.
“But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.”
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
–1 Corinthians 15:1-8
“For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.”
-—1 Corinthians 1:18-19
Capitol Shooting: 1 Capitol police officer shot; gunman in custody – Sounds like the beginning of a campaign against “dangerous, crazy Christians.”
[Dawson] was known to police for an October outburst in the House, when he yelled out that he was a “prophet of God.”
END OF THE AUTOMOBILE AGE?
For some time, we’ve been writing that the end of the automobile is right around the corner. We’ve based our conviction on the Bible.
It surprised us that so many others in the Corporate Media believe the same–for other reasons, obviously.
OF COURSE, the media is easing the public in on the news: it’s MOSTLY talking (for now) about “car ownership.”
- WHY no one will own a car in 25 years
- America’s biggest carmaker is betting on a future without car ownership
- You probably won’t have a car soon and here’s WHY
- Private car ownership is on the road to becoming a rarity

- End of the Car Age (or is it?)
Cars will soon go the way of the horse-and-buggy.
The only thing to be announced is the cover story for why cars will be a thing of the past.
Japan’s elderly turn to life of crime to ease cost of living – One of the biggest lies told by Satan’s Mouthpiece is that people turn to crime because they are hungry.
BYE BYE MISS AMERICAN PIE
What was unthinkable 20 years ago–leaving the USA for a safer, more lucrative haven elsewhere–has been taking place.
OR, at least it’s been promoted in the media as if it was.

Only four or five years ago, it was fashionable among some Americans to leave for the safety of Central America, particularly Costa Rica.
More recent news demonstrates the folly of those decisions, although there will always be those who will insist that “IF you know the right places (or the right people, or the right information or…) you’ll be perfectly safe.”
Honduras has the highest homicide rate in the world, with 86 murders per 100,000 people. El Salvador has the second highest homicide rate, with 70 murders per 100,000 people, and Guatemala comes in close behind with 41 murders per 100,000 people.
What’s soon coming upon the earth will be worldwide. There will be no “safe havens.”
Those who think to outsmart God are deceived.
No Spanking, No Time-Out, No Problems – Satan’s Mouthpiece works every day to overthrow the established order of the family. This piece is one example. The choice: Thousands of years of civilization VS MODERN METHODS by EXPERTS!
OF COURSE, there are many who will believe such things because 1) it’s printed in a magazine so it has to be true, doesn’t it?; and, 2) when one refuses to believe the truth, one will believe anything.
“Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.”
“Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die.”
The last few generations of Americans have no ability to discern between appropriate punishment and brutal beatings. The rise of self-esteem, self-worship and self-obsession conveniently coincided with the disappearance of parental discipline.
Too many parents want to be friends instead of parents and end up being neither.
Which is why the last several generations of Americans have been short-changed.
Cities begin to challenge a bedrock of justice: They’re paying criminals not to kill – It’s the end times all right.
Is algebra an unnecessary stumbling block in US schools? – What about reading and spelling? Both of those trip up kids…
STUDY: Mass surveillance silences minority opinions – It’s not the surveillance which silences minority opinions: it’s the lethal force behind those who control the surveillance.
Drilling for earthquakes – True to form, when the media argues over something, they usually give the reader TWO (occasionally more than two) options.
With both being wrong: a false dichotomy.
The two sides in the “Fracking is causing all of the earthquakes!” VS “No, it isn’t!” leaves out another possibility completely.
Which is the idea.
“For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.”
Is the key to happiness swallowing the right bacteria?
MEDIA NARRATIVES ALERT
“How can the reader know when the Corporate Media is lying to him (never mind the fact that the media is Satan’s Mouthpiece and Satan is the father of lies)? One easy way to tell is the use of “Why” and “How” in the headlines of an article. When the reader sees “Why?” or “How?” in the headline–occasionally “What” is used–that which follows will be a fairy tale, a narrative, a bedtime story spun by the media for the benefit of the media’s master. “Why” usually denotes an on-going narrative; “How” signifies a story line which explains past events. Not all narratives begin with “How” or “Why.” However, the most in-your-face, over-the-top ones usually do. ALL political “news” is narrative.
“Things are never quite what they seem. Events are seldom close to how the media and history portray them.”
WHY the future is going to disappoint us – The Washington Post has one of the VERY BEST stables of narrative spinners in the Corporate Media (and that’s saying something).
This is by one of their A-Team.
George Will sings the grand song of past American PROGRESS! while also providing a backing track of the future blues. It all contribute to a nifty little fable of “The future ain’t what it used to be.”
As always, it’s one strand of a grand tapestry which has been woven over the centuries. The finished product will soon be displayed for a hopelessly duped, yet appreciative, world.
WHY Are Millennial Men Such Wimps? – Wimpiness is not just an elective in today’s schools: it’s a required course.
Who will become a terrorist? Research yields few clues – At least any research the NY Times is willing to write about…
What’s really across the ocean from you when you look straight out? It’s not always the place you think.
Alien Technology –“Might Be a Billion Years Old and Not Made of Matter” (Weekend Feature) – Science is coming up with multiple ways to explain demonic power.
