What does that all mean–if anything–for today?
As virtual-reality technology grows more advanced, it promises to deliver a more fully realized version of what many believed Second Life would offer: total immersion in another world. And as our actual world keeps delivering weekly horrors—another mass shooting, another hurricane, another tweet from the president threatening nuclear war—the appeal of that alternate world keeps deepening…

Virtual reality IS itself a delusion, but more accurately: it feeds whatever delusions the individual may harbor.

This is a VERY, VERY poor trade.
However, most men are deceived and believe what they have been told from an early age.
And so, most men will end up burning forever in a lake of fire.
Not the best way to spend one’s eternity.
Has the reader spent any time thinking about how he would like to spend his eternity?
OR, has the reader hoped beyond hope that he will not have to concern himself with such a thing?
It is a simple choice: a relatively short time of righteousness here on earth OR, a relatively short time of wickedness, depravity and plenty.
The result of that choice determines where one will spend the rest of eternity AND what type of eternity that person can look forward to.
God’s gift to EVERY man is eternal life; but, it is up to EACH man how he will spend that eternity.

Everyone LOVES to hear and see DRAMA, right?
And what is more dramatic than an apparent feud among the beautiful people, right?
Particularly if the “feud” is between celebrities, politicos or royal nabobs?
IN FACT, the rich and celebrated almost never disagree: they engage in feuds–sometimes for decades after they have ceased being celebrated for anything else.
What would the beautiful people do with themselves if not for their never-ending feuds?
Satan’s Mouthpiece (the Corporate Media) has always had a problem: what to do when too many of the rich and celebrated have NOTHING “newsworthy” to do. When the media gets tired of reporting what the rich and celebrated are wearing, they turn to the tried-and-true method of of fake “feuds” to generate cheap, plastic “news.”
One popular singer’s entire marketing campaign over the years seems to have been based on engaging in one “feud” after another. But, as the “victims” appear to be primarily the singer’s “fans,” it’s hard to get too worked up over the ruse.
Sports, politics and celebrity culture, European royalty–wherever the rich and celebrated congregate: these are the arenas where readers can most often find stories of “feuds.”
Oh–and pro wrestling…
One can depend on those who labor for the mystery of iniquity to act, in not only an EVIL manner, but also in a very repetitive one as well.
Case in point: when two followers of Satan are working together, one of the first things they do is establish that they 1-do not like each other; 2- they hate each other; or, 3- are fighting against one another.
Democrats and Republicans, Russia and the USA, members of the same family who toil together for evil ends, famous celebrities who are “feuding” with each other: it happens so often, one occasionally has to wonder, “Does Satan have a university or school where he teaches his followers these tricks?”

“How can the reader know when the Corporate Media is lying to him (never mind the fact that the media is Satan’s Mouthpiece and Satan is the father of lies)? One easy way to tell is the use of “Why” and “How” in the headlines of an article. When the reader sees “Why?” or “How?” in the headline–occasionally “What” is used–that which follows will be a fairy tale, a narrative, a bedtime story spun by the media for the benefit of the media’s master. “Why” usually denotes an on-going narrative; “How” signifies a story line which explains past events. Not all narratives begin with “How” or “Why.” However, the most in-your-face, over-the-top ones usually do. ALL political “news” is narrative.

SOMA: A PERFECT DRUG FOR THE END TIMES
The Bible warns of drugs in the end times–and warns such concoctions (which modern man calls “medications”) are connected with witchcraft and sorcery.
BUT end times man rather likes being enslaved to drugs.
Drink that’s like alcohol… but without hangovers or addiction: ‘Healthy’ beverage could be on the market within two years – The article says that the drink will create the same “happy, fuzzy” type of feeling as alcohol without the drawbacks. Sounds like they’re close to unveiling a Soma-type drink/drug for the masses.
“It is described as being prepared by extracting juice from the stalks of a certain plant. In both Vedic and Zoroastrian tradition, the name of the drink and the plant are the same, and also personified as a divinity, the three forming a religious or mythological unity. In the Vedas, the drink, and the plant refer to the same entity. Drinking Soma produces immortality (Amrita, Rigveda 8.48.3). “
This was one use of the word ‘soma.’
This writer had another soma definition in mind, however.

The idea behind soma–the perfect drug–is to make people love their servitude. Today there are those who are enslaved by certain drugs, surrounded by chaos and despair. However, because of the effects of the drugs, they believe that their situation is not only manageable but, in some cases, desirable to the alternatives.
End Times Mankind: though enslaved to drugs–though their life revolves around the drugs–they believe they are free.
This is particularly true in America.

USING THE MEDIA TO ACCUSE, TRY AND CONVICT WITHOUT A TRIAL
The government/media has begun a very dangerous new practice.
Actually, that practice has a long history in the USA. just not as in-your-face as it has been over the past few weeks.
It is the idea that in order to punish someone, there is no longer any need to prove them guilty. All one must do in these times in which we now live is to accuse someone in the press (especially if the accusations have to do with sexual assault). It does not matter how credible the accusations are or even whether they are true or not.
[NOTE: It does not matter if the charges are from behaviors which supposedly happened YEARS ago.]
Just call a press conference, accuse someone, let the press repeat the charges and–voila!–Punishment is dished out AS IF the charge had been true.

The reader may be assured this is all leading somewhere that does not involve the rich and celebrated.
The reader may also be assured that whether any (or all) of the accused in the various media sexual assault cases are true or not, the idea that a trial is not necessary to determine innocence or guilt (and to mete out punishment) will be something that many Americans will be certain is true.
Make no mistake: the point here is the punishment of those accused without a trial.
Some believe they can read about someone in the media and then decide their innocence or guilt.
Those Americans’ sense of justice would then be exactly the same as alynch mob.
Those Americans should also be reminded that this sort of behavior–such as trying and executing justice without a trial–is a form of control, NOT justice.
One other place these types of media stories are heading: they groom the masses for the idea that the only free speech is approved speech.

ONE-WORLD GOVERNMENT AND THE MAN OF SIN
“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition”
–2Thessalonians 2:3
While engaged in a recent discussion, an odd bit was discovered about the man of sin and the coming one-world government which the Bible declares will rule the earth for a short time.
“And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”
–Revelation 13:4-8
These five verses in Revelation 13 reveal much about the coming one-world government.
The first few verses in question appear to be referring to the beast system. THEN, the system is given a “mouth speaking great things and blasphemies.“
This “mouth” appears to be the man of sin.
The rest of Revelation 13:4-8 appears to be referring to the man of sin: the whole world will worship him (except for true believers) as the False Messiah and he will make war with the saints and overcome them (for a season).
One item from the recent discussion: “popular prophecy teachers” usually refer to the man of sin (or their “Antichrist“) ushering in the world government. But the Bible declares that the world government will appear first and then the man of sin will hijack it and make it his own LATER.
Modern “Bible teachers” (tares) go on and on and on about “the beast” and how this beast is the end times ruler (antichrist) of the whole world.
Actually, the beast of revelation 13 is both a man (one of the 10 original rulers of the world) AND the system of one-world government which rules the entire world for a time. Whether the verse is referring to the man or the system of government is determined by the context.
We can know this because the Bible clearly spells it out for all.

We can know the coming beast government system rules the entire earth because the government says “power was given him [the man of sin] over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
All nations.
That means the entire world.
SO, the man of sin DOES NOT come along at the beginning of the one-world government: the man of sin comes along AFTER the one-world government is established and then he usurps (“uproots) three of the world leaders, taking their place.
“I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.”
–Daniel 7:8
The man of sin: when he takes center stage, the whole world will be watching him…
…and the then, the whole world will worship him (and the dragon [Satan]).
