The power of God is totally without end: it is unfathomable to man, who is limited in the power he has AND HAS SEEN.
Included in this collection is 30 entries: BOTH from men (and the reader will have to weigh CAREFULLY the words of man) and from God’s Word (which is TRUE from beginning to end).
“But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.”
–Matthew 19:26
“No situation is beyond God’s reach because there is no place He cannot reach.”
—Gift Gugu Mona
“For with God nothing shall be impossible.”
–Luke 1:37
“God may not always get you out of a situation, but he will give you the strength to get through it.”
—Maria Micah Rosales
“And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.”
–Luke 18:27
“I asked God for strength, and God gave me difficulties to make me strong.”
—Anonymous
“Is any thing too hard for the LORD?”
–Genesis 18:14
“There’s only one power in the world great enough to help us rise above the difficult things we face: the power of God.”
—Stormie Omartian
“Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee”
–Jeremiah 32:17
“We must make a great difference between God’s Word and the word of man. A man’s word is a little sound, that flies into the air, and soon vanishes; but the Word of God is greater than heaven and earth, yea, greater than death and hell, for it forms part of the power of God, and endures everlastingly.”
—Martin Luther
“Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.”
–Matthew 22:29
“The MORE you Trust in the Arm of the FLESH, the LESS you’re going to see of the POWER of GOD.”
—Paul Washer
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.”
–Romans 1:16
“The power of God has not in the least bit been diminished over the past 2000 years. Our Lord still sits on His great throne and His train still fills the temple. He still walks on the wings of the wind, He still rides on the backs of the mighty cherubim, and He still is the Triumphant Champion from Calvary. All hell still bends to His will, and sin and death have lost their hold on all who rest in the shadow of His presence. And the God who calmed storms, raised up dead men to life, and multiplied fishes and loaves to feed thousands is the same God we have today.”
—Eric Lundy
“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God”
–2TIMOTHY 1:7-8
“The work of God can only be carried on by the power of God. The church is a spiritual organism fighting spiritual battles: only spiritual power can make it perform as God ordained.”
—Jim Cymbala
“And Jehoshaphat stood in the congregation of Judah and Jerusalem, in the house of the LORD, before the new court, And said, O LORD God of our fathers, art not thou God in heaven? and rulest not thou over all the kingdoms of the heathen? and in thine hand is there not power and might, so that none is able to withstand thee?”
–2CHRONICLES 20:5-6
“Sin is what you do when your heart is not satisfied with God. No one sins out of duty. We sin because it holds out some promise of happiness. That promise enslaves us until we believe that God is more to be desired than life itself (Psalm 63:3). Which means that the power of sin’s promise is broken by the power of God’s.”
—John Piper
“Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.”
–Psalms 145:3
“I meet millions who tell me that they feel demoralized by the decay around us. The hope that each of us has is not in who governs us, or what laws are passed… Our hope is in the power of God working in the hearts of people.”
—Charles Colson
“Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
–Isaiah 40:28-31
“Sooner or later, man has always had to decide whether he worships his own power or the power of God.”
—Arnold J. Toynbee
“Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?”
–Jeremiah 32:27
“Our mistake is that we want God to send revival on our terms. We want to get the power of God into our hands, to call it to us that it may work for us in promoting and furthering our kind of Christianity. We want still to be in charge, guiding the chariot through the religious sky in the direction we want it to go, shouting “Glory to God,” but modestly accepting a share of the glory for ourselves in a nice inoffensive sort of way. We are calling on God to send fire on our altars, completely ignoring the fact that they are OUR altars and not God’s.”
—Aiden W. Tozer
“For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.”
–1CORINTHIANS 4:20
“Never be afraid to trust an unknown future to a known God.”
—Corrie Ten Boom
“For though I would desire to glory, I shall not be a fool; for I will say the truth: but now I forbear, lest any man should think of me above that which he seeth me to be, or that he heareth of me. And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”
–2CORITHIANS 12:6-9
“You are someone who is different, but who wants to be the same as everyone else. And that in my view is a serious illness. God chose you to be different. Why are you disappointing God with this kind of attitude?”
—Paulo Coelho
“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
–Philippians 4:13
“God creates out of nothing. Wonderful you say. Yes, to be sure, but he does what is still more wonderful: he makes saints out of sinners.”
—Søren Kierkegaard
The reader may learn from what is correct (the Word of God) OR (in a different manner) what is WRONG (many times, the words of man).
DID the reader spot any inconsistencies in the words of Satan’s serpents in the pulpit?’
It is not YET too late–although time is surely running out: there is still a LITTLE time to change direction (repent), place your faith (hope) for the future entirely on Jesus Christ and enter the kingdom of heaven.

THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. ”
—1 Corinthians 15:1-8
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
-–Romans 1:16
