January 10, 2016 – End Times Prophecy Report

The wicked will triumph for a season.

Then, judgment for eternity.

“And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.”

And after 1000 years:

“And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.”

The time of the enemy is almost upon us.

One sign is the prevalence of the tares.

Surely a believer can spend no more sobering time than to surf the webpages of counterfeit Christianity.

Whether it’s the fake churches, the innumerable websites of ‘Christian ministries,’ or the thousands of Facebook pages of the tares: in the times in which we live, ersatz Christianity thrives.

Among the most common sights one finds are

The ever-present inane quotes: Most of these sites (especially the Facebook pages) display an endless number of pictures of sunsets, sunrises, children playing, flowers, whatever, with a quote superimposed over the picture. Usually, the quote 1) is by a worldly ‘man of god’; 2) directly contradicts the Bible; or, 3) is intended to give the reader an inflated sense of super-spirituality. Also quite popular: confusing the Bible with the US constitution. The two are completely different, diametrically opposed sets of people who put their faith in each. One such picture-quote was a little ‘inside joke‘: “Don’t judge me until you’ve walked a mile in my shoes. Or ridden my broom.” The only thing more common than witchcraft in the churches are those who believe they perform such work in secrecy.
The senseless busy-work of the lost: Walks, marches, plays, skits, handing out flyers…the list of ‘doing something (without actually having done anything)’ is a long one. Also popular: bracelets, ribbons, other actions which require little of the reader but which supposedly make him feel as if he’s actually participated in one of these events. Example: want to fight human trafficking? Draw a red ‘X’ on your hand, take a picture, then post the picture to your Facebook account. THEN, you can say you ‘did something.’
The ubiquitous secret hand signs: The worst photo was an entire family on vacation; the parents and the three children all flashing various occult signs to show their true allegiance.
The vows to make this a “better world”: There’s no greater way to discern a counterfeit Christian. The believer knows this life is temporary; the non-believer focuses on nothing else. The believer knows this world (due to sin) is fallen, corrupt and un-fixable until Jesus returns; the non-believer never tires to trying to ‘make this world a better place.’

The time of the enemy is almost upon us.

“The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.”

“But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.”
–Luke 19:14

Though the enemy’s ascendency will be brief, it will be difficult for the believer.

“And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them”
–Revelation 13:7

“And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High”
–Daniel 7:25

“I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them; Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.”
–Daniel 7:21-22

For the counterfeits and tares, the outlook is a very short period of a “better world.”

Then, torment which is eternal in nature.

For believers, a difficult time is indeed coming.

But for believers, better days come afterward.

Is the reader prepared?
