SECRET HISTORY: Originally, secret histories were designed as non-fictional, revealing or claiming to reveal the truth behind the “spin”: one such example is the Secret History of the Mongols. Secret histories can range from standard historical revisionism with proper critical reexamination of historical facts to negative historical revisionism wherein facts are deliberately omitted, suppressed or distorted.

HISTORY. Conspiracies, murder, secret societies, torture, assassination, war: What REALLY happened on this day in history? The stories behind the grand narrative we call “history” for November 21.

164 BC – Judas Maccabeus, son of Mattathias of the Hasmonean family, restores the Temple in Jerusalem. This event is commemorated each year by the festival of Hanukkah.
This “restoration” is referring to earthly control of the physical temple itself. The glory of God had departed the temple years before, as related in Ezekiel.
The glory of God returned in the person of Jesus Christ. The glory of God returning was prophesied in Numbers 14:21.
“But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord.“
235 – Pope Anterus succeeds Pontian as the nineteenth pope. During the persecutions of emperor Maximinus Thrax he is martyred. Of course, this is before the papacy began and Anteus was considered as a mere bishop.
After the advent of the papacy, the Vatican put names into their lists of popes in order to add legitimacy to their bid for earthly power. If Anteus had really been a pope, he would not have died for Jesus.
Although manyof the early bishops of Rome were martyred for their faith, after the Church and State merged under Constantine, none died for their faith–though more than a few were murdered or died under mysterious circumstances in struggles for the earthly power and riches of the Vatican.
1783 – In Paris, Jean-François Pilâtre de Rozier and François Laurent d’Arlandes, make the first modern untethered hot air balloon flight.
1877 – Thomas Edison announces his invention of the phonograph, a machine that can record and play sound. A great tool is added to the mystery of iniquity’s weapons of deception. This is one of the main reasons Edison continues to be so honored by the world.
1905 – Albert Einstein‘s paper, “Does the Inertia of a Body Depend Upon Its Energy Content?”, is published in the journal Annalen der Physik. This paper reveals the relationship between energy and mass. This leads to the mass–energy equivalence formula E = mc².
Einstein is revered and promoted as an authority figure by the mystery of iniquity in order to lend his prestige to other workers of iniquity.
1918 – A pogrom takes place in Lwów (now Lviv); over three days. At least 50 Jews and over five times as man Christians (270 Ukrainian Christians) are killed by Poles.
1927 – Columbine Mine massacre: Striking coal miners are allegedly attacked with machine guns by a detachment of Colorado state police dressed in civilian clothes.
1953 – The British Natural History Museum announces that the “Piltdown Man” skull, initially believed to be one of the most important fossilized hominid skulls ever found, is a hoax. Piltdown Man usually is at the top of most lists of scientific frauds and hoaxes.
1967 – Vietnam War: American General William Westmoreland tells news reporters: “I am absolutely certain that whereas in 1965 the enemy was winning, today he is certainly losing.”
1985 – United States Navy intelligence analyst Jonathan Pollard is arrested for spying after being caught giving Israel classified information on Arab nations. He is subsequently sentenced to life in prison. The mystery of iniquity often sacrifices those who labor for it.
1986 – Iran–Contra affair: National Security Council member Oliver North and his secretary start to shred documents allegedly implicating them in the sale of weapons to Iran and channeling the proceeds to help fund the Contra rebels in Nicaragua.
